Essen grundsätzlich gut, das bestellte Rindfleisch war jedoch sehr zäh!Habe dies dem Servicepersonal mitgeteilt, worauf keinerlei Reaktion kam.Kein tut uns leid, Entschuldigung usw.

Das Essen war sehr gut (Käsefondue) grosse Portionen! Der Service jedoch war befriedigend. Personal war ziemlich im Stress, was als sehr unangenehm empfunden wurde. Leider vergass man uns nach einem Dessert zu fragen, deswegen hatten wir auch keines genommen.

L’hôtel est très accueillant Le personnel très sympathique et parle français. La chambre est agréable avec une très bonne literie Tv avec des chaînes en français . Le restaurant rien à redire Nous avons très bien mangé

Bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Bons prix pour le souper. Nous avons pris la fondue chinoise et on a été ravi. Il y a du choix à la carte et aussi la fondue au fromage. La terrasse d'hiver était fermée car trop froid le soir. Le service était parfait!

Wir haben 1x das Chef Menü als 3-Gang und 1x das Reh Entrecôte gegessen, war sehr feines Essen mit grossen Portionen.

Gute Auswahl auf der Speisekarte. Feines Essen, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Aber Achtung: riesige Portionen ❣️😅. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen 😋😍👍🏻.

Wir haben hier zu Abend gegessen. Zürcher Geschnetzeltes. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir waren zu Besuch in Interlaken. Zu Mittag besuchten wir das Restaurant Krebs. 4 Wochenmenüs gab es zur Auswahl, nebst den Speisen aus der Karte. Für Fr. 19,50 inklusive Vorspeise und Kaffee. Der Salat war frisch, knackig mit einer feinen Sauce. Die Hauptspeise Thai Curry, war mehr Suppe als etwas anderes. Man erhält es in einer grossen Schale die bis zum oberen Rand mit einer dünnen Öligen Sauce aufgegossen war. Geschmacklich aber gut. Die Fischknusperli waren jedoch sehr gut! Was allerdings gar nicht geht waren die Trinkgläser die ganz übel gerochen haben. Vermutlich ein Spülmittel oder so. Ich kann das Restaurant für ein Essen trotzdem empfehlen. Für den Preis war es ganz ok.

Il paradiso delle fondue al formaggio. Un’offerta molto ampia di vari tipi di fondue. Noi abbiamo preso la classica, quella al pomodoro e quella con prosciutto affumicato e funghi, e le abbiamo apprezzate tutte (voto 5). Il servizio molto cordiale e frizzante, non eccelso in italiano e inglese (voto 4). La location nulla di particolare(voto 3). La carta dei vini un po’ “deludente”. Rapporto prezzo-qualità corretto (voto 3). Lo consiglio per un bel “cheese-party”.

Séjournant à l'hôtel, nous avons réserver au restaurant une table pour 2 personnes à 20h. Celui ci était à moitié plein, tables de 2 personnes essentiellement. Notre commande a été rapidement prise, maisnous avons été servis à 21h30 sans aucune explication. Les 2 personnes à côté de nous qui attendaient aussi depuis longtemps sans être servis et sans avoir la moindre information non plus ont préféré quitter le restaurant ! leurs plats sont arrivés 10 min après leur départ. Il est regrettable qu'à aucun moment le personnel ou le cuisinier ne soit venus s'excuser pour cette interminable attente. Cela dit les plats étaient excellent !

En soirée en famille (avec deux enfants assez jeunes) -> attente interminable (tables arrivées après nous servies avant nous). Au final pour la qualité -> très discutable. Boeuf sur 4 asperges blanches assez mal cuites. (qualité de la viande excellente par contre).

Brunch sehr empfehlenswert. Reichhaltiges Buffet. Nettes Personal. bereits beim betreten des Restaurants sehr einladend.

Service excellent, nourriture goûteuse et fraîche, vin ouvert de Sicile très, très bon. nous avons passé une très belle soirée tranquille. Bonne relation qualité et prix. Je recommande sans restriction.

Μπροστά απο το εστιατόριο υπάρχει ένα μικρό καφέ με τζαμαρίες το οποίο ανήκει στην ίδια επιχείρηση.Εκεί παραμονές Χριστουγέννων ήπιαμε τον πιο ωραίο καπουτσίνο και ο μικρός της παρέας τη πιο όμορφη ζέστη σοκολάτα της περιοχής.Η Χριστίνα που εργάζεται εκεί τα σερβίρει με το πιο γλυκό χαμόγελο!

