Burger King Restaurant in Dietlikon

Absolutely not recommended! We ordered 4 meals online via Uber Eats and all 4 were missing the fries. When we called Burger King directly, no one answered. I called the supplier, who was very friendly and happened to be there. He then gave us an employee to answer the phone. She apologized and told us that the missing items would be delivered immediately. A short time later she called again and said that she couldn't find a supplier and that she would write it down and I could come by next time and take the items with me. Absolutely no solution! Especially since I didn't receive any receipt or anything like that! When I asked for a moment to briefly discuss what to do next with my friends, I was rudely left behind!!! When I called back, the supplier picked up the phone and was already delivering another order. Nobody lost weight at Burger King itself! We had to go by on site to be told that the delivery was coming. We didn't receive a call or anything like that. The employee simply ran away while we were talking to her. The way of working is not customer-oriented with unfriendly and incompetent employees. Never again!

Honestly, I'm amazed at how often you sincerely apologize to your customers. But hardly anything will change. If you work at Burger King, you should understand the word burger. Had an order for four people. 3 burgers were missing, there was probably no Diet Coke, so without a word I got the normal one and the fries were also the wrong ones. Congratulations, great team!!!!

Staff is terrible,rude,ignorent,I was waiting 40 min for 2 meals,everything was cold,didn't come in a same time,2 women that was working was horrible to all of the costumers,also maybe I would understand if there was alot of people,but no.Today I have come and the man in chashire was nice,but food was one again cold and not fresh.No recomedation.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined in recent years. Long waits for food, mix-ups in the drive-thru and therefore cold burgers. But if everything goes well and you get the correct food right from the start, the burger is quite good

No toys in the children's menu, and have been for months. Something is generally wrong with this franchisee. Consistently bad service, unfortunately not just once. Waiting times are beyond. Many things are defective. Light panels DriveIn screens. It's actually not something you're used to at BK. The children have now agreed not to visit this branch anymore.

Every time I'm in the drive-in I have to wait 5-10 minutes for food. No matter what time of day... too long a wait

I prefer to pay with card rather than cash, they always take a few coins for themselves at the checkout, today it happened to me for the 3rd time... from now on I only pay with card

Unfortunately you can't rate it without stars. The cash register staff are unusable and the kitchen staff wait minutes for nothing, new staff are urgently needed, I don't know how this BK makes sales!

The worst Burger King in Switzerland! No table is clean, the employees are shouting all over the store and can't even pronounce the numbers correctly, let alone speak German. There's a banging noise in the kitchen. Dishes are on the floor and aren't picked up. Food on the fryer that is not removed and ordering from the machine IMPOSSIBLE. Not recommended because you'd rather eat nothing than something like that.

The owner should repair the ice cream machine; according to the employee, it is broken. Typical excuse since 3 visits this ice cream machine doesn't work.

After a long time in this branch again. Bad conditions. All the tables were dirty, there was trash everywhere. The trash cans were overflowing and there were no table code cards at all self order stations. The receipt for credit card payment was not printed out either. Paper Jam. No toys in the children's menu, no ketchup in the burger. Steakhouse burger with mayo instead of BBC sauce. Ice cubes were missing despite being selected. The “Crown Standard” marketing hook cannot be taken seriously. Real grilled (barbecue) meat is warm and tastes different. Just Burger not King! 🤬

Disastrous staff. Waited over 30 minutes even though there wasn't much going on to get my ice cold food. The burger had the wrong ingredients and looked like it had been dropped on the floor.

Service absolutely not good. I ordered a burger and fries and had to wait 30 minutes. There were customers in front of me who had to wait 40 minutes and of course there are days like that when things are busy but the employees don't have an overview and half of the orders were forgotten. As if that wasn't annoying enough, none of the employees can speak German properly and you can't even communicate properly. I am VERY disappointed with Burger King really, really bad.

Machine didn't work properly. Tried payment with 3 different cards, all declined. When paying in cash there was no receipt, which overwhelmed the staff. Staff can speak English but not German well. In the store, the staff speaks the local language at an increased volume. Two other people waited unnecessarily for the order that was probably not available because they then got their money back. Every table and floor dirty. Was then cleaned during the visit. I don't even want to describe the toilet in detail. I recommend avoiding the toilet in the Bk. But food came quickly.

Tables dirty. Friendly requests from the staff whether our table could be cleaned were ignored. Then we cleaned it ourselves. Trash cans are all full to bursting. Staff overall completely demotivated. Our tray of food was slammed onto the table without a word. Cheese sauce on the fries seemed to have come from the freezer. Burgers were ok. Not our first visit there. Food generally ok. However, the staff has never really stood out for their friendliness.

