Excellent service from Tenguis and Luna. I can 100% recommend the Starbucks at this airport

Just arrived, very tired and Jose had no clue about what he was selling. I asked for green tea and he could not understand what nature/pure green tea is continuing to ask stupid questions about mint tea. It seemed he enjoyed it. After i told him what i want, he continued. I nearly screamed at the i”iot. After he started to prepare in cups instead of take away where i had to intervene again and he openly showed his disrespect puffing around. Never had such a disgusting service. That is for sure not the Swiss hospitality we should show the people visiting Switzerland. #Nomoresturbucksagain

Well… what can I say… I didn’t get anything. Simply because they advertise for their seasonal specials but yet don’t have the coffee ones. Furthermore it’s not the first time this happened here at the store that is located next to Check-In 1. Product wise it’s been a decline at this store since they have become a franchise store rather than being owned by Starbucks Switzerland. The fact that they also don’t accept Starbucks Card doesn’t help either. Can’t say much about the food quality as I rarely ever have any food there but then again it’s a coffee chain and therefore the coffee should be good and if they advertise for their seasonal specials all over the digital boards then they should also have it. The fact that the guy at the register was kind and apologetic saved them from only getting one star, otherwise for me a full on disappointment, especially considering how much you pay at a Starbucks in Switzerland and even more at one located at the airport.

I think pretty much everything is too expensive. The coffee is good, but not amazing. The ambience corresponds to the usual waiting room character.

Me and my sister were at Sturbucks at the airport on Saturday January 6th in the evening. A young man named Joel and a young dark-skinned lady served us there. Both were super friendly and personable! We would love to come back with such great staff! :)

Quite okay except for the excessive prices. Have you ever tried an espresso here without anything? No enjoyment for me.

Today we wanted to get coffee and had the loyalty card with us. The staff was able to respond in a more friendly manner to the fact that the loyalty card did not work or could not be used at this location. As a loyal Starbucks customer, this reaction from the staff surprised me. We will avoid this location in the future and visit Starbucks Prime 2 or Glattzentrum and enjoy the good coffee.

Still the slowest service for any Starbucks. Ordered an espresso, they forgot it because of chatting. It wasn’t even busy but they don’t care. Anyway, it’s not hard to get customers here so why bother?

Employees talk more to each other instead of serving customers. Shop very dirty especially the tables. All you can hear throughout the store are the employees laughing and talking about their private lives. Never again.

It is a Starbucks in a busy airport.

Starbucks is Starbucks. It's a shame there isn't a trolley for dishes anywhere. The vegi foccacia with meat substitute. Only vegetables would be much better. The drink coolers should be checked because the drains are blocked or iced up. The condensation water does not drain away. So you can hear that the fans are standing in the water.

Super rude waiter. We speak there in French, we say English or Deutch. So Deutch, and he speaks to us in English. He must have had the IQ of an oyster.

I had a caffe latte with lactose-free milk and sugar-free caramel syrup at Starbucks. The coffee was delicious and made exactly to my taste. The staff was friendly and the service was quick and efficient. The cozy atmosphere in the store made my visit even more pleasant. I will gladly come again!

Unfortunately the drink we wanted was no longer available, which wasn't a problem, but the service was difficult to understand and another was unfriendly. In addition, there are no usual Starbucks discounts (e.g. STUCard). However, the drink was good!

Very good Caramel Machiato 😋. But having your Starbucks prepared by a lady who coughs and moves back and forth with her chewing gum in her mouth, I find that very borderline!?

Difficult when I pay almost CHF 9.00 and only get milk and some caramel at the end. How can you forget coffee? They are very friendly, but it takes far too long for the order to be ready & then the main ingredient was missing - stupid when you order to go...

It is a life saving starbucks in Zurich İnt Airport before pasaport control etc. Prices are similar to city starbucks

Locations (5) There are 4 Starbucks locations at Zurich Airport. 2 in the Gates, one central and one underground in the railway area, where I stayed. Menu (3) Very rich, suitable for everyone, even some proposals for allergy sufferers, not my case but good. I had the opportunity to enjoy a nice, large, hot, mint and lemon tea. The only flaw, I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I could drink it, since it was very hot. Mint tea should be served no higher than 75-80°C in order to preserve its benefits. Service (5) The staff was kind and attentive. Even though my tea was hot, the boy who served me made sure, without my having to ask, to give me two cardboard cups to avoid pinching my fingers. Furthermore, to enhance the taste, I was given two sachets for the price of one, so that for 0.5 liters of water, the taste remained the same intensity. Account (4) The price is Starbucks obviously, CHF6.20, perhaps expensive according to many but it can also fit at the airport. Final evaluation According to my rating criteria, this cafeteria is 4.25 out of 5.

I go to Starbucks a lot but this Starbucks (Airport Shopping Railway) is really the worst I've ever been to. Extremely unprofessional staff who are very loud and have no problems arguing/discussing with each other at full volume IN FRONT of the customers and also speaking badly about customers who don't immediately jump up to pick up their drink (!!). It was also the second time that the desired drink size was not available and apparently they are not allowed to sell a tall in a grande cup. It doesn't work at all. Also a big negative point: it is a franchise branch and you cannot use the Starbucks app at all (neither Order & Pay nor collect points). Unfortunately, it has often happened that drinks have been “sold out”. I have never experienced this in any other branch. If it wasn't a franchise, it would probably be a lot better.

