Top service! My flight left in less than an hour and after a few seconds I had everything on my table that I simply ordered using the QR code. I am incredibly surprised and find the staff very friendly and accommodating. They all work very quickly and with concentration. There was a lot going on and that's why I would like to say a lot of praise. By the way, my cappuccino with oat milk also tasted excellent!!!!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at the Centerbar. The food was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't have been happier with the drinks selection, especially considering it's an airport bar. The service was very friendly and made my visit all the more enjoyable. I love stopping by for a quick breakfast or even a full meal, paired with a great glass of wine. The Centerbar has definitely become one of my go-to spots whenever I'm at the airport. Will be back soon!

Brilliant experiment done: 2 tables, 2 people each, one table with, one without a tip ordered the same thing, same waitress: with tip: Hello, how are you, friendly etc.; without: stood there without a word and trotted away. Need more explanations? That's why I hate this pre-emptive hypocrisy of tipping without prior service. The croissants and coffee are great. The price is typical for the airport and is ok.

We sat down to order something to eat and drink a beer but gave up on the food when the beer arrived. The Heineken we ordered tasted horrible and the reason was because the lines are extremely dirty. So if you're looking for a good Heineken, avoid this place as much as possible.

5 stars because I have nothing to complain about, but I have something to note. After the whole check-in, passport and security procedure, you just want to sit down and relax and eat or drink something. It's absolutely the wrong place to come with annoying QR codes and online orders. Nobody wants to think about this kind of stuff when they can finally shut down before the flight.

Very good food, in huge contrast to the numerous bad comments. The enemy image of the restaurant at Zurich Airport will probably be massively punished. I consider the QR system to be well thought out and works perfectly. The sushi we had was very tasty. The atmosphere is great with a view of the runway and the absolute highlight is the planes that you can see taking off and landing.

Although it was proven that payment was made immediately via twint, we had to pay for the drinks we ordered again. Showing the debit confirmation didn't help. Since we refused to pay again, the drinks were taken off the table again. Conclusion: Paid 12.20 francs but didn't get any drinks. The staff involved and the boss present were extremely unfriendly even though we only pointed out their mistake objectively. We have been demonstrably cheated out of our money. We can only warn everyone and hope that others are spared such a situation. There are plenty of other good bars/restaurants in the airport.

When the Center Bar is full the waiting times are longer, but that's like everywhere else. If that and the whole electronic ordering process doesn't bother you, you'll have pleasant moments in this place. One thing is certain: the coffee here is a lot better than the dark brew that is sold under the name of coffee on planes.

We often go to this modern and very comfortable lounge. We have always been extremely satisfied because the food is fresh and delicious. You have a great view and all the technical devices that still need to be charged are charged. Orders are placed using a QR code and payment is also completed directly. Our last visit was on January 1st, 2024 and I was able to enjoy our first breakfast of the new year with my son. We ordered sushi and a cheese cake +2 latte macchiato, which looked like something out of a picture book. the employees are nice and fulfill every wish. They are polite and courteous and the order was completed quickly. We actually visit this lounge every time we visit Zurich Airport. Maybe the prices are not as low as elsewhere - but they are good and... ha, after all msn is on vacation ;) thank you very much.

I was there on December 25th and had a sushi platter that was wonderfully fresh and delicious. Afterwards an Erdinger Weissbier from the open bar, which is very rare to find in Zurich. The atmosphere is great, full house. I can only recommend it. Thank you very much.

A great location, but unfortunately very impersonal. If you want to order from the staff, you will only see a reference to the QR code. Ordering 2 croissants took over 15 minutes at 5:00 in the morning. Orange juice freshly squeezed for 8.- feels and tastes canned, or at least adulterated. The chocolate croissant was at least very good. Too bad - a bad customer experience.