We make the mistake of eating lunch here. Dead behind the eyes souless service bordering on the plain rude. Over-run in tourist as in a high profile location and lots of walkin trade. They don't give a damn and are only interested in turning the tables and maximising profits to customers that will never return. The food when it arrived was bland, boring and depressing. This was eating to survive, not enjoy. We could not get out of their fast enough. Interlaken is a funny place that manages to turn its back on the water, but there are lots of much better places to eat. Avoid this poor excuse of a restaurant

Das Abendessen, das wir in diesem Restaurant genossen haben, beinhaltete ein traditionelles Fondue und mehrere andere Vorspeisen, die wir uns alle zu viert teilten. Jedes der Schilder erhielt gute Noten, insbesondere von unseren italienischen und niederländischen Reisebegleitern. Während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel genossen wir drei Frühstücke in diesem gut besetzten Restaurant. Das Personal an der Bar ist auch höflich, effizient und zuvorkommend.

Four of us came here for lunch while driving through the area. We are all Swiss citizens, but two of us live in the US and two are from the French-speaking area of Switzerland. The waitress spoke French well, and (we suspect) a few other languages too, especially the ubiquitous English.One of us ordered the Vol-au-Vents, which are light, flaky round pastries filled with chicken, mushrooms, and a delightful sauce. Two of us ordered the Rostis with onions, bacon, covered in cheese, with a fried egg on top. The fourth person ordered the Rostis with the sausage and a scrumptious brown sauce. All four of us enjoyed our meals very much.This restaurant most likely is for tourists, but that didn't matter to us. The food was good, very typically Swiss, the service was polite and prompt without hovering, and the prices were what one should reasonably expect to pay for a meal on the main street in Interlaken, which is a very expensive place to visit. Wir hatten den Lachs und das Whisky Fondue und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Lachs war optimal gebraten und das Fondue sehr schmackhaft und mit vielen unterschiedlichen Beilagen. Sehr gelungen zum fairen Preis. Dazu Salat als Vorspeise und einen Kaffee zum Abschluss. Perfekt.

Die Serviceorientierung des Personals war im Allgemeinen hochrangig, immer lächelnd und hilfsbereit, abgesehen von ein paar Rezeptionisten, deren kalte und etwas unpersönliche Haltung ziemlich abschreckend wirkte. Das Essen im Restaurant war nur überdurchschnittlich gut, da es beim Frühstück an Auswahl an warmen Speisen mangelte. Das Ambiente an der Rezeption, in der Lobby, im Flur, in der Bar und im Restaurant hätte lebhafter und einladender sein können. Insgesamt scheint es, als würde ein wenig mehr Liebe zum Detail und die Betrachtung aus Kundensicht die Messlatte höher legen und Krebs zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machen

Het terras van Krebs is aardig gelegen aan de hoofdstraat en je kunt lekker mensen kijken terwijl je zit te eten. Onze ober Tarik was vriendelijk en attent. De menukaart is uitgebreid, daarnaast zijn er ook nog een heleboel lunch opties. Wij namen een kaasfondue en die was lekker en uitgebreid. De friet die ik extra had besteld was ook prima. Volgende keer in Interlaken gaan we zeker hier weer lunchen.

Ich denke sehr wahrscheinlich, dass sie versuchen, Touristen Geld während der Ferienzeit zu bringen. Wir bestellten eine Pizza und die Portion war genug für 2 und wenn Sie teilen möchten, müssen Sie 8 Fr. für einen zusätzlichen Teller bezahlen. My wife and I ate in the restaurants (2) twice while staying in the hotel. The first time was to try a real Swiss fondue, the second to try the A la Carte because we enjoyed the fondue so much. We were happy with all four meals - and with the service, which has attracted some criticism. Recommended.

Das Personal war unfreundlich. außer dem asiatischen Mädchen, das neu wirkte und eine gute kleine Kellnerin war. Die Schweizer / Deutsche / Mädchen waren unhöflich und ignorant und benahmen sich, als ob es ihnen egal wäre, ob Sie da sind. Das Essen ist für das, was man bekommt, überteuert.

