Expensive, little variety and on top of that many missing items on the menu, translation of the virtual menu very poorly done.

Firstly, me and my friend politely asked the gentleman, I think his name was yasar, if we could take a seat and he in a very passive aggressive way didn’t even want to acknowledge us. Fast forward, he brings the wrong food and then he blames us for confusing him?? and say we don’t belong in this country as if he is from Switzerland. and says he only speaks german and arabic. Hopefully we won’t be travelling through zurich again and specially this sports bar🙏🏽

The sports bar and terrace at the airport in Zurich has outstanding service. I had the best server Yasser :). He was super helpful and extra nice, pointed out the best recommendations for breakfast. I hope every server would express his passion and enthusiasm to help his customers.

It's a shame, it's a shame... I've been coming here before every departure for years and when I worked at the airport, I'd come here every now and then for an after-work beer... now the service has changed so much that I'll be skipping it in the future. Service is no longer worth anything. You have to order via QR code, if it doesn't work you will first be ignored and then treated very unfriendly. What a shame! I really thought it was great here!

Nice place to relax while waiting for your flight. My waiter, Yasser was a nice and lovely person. He served me well and gave a nice conversation. I will stop in this place again when flying to Zurich.

Excellent service. Could order with QR code, but waiter brought us menus as well and took our order. Order was perfect. The French Riviera salad with chicken was flavorful and fresh. The club sandwich was stellar with a nice light (American standards) dressing. One bacon burger without sauce- and they got it correct- so able to modify special requests.

Waiters very rude and impatient. They didn't like that we were going to order through menu on the app and snatched away the menus

The pretzel served was apparently from the day before

We wanted to have lunch on site with my colleague. You can find the menu using a QR code at the table and order directly online. This works well. I placed the order before my colleague and ordered a Caesar salad. My employee received his meal (burger + fries) before me after waiting around 25 minutes. Even after waiting for over 35 minutes, I didn't receive my Cesar salad. I went to the waitress several times and complained. The reason is that the kitchen is understaffed. At this point there were very few guests present and practically none of them had anything to eat. This was a very weak excuse. When I asked to cancel the order, the service manager came and offered to have my food prepared straight away. So for me that means that even after 40 minutes my food hasn't started being prepared. Very poor performance!

The service here is really nice. Waiter Yasser is very helpful. Food is nice as well.

Microwave waffles were soft and pulpy. The cappuccino was unenjoyable. However, the view on the air field was great.

Ar-Jay was amazing in his customer service and he catered to us with amazing food and he was kind and understanding! He also served the food really fast and warm! This is a must visit in Zurich Airport!

I was utterly appalled by my recent visit to Sports Bar and Terrace. The culinary experience was an absolute disaster. The Caesar salad was a perplexing mix of ingredients, including dry fish that had no place in the dish, and meat that shockingly still had hairs on it—this is completely unacceptable. The chocolate cake, which I had high hopes for, was accompanied by a berry sauce so flavorless it might as well have been water. To add insult to injury, the salad was drowning in dressing. It’s safe to say that the meal was a travesty, and it’s an understatement to say I was disappointed. This was a dining experience gone horribly wrong.

Zurich Airport has a really nice sports bar with an outdoor terrace right next to gate B31 with a great view of the planes when the weather is nice. The food and drinks are delicious and have airport prices, which are justified. The food is delicious, hot and freshly prepared. The service is quick and always friendly. This is a good way to bridge the time until the flight.

Service desert at ZRH Airport (...if only it weren't for the service!!!) How is it possible to hire and pay staff who all act in such an unmotivated, unfriendly, slow (but still unrest-spreading) manner and no one seems to be able to influence them in the right direction? It would be an ideal place to spend your waiting time, but it makes you feel like you're being driven away. If you don't believe it, please just try ordering a coffee directly at the bar and watch the disaster... I would like to recommend that the apparently non-existent management try this incognito... Have fun.

2 waiters refused to serve me outside, I thought they didn't offer service for outside tables, and it turns out they did, and right under my nose, and none of them could communicate clearly in English. Terrible service.

Too bad, very disappointed. Service very friendly. But for a so-called sports bar, zero atmosphere. The burger was subpar. The meat lacked any seasoning and was just lukewarm. The first time fries are better salted than the burger meat. Definitely not worth the price. The service was probably aware of this; they didn't ask once if everything was good. Was probably our first and last visit. There is better at Zurich Airport.

The cappucino tasted like dishwashing water, the milk was cold, the milk foam was barely visible (went back, I think, left for too long before it was served) Cup only half full and that for sf. 6.70. Service, the table was dirty from the previous person and was not wiped down by the nice service lady, but the coffee bags were placed on it. A no go in service!

Cappucino: Coffee doesn't taste good, milk is cold and the table isn't cleaned, even though it's dirty. And that for an unbelievable CHF 5.60.

Coffee was not so fantastic. The Service was super and friendly. Not cashless, which is a must.Also reacted positive to the Feedback on the coffee problem. Dank.😁

Sardines on a Ceaser Salad is disgusting!! NEVER had anything like this in my life. All the cheese tastes like fish!! Such a cheeky thing and the dressing is like hand cream! For the price it's an absolute disgrace. Never had such a bad meal at the airport.

from Berlin to Kalamata...stop in Zurich...eat at sports bar & terrace...very nice view...and since our start in Berlin...everything went well...until the food came... half smeared, sporadically occupied...expected better quality for the high price...1 chf =1.15 €... From my side...not recommended

The working atmosphere doesn't seem to be the best. The female waiters, not all of them, seem very bored. It's a rule of the restaurant that you are no longer served, it's a shame, the staff could be reduced by 30%. Drinks very expensive.