Nice coffee drinks as you find in any Starbucks, however this venue does unforntiely not participate in the Starbucks Card/Rewards Program.

Well, I think no need to tell much about Starbucks. How shall we describe it? A place where lonely people go to have a chat with someone and benefit from the 15 questions one's being asked? A place where you feel like in a job interview just to get a coffee that you get elsewhere with with "one coffee please"? Honestly speaking I have never understood why so many questions have to be asked if you can keep it simple but yes, it is as it is. I just had to sit somewhere with a power source that's why I have chosen Starbucks and had a regular americano coffee. Not more not less.

Was there again today....just too expensive for the lack of quality....🙁 Go back to the Spettacolo next door. I get good coffee for my money and receive friendly service.

Monday afternoon, 5 p.m., very pleasant atmosphere, lofty and quiet, although quite busy; Good coffee, but above all, dedicated and friendly staff; I'll be back - even without bonus points, because other Starbucks are just too small and crowded for me at that time. P.S. In the end it was still full.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been. They should rename it to Starsucks. The short girl with the asian ethnicity was rude, unfriendly and she only put two table spoons of coffee into our drinks, the rest of it was just ice. I am not a person who complains a lot but this is really a rip off. If you are so f expensive, just make your product good. Nothing more, nothing less. Even if I dehydrate because all the water in this world is sold out, I an not gonna spend a penny in your shop. Mark my words Starbucks ZRH!!

What I enjoy about Starbucks is the consistent quality wherever you find them. It is probably more expensive than most travellers are used to, but it is Switzerland, so I'm not sure what other customers were expecting. I visited at 12:30 on a Friday, there were only a couple of customers in the queue. The staff were polite and efficient. The seating area accommodates about 12, so I expect most customers order to go.

(Both, however, on the list without any indication of availability) No explanation and a tone like this was my fault. It is nowhere apparent that it is just a franchise and therefore collecting points is not possible. No way!

We had never visited such an unfriendly Starbuck! 4 employees and all really unfriendly! If we had made us the wrong drinks and after we complained, they didn't want to make us any new ones; they preferred to discuss among themselves in front of all the customers who had done it wrong. I went there with friends, Samira with the big black glasses made some really inappropriate comments about us without any reason... and was really rude. If you want to have a bad day without any reason you can go there...however her colleague was really nice and up lifting. Very sad to have so unbalanced stuff.

Incredibly unfriendly service behind the cash register. You absolutely have to avoid this SAMIRA! She comes to work and is already hoping for the end of the day! I'd rather quit coffee than come in here again. This woman quits or you will lose an incredible number of customers.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience here today. The employees were quick and helpful, but the food wasn't really warm and the Frappuchino was the wrong one... Very comfortable to sit and linger, unfortunately you wait too long for your coffee even though there aren't really many people there. The staff also often forgets what you have ordered, even though the cups are labeled with the respective types of syrup. It's happened to us a few times now. It's a shame actually. The quality of the coffee has also deteriorated, you can get the same brew cheaper elsewhere :-(

I was there on the 23rd, they were already at 21:30 closed even though it was saying its until 22:00!! They said “ WE ARE CLOSED, WE ARE CLOSED! we were okay with that and wanted to ask a question if there was any other starbucks open, and Samira was shouting and saying “ WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR QUESTION, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU AT ALL” i was like why are you shouting and being unfriendly and this other woman in the counter said “ GET OUT WE ARE CLOSED DONT YOU UNDERSTAND “ I said no need to be UNFRIENDLY and i will make a bad review and she was like “ GO AHEAD AND DO IT”. Worst experience ever!! You shouldn’t come here! Who knows what they might put in your coffee when they’re like this! Disgusting behavior! STARBUCKS SHOULD NOT TOLERATE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR!! Those two girls are should get fired! As you can see in the pictures, this samira was even coming towards us! What a shame starbucks for tolerating this kind of worker! I would love to give a minus star, but it isn’t possible.

The name Starbucks should be banned on Starbucks Departure 2. We went there for coffee every Sunday and have done so for years. Since it's a franchise it's been a disaster. What they sell is not coffee. The latte tastes like milk and nothing else. The difference to coffee in shopping is striking. But that shouldn't be the case. A Starbucks coffee should be the same everywhere. But nobody is interested in changing anything. The problem lies with the coffee machine, whose coffee grinder should be recalibrated every now and then. Not the water but the grinder. This is widely known among Starbucks employees and store managers for this coffee machine. But in departure 2 they are not interested in it, even though it has been mentioned several times. But of course you need less coffee and the profit is greater. But this is also cheating on the customer and with an average Beweetun of 2 it is clear that something is wrong. But nobody is interested.

Good coffee, there is a bit of a lack of peace, especially in the entrance area. But you sit comfortably.

As always...coffee great, but clearly too expensive. My consumption visits are decreasing because 6 euros for a coffee... other people go to work for an hour. I won't support this any further and would rather drink a coffee from a private provider. He needs the money more like Starbucks.

Service has deteriorated extremely and this year there was no Christmas collection of cups and mugs like in all other branches. Instead, still the summer collection. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was rather lukewarm which quickly got cold.

Dry brownie and instead of a flat white I got what looks like a dodgie small capuccino. At least get the coffee right.