Außerhalb der Saison niedrige Hotelbelegung und keine Menschenmenge im Restaurant: begrenztes Personal. Normalerweise ist das Management ein festes Personal. Sie werden vom Restaurantleiter gewartet. Der Chef ist während der Öffnungszeiten im Dienst: Mittagessen ist Mittag, Abendessen ist Abendessen: Wir sind in Europa und es gibt Zeit für alles: Es braucht nur ein wenig Planung und kann mit Jetlag schwierig sein:Der spanische Koch weiß, wie man Fisch mit Respekt zubereitet, sehr guter Steinbutt.

Der Service war beim Abendessen sehr freundlich und auch für einen Spass zu haben. Das Essen war sehr Lecker, das festgelegte Menü durfte man auf Wunsch auch ändern, da eine Suppe dabei wahr welche mein Partner nicht gerne hatte, wurde das umgehend geändert. Ein Riesen Bonus punkt. Kann ich nur sehr Empfehlen.

The waiters were so rude. I have never been more offended. The drink orders were incredibly late. The food was so mediocre for its price. Still embarrassed that I paid so much and was treated so horribly. I recommend people avoid at all odds.

Hotel Krebs RestaurantNachdem wir Interlaken für ein paar Restaurants ausgesucht hatten, um es während unseres Wochenaufenthaltes auszuprobieren, stießen wir auf eines der Hotels im Hotel Krebs. Es schien mehr auf Schweizer Gerichte ausgerichtet zu sein, was wir suchten. Wir kamen an einem verregneten Sonntagabend zu dem ziemlich übermächtigen Geruch von Käse herein! ! Die Angestellten räumten in der Nähe der Tische auf und es sah so aus, als würden sie für den Abend schließen, aber sie versicherten uns, dass sie es nicht waren, also gingen wir voran und setzten uns. Wir hatten eigentlich nicht viel erwartet, da es ruhig war und kurz vor Schließung war. Da Käse in der Luft lag, musste es ein Fondue-Abend sein. Wir haben dieses traditionelle Schweizer Essen mit lokalen Bieren ordentlich bestellt und genossen. Einige ungewöhnliche Beilagen zum Fondue: das übliche Brot und Kartoffeln, aber auch Birnen, eingelegte Gurken und Chilischoten. Seltsamerweise mochte ich die Gurken am besten. Der Service war gut und wir haben die ganze Erfahrung genossen. Wir waren zwei Nächte später wieder für ein anderes Fondue, was großartig war. Wir beschlossen, in unserer letzten Nacht wieder zurückzukehren. Dieses Mal haben wir das Raclette mit Käse, Wurst, Steak und Speck probiert, das Sie selbst am Tisch gekocht haben. Wirklich erfreulich und preiswert im Hinblick auf die Schweiz. Ich würde dieses Hotel für eine traditionelle Schweizer Erfahrung empfehlen.

Whilst staying at this hotel we twice used the restaurant. A choice of indoor or outside seating; we sat inside. Very pleasant and friendly staff and the restaurant manager couldn't do enough for us. Don't be put off by the uninspiring menu, which needs someone to update and make it more appetising. This does not reflect the food, which was most enjoyable and well presented. For guests staying in the hotel there is a 10% discount. Personally speaking I was not happy about other guests bringing in their kids and letting them be noisy, plus running around. Shouldn't they be in bed at 9.00 p.m.? Please, not when I'm dining.

Arrived at the hotel to a warm welcome. Quick and efficient check-in and to our delight found we had been allocated a room with a balcony. Beautiful view from the balcony of the snowy peak greeted us every morning. Lovely large outside terrace to people watch. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Highly recommended.

Bad service.. older waitress lady made mistake — food was brought to wrong table 15 mins late... didn’t apologize at all and didn’t check up on us even once.

Rude waitress forced us to order a fondue for each of us(5 people),tremendous amounts of food & money was wasted.Did not allow us to take time to decide what we would like to order lying to us the kitchen was about to close which we later found was open all day long.Asked to speak to the manager who insulted us,telling Indians do not appreciate cheese.

Very good location on the central shopping street through Interlaken. A nice outside terrace to sit at but we found the service very slow. Actually everything was slow, then first giving us menus to the food arriving and the bill being settled. However, the food was good, probably freshly made and maybe why the food was slow. A good place to stop at if you decide to walk between the east and west stations anytime.

