It is with pleasure that I come every Friday to the bar for aperitif in the screen to eat, great cuisine, for a brasserie bravo! The servers are efficient and friendly, it's rare

The tartrate was very good! 200g was enough for me, but it would have been better to use 300g for my husband. The servers were very friendly. I had a good time. I will definitely come back.

The dishes are simple and tasty, the portions copious, the service attentive and pleasant... it's often crowded, that's not for nothing. THANKS.

Excellent meal, but unfortunately staff for some not friendly even unpleasant, apparently the smile is absolutely not included in the service… Boss unpleasant and it goes to the head of the customer, since when I can not pay with TWINT for less 20 francs? In short, to flee at full speed and never come back.

Sure value! We can even say that the Brasserie des Sauges is a Lausanne institution! I love going there, the lunch service is fast and efficient. Always great suggestions from the chef.

Superbly delicious cuisine (having tried around twenty dishes, none disappointed me :)) A more than fair quality-price ratio! A simply incredible mixed salad. During hunting season, the latter is just perfect. In short, a team that cares about its customers, a superbly well-balanced menu, simply delicious dishes…. Homemade desserts just as good…. I highly recommend, for any event! (Wedding, box dinner, family etc…) Certainly one of the best brasseries in Lausanne quite simply!

Used to the place, I highly recommend! Friendly staff and excellent food. With my husband, we had our wedding meal there (around 25 people) and they were able to meet our expectations! We communicated by email before the date so that the menu was best suited to our tastes and the reality on the ground.

Restaurant that I have been around since childhood and I have never been disappointed! The food is always delicious and the servers are very pleasant. I 300% recommend the classic beef tartare which has an absolutely crazy sauce, which I can't find anywhere else. The Chinese fondue is also crazy and the meat dishes are simply excellent. If you are at Blécherette, don’t even hesitate!

For more than 2 decades, the best brasserie in Lausanne. The quality of the meat is always top notch and their tartare is just perfect. Above all, don't let the setting (shopping center) guide you, because clothes don't make you look good, far from it.

Top staff, fast and more excellent

I recently visited Brasserie des Sauges and was absolutely blown away by the quality of their tartare, which was the best tartare I have ever tasted. Plus, the ambiance of the brasserie is really warm and friendly, with exceptional service that makes you immediately feel at ease. It is without a doubt the best brasserie in Lausanne, which also offers excellent value for money! I recommend this brewery 100% :)

We always loved coming there. But the smile at the service has disappeared, you have to reserve otherwise you eat in the corridor, the menu has shrunk, and the prices have obviously increased. Damage.

12.10.2022: it's always a pleasure to go there. Super friendly staff, venison saddle... a treat, the tartare always a sure bet and the chocolate mousse... nothing but happiness. I recommend it. 09.2022: Nothing to complain about the tartare, still just as good. The beef entrecôte, chanterelle sauce and gratin dauphinois, a treat. Staff always so friendly, a pleasure to go there and thank you for the free parking spaces at the back of the building. 2019: The tartare is still excellent and the couscous this evening was delicious. Good idea also to offer extra broth and harissa. As for the staff, always friendly and welcoming. To do again!

Perfectly located at the arrival of the FlixBus. For a breakfast before leaving, it's cheaper than the McDonald's in Lausanne station and you're served at the table. In addition, the toilets are impeccable.

We have been coming to eat at Brasserie des Sauges for over 20 years. The dishes are always excellent and there has never been anything to complain about either the food or the service... On the other hand this Saturday at noon there were five or so on the upper terrace for a birthday. We were completely forgotten. The wait was endless between each course and we had to call the servers several times. We felt completely neglected... We came at noon and left at 2:30 p.m.... Hoping this will remain an isolated accident....
