Super stale Sundays. Avoid and go any other day. Bought a cheese bretzel and it wasn’t fresh. Hard and stale. No quality control - if you want fresh, do not go here on a Sunday

The guy who worked there today was working really hard to be replaced by a machine. Barely acknowledged my existence and continued to speak on the phone to someone the whole time. Congrats, I expected very little customer service and you managed to not deliver even that

The best pretzel king far and wide, always in a good mood. With all the stress at Enge train station, you can be sure that you'll get a laugh from the Brezelkönig.

simply put cocktail sauce in the hot dog (before I could say that I wanted ketchup) and then when I said I wanted ketchup, they simply put ketchup in the hot dog that was already filled with cocktail sauce.

Used to be great back in the days. Now I cannot recommend it anymore. Dry Brezel with very little butter on them. Value for money is just bad.

So far I can only report good things. The staff is very friendly, well-positioned and when you have “special requests” they don't bat an eyelid. No matter what I have bought so far, it has always been fresh and good :) thank you very much for that.

Mega fine pretzels and sanwiches! I once had a hard little pretzel, but I think that was an exception. Prices are really okay! Operation is really very quick!

Unfortunately, the operator no longer pays wages after an employee quits. Employees are not allowed to take breaks because they work alone.

The sandwiches are great and always fresh.

Today 6:50 a.m.: Sandwich received from the day before (salad darkly discolored, bread hard). In addition, MA did not take off his gloves during the checkout process, which he had previously used to prepare new sandwiches. The franchisee's cooperation is terminated (as was discussed a few years ago regarding the handling of employees in the cash register collapse).

Delicious, just delicious pretzels. You cant go wrong with these ones if you like this kind of food. A really nice variety of fillings and toppings. A very limited selection of drinks is also available.