Fomos por indicação da funcionária do nosso hotel. Só tinha dois garçons para cuidar dos dois restaurantes que existem no local, porém estavamos com tempo e a demora no atendimento foi compensada pelo bom humor do garçom e a excelente qualidade do fondue! Atenção, um fondue é suficiente para duas pessoas! Recomendo o com pimenta verde e mustarda, uma delícia! Foi tão bom que voltamos no outro dia, minha esposa é fã de fondue! O preço segue o resto da Suíça, caro para os padrões brasileiros e do resto da Europa, mas pelo menos comemos o famoso fondue suíço que por sinal foi excelente!

Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant, welches auch für Leute mit einer Gluten und Laktose Intoleranz geeignet ist, trafen wir aufs Restaurant Krebs. Um sicher zu sein, fragten wir an der Bar, ob es möglich ist Gluten- und Laktosefrei zu essen. Sicherheitshalber wurde der Küchenchef gefragt und wir nahmen dann im Käsestübli Platz. Das Essen war köstlich. Das Fondue Moite Moite hatte einen exzellenten Geschmack. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und heimelig. Der Service dürfte ein bisschen besser sein, bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Aber das Personal war sonst freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir kommen sicher wieder

We were looking for some place to try traditional Swisse food. We seat on terrace outside and ordered foundue. It was good. The price was not so big.

Pretty standard food and service and was satisfactory although didn’t stand out. You can get a sandwich here cheaper than Mac Donald’s across the road.

We ate Rösti - Zürcher Art and Entrecôte and it was delucious. Fast service and friendly stuff. Clean place. We recommend this restaurant.

My girlfriend, her family, and I took a day trip from Basel into the Alps, and found ourselves in Interlaken. The town itself is a beautiful town built into the mountain. Side note, an old James Bond movie was shot there and they have signs posted to show where. My girlfriend was craving fondue and this place had a sign that said they had it, so we went.The fondue was fantastic. I'd never had a true fondue before and I loved it. They provide a plethora of options for you to dip in the cheese, including bread, potatoes, pickles, pears, and a few other things. We all shared that, and then I got a simple ham and cheese sandwich for myself with a side of fries. The baguette the sandwich was served on was fresh and appropriately crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fries were also very good, even better when dipped in the fondue.On the flipside of the great food was the service. I've rarely seen a staff so clueless. They seemed to have no organization as to how to communicate which table each item was going to. They'd just sort of stand there in the middle of the room trying to figure out where to go (and there weren't many tables to choose from). They also brought out the wrong beverage for someone at my table, despite verifying the order when it was taken. We didn't complain because it was clear they wouldn't have understood. I'm sure the employment applications aren't exactly rolling in in an out of the way, mountainside town like this but come on, there has to be someone better than these two girls.Anyway, I'm taking 2 stars away for the service, but the food itself is fantastic. I recommend the place for the food, but be prepared to spend some time there due to the abnormally slow service, even by Swiss standards.

Unser Businesslunch mit Mittagsmenu 2 (Walliserröschti) war kein berauschendes Erlebnis. Im Restaurant wars zügig, was gemäss Serviceangestellter bei einem so alten Gebäude halt in kauf zu nehmen ist. Auch die Kundschaft am Nachbartisch fand die Zugluft aber wert zu beanstanden. Die Walliserrösti wäre gar nicht schlecht gewesen, wenn sie nach dem Steamer schneller den Wegzu uns gefunden hätte. So war der Käse aber schon wieder ersrarrt und die lauwarme Rösti sättigte uns ohne zu begeistern.

Estávamos atras dr um local para comer fondue e o funcionario de outro restaurante nos sugeriu o Krebs. Quando nos sentamos, a atendente demorou uma eternidade para vir nos atender, precisando de irmos 2 vezes ao balcão para chamá-la. Resolvemos esperar porque, devido ai horario, era dos poucos lugares que iriamos conseguir comer..Quando fomos atendidos, valeu a pena.. comi uma salada muito boa - caprese (porém muito pequena!!)O fondue que os outros comeram estava uma delicia! Vem com pães, batata, picles, pimenta. Muito gostoso mesmo e quantidade boa! A outra pessoa do grupo pediu uma sopa, que infelizmente não gostou..Vinho servido foi bom, um pinot noir suiço. Não seria minha primeira opção, mas foi uma boa refeição!