I would give Zéro star if I had an option. For all my people of colour, you are not appreciated and valued at this place. Had an issue with their online menu, told the waiter, she told me please wait 1 second and see her passing by up and down taking ither people’s order (whxte people) that came after me and ignored me. Tried to speak to their “manager” or whoever the brown guy is, he did the same! long story short, in Conclusion, this restaurant is Zurich DO NOT value black people; mind you, I was the only black woman in the entire place full of whxte ppl. I regret my CHF 54 that I spent there. I will never go back. Never ever. I’d spend my money where I am valued as a person of colour. From the boss to the least paid, all RUDE!

My wife and I were in the airport on Friday evening October 6th, 2023 and were looking for a restaurant to eat something before departure. We then came across the restaurant, which was attractive from the outside. Since we couldn't find your entrance, we walked around the entire restaurant twice because all the entrances were cordoned off. There were still spaces available, but apparently they didn't want any guests. After I called someone through the restaurant how to get in here, he said here and turned off the tape. Once you're in, you can move on. No no, you can't just place an order, that would be far too easy. First, the barcode must be scanned so that the card can be viewed. Then you order directly and pay straight away. I was surprised to see that a 5% tip was automatically added. So the customer is no longer allowed to decide whether they want to tip or not? What kind of procedure is that???? While we waited for the food (approx. 40 minutes for 2 salads), we watched the operation for a while. an older gentleman sat down next to us and just wanted to drink a beer. He quickly became overwhelmed with the technology. The lady behind the bar recognized the situation well and gave him a beer without an electronic order. Great, thumbs up. Behind the bar, drinks were prepared by busy women in a small space. Then the drinks went to the bar to be distributed. The boss (we assume it was him because he was dressed differently than everyone else) then tried to distribute the drinks somehow in his clumsiness. That was really amusing to watch. Basically there was chaos after the counter. In the end I paid around CHF 105 for 2 salads and 2 Aperol and a mineral. The Aperol didn't taste like Aperol and the salad dressing was watery. Conclusion: Not recommended Although the ambience is very appealing. It has immense potential that is not being exploited here. The prices are overpriced for the quality delivered and it is not possible to include the tip.

After ordering in a super impersonal way using a QR code, you get the things you ordered served very unmotivated - if you're lucky! We sat at the bar, so things went pretty quickly. But after asking three times, I got my croissant myself. There were a few people around us who, after a very long wait, almost all received the things they had ordered and paid for. But a family had to go to the gate without getting their belongings. When they complained about where their order was, they only got a shrug of the shoulders. Of course, they no longer had the order on their cell phone and the booking on the credit card app wasn't enough for the staff either. No order or payment has been received by them. In the future I will go a few steps further and stop at a different bar.

I ordered chicken curry. It was delicious and it came extremely quickly. Probably they just warmed it up a little, dishes are all pre-made and ready to serve, but for an airport that's actually not bad. You order through an app that for me didn't work well, I tried a couple times until eventually I had to ask the staff directly and ordered outside of the app. Prices are on the high side.

Prepare to scan as the ordering is through their app. For some reason, some of the staff here are quite rude to some clients looking around for a table or checking out the menu. Maybe a hard day? But that is no excuse as we all can have a bad day, scaring off people randomly by shouting at them is a big no-no. Hard to eat even when food is good once you witness it, especially when you're seated near the entry. It's pricey too.

I travel often from the Zurich airport and I always go to this restaurant because of great food selection and speed. Unfortunately today I had a really bad experience. I ordered from the app, the bank took the payment but the system didn’t acknowledge my order. I closed down the receipt, and there is no email/phone where they send you receipt. I showed my payment to the waiter which called his boss and said he can’t do anything, which i find absurd. Unfortunately I’ll never visit this restaurant again, how can I trust the system?

Ordering from your cell phone was the only positive thing, as you can pay quickly and conveniently. However, the prices are totally exorbitant, even for Zurich! We ordered two cappuccinos and a croissant. However, after waiting for more than 30 minutes, we had to leave the restaurant before the order arrived, otherwise we would have missed the flight. It was before 6 a.m. tomorrow morning and by no means full. We will not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it.

Crazy expensive... but the blue cheese sandwich was actually quite good for airport snack standards 😅 I enjoyed it and would probably get it again. Service was also friendly.