We recently stayed for three nights. The hotel is located close to Interlaken West railway station within easy walking distance. The breakfast selection is very generous. The hotel is clean and tidy. Peter at the front reception desk was also very pleasant. Well worth staying at.

Krebs Hotel team were so friendly; the receptionist and the waitress (chef de rang) at the breakfast area.

After an enchanting first day visiting interlaken we decided to dine in our hotel and were very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service and tasty local cuisine. The wine list extensive and reasonably priced.

Sono stata con un'amica presso questo hotel, per partecipare alla Jungfraumarathon. Subito ci hanno chiesto se avevamo esigenze particolari per la cena ed anche per la colazione prima della gara, che inoltre è stata anticipata alle 6 per favorire i nostri "ritmi". Abbiamo cenato due sere ed ho trovato la cucina veramente ottima. Gentile ed accurata la parte reception. Pulite e ben attrezzate le camere. Direi ..da tornarci volentieri !

We ate dinner there twice and enjoyed it both times. The classic fondue was very good and instead of the usual cut up bread, they served a tray of mini-biscuits which were much nicer. The rösti was good but not the traditional style. We were informed about this before we ordered. The accompanying veal in cream sauce was OK but not great. Service was very good.

Very good meal, Rossi with bacon cheese and an egg on top, very filling.But the best of all for me was the Creme Brûlée served with vanilla ice cream and assorted nuts. Staff very nice, great position outside to watch people going by while u r eating,

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Krebs, the cheese fondue was the best we had our entire trip in Switzerland. Included with the cheese fondue were potatoes, bread, Chili Peppers, Pears, and Pickles at no additional charge. The staff was friendly and environment was nice. We enjoyed dinner so much we stopped by for a second night!

Couldn't fault the breakfast, lots of variety and fresh. The staff were lovely and the coffee was great.

Breakfast ..there was a lot of choice, but would have liked hot plates for the hot food that was provided - all the plates were cold, although the coffee cups were kept on an electric warming shelf!We stayed in the hotel for dinner one evening, to eat fondue and rhosti with veal. However, the rhosti was cold but served on a hot plate. This was changed when we asked if this was the way the meal should be served, but it did mean that we did not eat together which was a shame. Wine was expensive and only 10cl in the glass. The service was good, but there were only a few people in the restaurant, and no one on the outside terrace. Overall the food was expensive at 82.50chf and 2 cups of coffee chf 9.00. We rate restaurant as average, but the service from the staff was courteous and friendly.(Another couple ordered rhosti for breakfast, and sent the food back for reheating)

Questo ristorante ci è stato consigliato dalla receptionist dell'hotel Merkur e non ci ha deluso. L'offerta è contenuta, ma i piatti sono molto curati e appetitosi. La quantità è generosa. Il servizio è buono. Essendo in svizzera in una località di villeggiatura rinomata, i prezzi sono proporzionati.

Wir hielten an Krebs für einen schnellen Drink und Snack- und waren angenehm überrascht von der Bandbreite der Smoothies und einem Kaffee-Frappe ganz oben auf die üblichen Getränke. Das Coconut reibungslos wir bestellten, war sehr lecker und die BTL schön gemacht; eine gute Größe und sehr lecker.Wir waren wurde sofort serviert, unsere Bestellung geliefert wurde in gut Zeit und der Service war aufmerksam.

Ich verbrachte einen ganzen Abend bei der Ankunft am Bahnhof Interlaken an der Terrasse. Ganz Tolle, entspannende Zeit. Das Essen war gut, wir hatten Fondue und Hühnchen. Der Service war etwas vergesslich aber freundlich genug, so dass sie hatten eine Art mit esgut Standards insgesamt.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la suite Honey Moon. L'hôtel est à 5 min de la gare et idéalement situé. Accueil chaleureux et vraiment sympathique. La suite est superbement décorée, pétales de rose, chocolats... et l'éclairage la met parfaitement en valeur. La baignoire double siège fièrement au pied du lit équipée de sa robinetterie à l'ancienne dans toute sa splendeur... Belle salle de bain annexe avec grande douche et double vasques. La propreté est impeccable et l'isolation sonore exemplaire. On gardera les rideaux tirés pour profiter de l'ambiance feutrée qu'offre la suite car la vue ne donne rien d'exceptionnel... Minibar, TV, DVD, coffre, peignoir... Tout ce qu'il faut...Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner en chambre qui même dans sa version de base est déjà généreux brioche, charcuterie, saumon... Pour une escapade romantique nous ne pouvons que recommander... Attention c'est du 4 étoiles Suisse et vous êtes plein centre d'Interlaken... Peut être pas pour toutes les bourses...

Ich warte gibt es für das Abendessen mit meinem Vater und seine Freundin. Wir haben das Fondue bestellt war wirklich gut. Aber das Brot war noch gefroren und ich habe wirklich nicht wie die Brownie aßen das Ende. Dazu gehört auch das, es war in Ordnung!

La cuisine de ce restaurant est vraiment excellente. Nous avions un menu imposé mais la qualité des produits et la façon de présenter les plats fit de ce menu, une decouverte exquise.Le Personnel est professionnel et si vous prenez un moment pour parler avec eux, ils se montrent ouverts et cordiales, pouvant vous donner aussi des bonnes informations pour visiter la Ville

Ich habe zwei Nächte mit meiner Frau. Wir lieben Interlaken und haben viele Nächte in verschiedenen Hotels und Camping.Der Krebs ist wahrscheinlich die am meisten überbewertet. Es gibt nichts Negatives darüber aber es eindeutig ist es teuer für das, was es ist.Zimmer mit Blick auf die Main Street (Bahnoffstrasse) sind sehr laut, vor allem durch eine warme Sommernacht mit Fenster geöffnet.Das Essen im Resto ist nur okay, nichts Besonderes. Die Kellner hatten uns wurde weit allzu vertraut verlegt und Kommentare.Im Grunde genommen nichts wirklich falsch über das Hotel, aber es ist nicht das Geld wert 360 . - CHF wir pro Nacht bezahlt haben. . . . .

Comemos um fondue de queijo e estava excelente. Uma característica interessante deste fondue foi o pão fornecido. Era pequenos gomos de pão bastante crocantes e deliciosos.O ambiente é muito agradável e o preço regula com os valores cobrados na Suíça.

Wandering around Interlaken looking for a place for lunch, we came across the Terrace Restaurant at the Krebs hotel. The menu outside looked typical Swiss with some world variants and basic staples. When we got inside the menu had an insert for 2 lunch specials which both looked attractive to my mom and I. She chose the lamb entrecote while I opted for the cod. The lunch specials were both 20 francs and came with a small salad and a coffee. Since we had beer with our food we asked to have the salad first, then the entre, and then our coffee at the end. The salad was fresh and simple but when the entres came I was really impressed. The presentation and quality of the lamb and cod were both superb (see pics), and the fact that the whole combo was 20 franc really surprised me. My cod was cooked perfectly and had a touch of smokiness from the grill. After the entre was not just a simple coffee. We were offered any type of coffee drink and opted for macchiatos. Beyond the great food, our waitress was perfectly attentive and friendly without checking up on us too often. Sometimes in Switzerland we've found service to be good in the beginning of the meal experience, but then the staff disappears near the end. That was not the case here. Based on my experience I would definitely suggest that it is worth going out of your way to have a meal here if you're in Interlaken. The lunch deal is especially excellent - enough that I'm going out of my way to write a review when I don't write very many. The atmosphere of the dining hall was also lovely, and we would have sat outside if the weather was just a bit warmer that day.

기본 치즈퐁듀 시켰는데 다른 곳에서 먹어본 퐁듀보다 훨씬 맛있었습니다. 롸스티는 평범했어요.

Ich war dort heute mit meine Kollegin. Ich habe Bürger gegessen und sie hat flammekuchen gehabt. Alles war sehr lecker. Ich würde dieses Restaurant empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Leider hat unsere Reservierung nicht geklappt. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste im Restaurant um 12:30 Uhr und obwohl sonst niemand bedient werden musste wurde unser Tisch sehr gemächlich ohne anzeichnen von etwas schnellerem Arbeiten gedeckt.Zum Essen: Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung, vor allem wenn man beachtet das Schweizer Fleisch & Poulet serviert wird (Daumen hoch). Das Essen wurde dann relativ schnell gebracht und schmeckte allen. Auf der Karte hat es für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.Zuletzt wurde dem Geburtstagskind ein kleiner Kuchen serviert, was wiederum sehr aufmerksam war.

Das Restaurant im Krebs hat einen separaten Teil für Gäste die Käse-Fondue essen. Dies ist eine gute Idee. Es wurde eine gute Portion serviert. Qualität könnte besser sein. Sehr schlecht war der Service. Öfters war gar niemand vom Personal im Gastraum, und zwar gefühlte längere Zeit. Das Personal war unaufmerksam (zum Beispiel wurde bei uns die Kerze nicht angezündet), fühlte sich für nichts zuständig, vermittelte das Gefühl, dass sie hier arbeiten um Geld zu verdienen, aber keine Freude an der Arbeit haben. Man bekam den Eindruck, die warten nur auf den Feierabend. Man fühlte sich als Gast nicht wohl.

맥주와 퐁듀 먹었는데 전반적으로 서비스나 음식의 질이 평균 정도입니다. 그다지 다시 가고 싶은 곳은 아니랍니다.

This hotel out front area is ideal to view the mountains and watch the world go buy while enjoying a beer or two , the street is always busy and the seats warm ( lambs wool) nice place.

Wir haben unser Kellner, wie Denzel! Sehr nett und sympathisch. Effizienter Service und alle waren so freundlich. 3 Personen überprüft auf uns während unserer Zeit. Das Schweinefleisch mit Gemüse und Kartoffeln war lecker gewürzt. Das Brot war großartig. Das Käsefondue für 1 kommt mit reichlich zu Essen, aber wir haben nicht lieber, wenn die taste der Käse (wir sind an Queso Blanco - TexMex) , aber alles war top Qualität! Auch, den Geruch von der Fondue ist gelinde gesagt interessant - ich glaube, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem authentischen Swiss Fondue dies ist ein toller Ort zum ausprobieren! ! Wir würden wieder kommen: )

Sehr feines 4 Gang Menü durften wir im Restaurant Krebs geniessen. Auch die Bedienung war freundlich.

Das Menu war vorzüglich, kreativ & appetitlich serviert und man kriegte genug. Ausserdem wurde es vom Servierpersonal sehr freundlich überbracht. Für meine Frau gab es eine vegetarische Variante, die der Küchenchef extra mit Ihr besprechen kam. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben das Menu genossen.

Wir hatten zu Silvester ein 6-Gang-Menü im Package und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Speisen waren sehr gut und auch das Apéro mit "Cüpli" war sehr lecker. Wir würden dieses Restaurant jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wir verbrachten den 1. Januar im Hotel Krebs, wo wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden und auch nett bedient wurden. Gehen wieder, wenn wir in Interlaken übernachten wollen.

Dies ist das erste Mal in meinem Leben, daß zusätzliche Brot für ein Käsefondue kommt mit einer zusätzlichen Gebühr ( 4 CHF) . Zu Beginn, wir waren nicht genügend Brot bis zum Ende der Käse. . . Das ist enttäuschend.

An einem kalten Winter Tag machten wir eine Pause in Interlaken und versuchte etwas warm: Fondue mit einigen Gemüse. Es war schön und gut. Es kann mittlerweile etwas " stinkend " wenn zu viel Fondue wird sowohl drinnen, als wir genießen Sie Käse Geruch war nett, aber für andere Leute, die sind nicht so lieb und geschmolzenen Käse über Käse im Allgemeinen konnte es ein wenig unangenehm. Ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

The restaurant was open early in the evening which is why we ate here. Most restaurants' kitchens don't open until after 6:30pm in Interlaken. The menu had some traditional Swiss dishes so we gave it a go. The fondue was good. Food was good but not great. Pricey, but everything is Switzerland is expensive. Service was good. Very accommodating to my two young children and dog. Was a positive experience overall. Cozy warm atmosphere.

Die Fondues in das Restaurant sind gut - aber dann wieder, was kann man tun mit einem Fondue. Bestellung eines für zwei Personen war ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen, die Portionen sind sehr groß und es war unmöglich, alles essen zur Verfügung gestellt. Man hätte ausgereicht zu teilen und billiger. Wie es oft der Fall in der Schweiz ist es billiger, als Wein zu trinken Cocktails trotz ein preisgünstiges Swiss Riesling

Gutes Essen und Service.Der ganze Ort sieht eher teuer ist, als es ist.Der Salat war in Ordnung. Die Suppe war eine kleine Portion zu sehen, aber der Geschmack war gut und war sehr reichhaltig.Der Apfelkuchen war ein Traum. Ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

O fondue estava delicioso. Pedimos o tradicional fondue de queijo para duas pessoas e o garçom nos sugeriu que pegássemos um tradicional e outro com outro sabor, então escolhemos o fondue com chorizo, os dois estavam deliciosos. O fondue com chorizo vem com pedacinhos de carne misturados ao queijo derretido. Como acompanhamento vem batatas, pão, pepino e pera, que achamos uma delicia a mistura de pera com queijo. Bem servido. E o atendimento muito bom, garçom se esforça para atender bem o cliente. Melhor preço de interlaken, Fr 24 e Fr 26.

3박했던 한국인입니다 호텔도 매우 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절해서 행복하게 보내고 왔습니다^^ 특히 호텔 식당에서 두번 먹었는데 식당 직원이 친절해서 너무 기분이 좋았습니다. 키가 좀 큰 남자 직원이였는데 굉장히 친절했습니다 맛 또한 좋았습니다^^ 다시 스위스 가더라도 krebs 호텔과 식당을 이용하고 싶습니다 적극 추천 드립니다^^

Wir hatten hier ein super Abendessen mit Thaicurry und Rehpfeffer. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und extrem kinderfreundlich. leider ist das Ambiente etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wie in sovielen Restaurants in Interlakne.

Dies war Empfehlung von unserem Hotel als wir gefragt haben, wo man gut essen schön Fondue.Ich muss sagen, Fondue war sehr lecker! !Das Personal war freundlich, es war leicht zu finden und der Preis von Fondue ist ok.

Schlecht Weinkarte. Das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich. Der Service war gut. Einzig gute Sache war, dass es in meiner Nähe Hotel.

I was looking for a light supper, and sat on the terrace watching the street parade on a sunny day. I ordered a bowl of tomato soup (8.50E), a beer (4.50E), and a coupe Caramelita sundae (10.50E). Delightful!!

The breakfast were very good with a nice variety. Good coffee! The cheese fondue was just OK. The service was good, though.

뢰스터와 구어 먹는 치즈를 주문해서 먹었는데 뢰스터는 약간 짜지만 맛있게 먹었구요 구어 먹는 치즈도 첨에 맛있게 먹었는데 약이 많고 먹으면 먹을수록 약간 질려 많이 먹지 못하고 남기고 왔어요 뢰스터 구어 먹는 치즈 콜라와 물 다 해서 약 10만원 넘게 나왔던 것 같아요

We popped in for lunch during a visit to Interlaken, and I'm very glad we did. Lovely friendly service and the best fondue I've ever had, so cheesy they'll only serve it outdoors on the terrace! It's within easy reach of the shops and transport hub, the price was reasonable by Swiss standards too, so get over there and have some lunch!James

友人がアルコールが苦手ということでノンアルコールのチーズフォンデュがあったのがこのレストラン。りんごジュースで作るそうで、フォンデュは少し甘く、でも意外な美味しさでした。他にも数種類のチーズフォンデュがあります。つけあわせはパン、じゃがいも、ピクルス、そして何とリンゴ！パンはフランスパンではなく、写真のような平たいパンです。人数分注文しましたが嬉しいことにチーズの量が多い！！フォンデュは1つで2人分ぐらいあるし、パンも結構な大きさなのが2枚来るので、シェアで十分です。他のお客さん（中国人などアジア人が殆ど）も皆チーズフォンデュを食べていました。

meine Silberhochzeit gefeiert Abendessen im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.Tadellos Essen, & Service. Die Einrichtung ist traditionell, und das Ambiente - par excellence!Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen für irgendwelche/alle besondere Anlässe.Besonders mochte den gegrillten Fisch! !!

Das Fondue war nicht spektakulär. Nur das Rindfleisch war außerdem mehrere Dips und einige eingelegtem Gemüse. Ich sehr verwöhnt bin weil ich bin es gewöhnt, Fondue Chinoise (Feuer Pot).