Everything was great. The food arrived quickly, the staff is friendly but previous guests made the table dirty.

Very bad experience today. The self-ordering boards didnt work - had bad pricing; charging over 13 chf for a junior meal which is 6 chf… and after an order at the counter, not all parts of the junior meal were added causing disappointment for the kids. The food was much worse than usually… even the kids noted that the chicken nuggets is worse… staff was clearly stressed and ignorant to people’s needs/ questions.

I ordered two King Jr. Menus and one Medium Menu. (take away) No ticket came out when I ordered. When this was brought to the attention of a member of staff, she didn't seem to care…. When we got home, we got a nasty surprise. The hamburger was missing from both children's menus and there was no sauce. So when I called, I received a curt “Sorry”. We had to drive back to get the missing burger. The rest of the food was cold by now. There was no excuse when we picked it up, we never saw the sauce we paid for and that was it. The meal was supposed to be a surprise for the children, but unfortunately it ended in disaster!

It used to be a top branch, but for several months now there have been extremely long waiting times at the Drive Inn. Even if you're standing there alone in the evening and there's only a little activity in the store, there's sometimes a 5-10 minute wait before you can actually order over the loudspeaker. (Of course I understand the waiting time after ordering for the food to be prepared.) The food is good if extras haven't been forgotten but charged for. I also don't expect super-friendly, always-smiling service, but you often have the feeling that you're more of a nuisance than a customer. A pity. Rating will be adjusted as soon as things improve.

Simple service, cold food Never come there again

Unfortunately, communication is a foreign word for this branch. Supercard staff is not accepted here, let alone she didn't even know what it was. It's not bad, it's just that when you pay with the card you're also advertising that you can collect points with the Poinz app and the lady at the counter had no idea about that either. I asked for the supervisor and he didn't know anything about it. I ask Burger King to properly introduce their employees. This is not fair to the employees and the customers! Unfortunately, I have experienced this at many BurgerKing branches. The food was good! There must also be a compliment.

Unfortunately, the Burger King branch in Brüttisellen has absolutely no control over its processes and is unable to cope with the lunch rush. Last time it was 32 minutes waiting time, but this time it has actually improved to 31 minutes waiting time. Good job! For a fast food chain it's more of a disgrace. I'm not going there anymore.

Saved by this place so many times since they started working until 02:00 PS i wish double halloumi king stayed in the menu

The halloumi burger is surprisingly good, as is the location, the parking and the staff.

Quiet, large and friendly staff

The food (chicken burger menu and chicken wrap menu) was really tasty and especially the chicken nuggets were very good. The ice cream was also delicious because the chocolate topping was fresh and didn't have a strange aftertaste.

Extremely slow service in the drivethrough, bacon was missing...

Every time I go to the drive-thru, I order food for 2-3 people. I always order a menu for everyone and they just never manage to get the entire order in there. Of course I don't check it either and only notice it when I'm home and then I don't feel like going back. This time they completely overdid it and ordered 3 menus and forgot to add the fries to ALL 3 of them. If you pay over 70 and only get the value of 40-50, very good staff I will never go to this Burger King again

Were there on weekdays around 1 p.m. Ordered food from the vending machine. This was quickly brought to the table. Since ingredients were adjusted, the burgers were also fresh. But the nuggets were only lukewarm.

This is the lamest fast food group north of the Alps. We would have been full more quickly in a conventional restaurant. Unfortunately, this is apparently just the norm here, as we experience it again and again.

Waited 40 minutes for food. When we asked for the money back, we waited again for 10 minutes, at some point the manager was called - no apology, nothing. The money was taken out of the cash register without a word and handed into his hand. At this point I would take a course on how to deal with customers :-)

Almost every time I get something to eat in the drive, the order is wrong. Employees don't understand German, the order has to be repeated 10 times and still I end up with vegan burgers that I didn't want. I've driven up a second time a few times because no one understands it. And today I was supposed to come by again, the man on the phone barely understood me because he doesn't speak German himself.. this branch is slowly becoming incredibly impudent. Mistakes happen everywhere, okay, but do they learn from them??? Doesn't look like it

Of 20 orders at BK in which incorrect products were included, 19 were in the Dietlikon branch. Personally, I don't think staff who don't understand German are efficient at the intercom. And if you complain, you have to move your ass yourself. Lowest. That was the last time. A pity.

Friday evening February 9th, 11 p.m. Bad experience at the drive thru. I have placed my order. complete, so burgers, whether it's a menu, drink and a snack. There was no answer so I waited a moment. Then I was asked if there was a menu and what drink I would like. I assumed that they didn't understand me, so I repeated my order again, 1 for 1. When I paid, they wanted to charge me for 2 menus (38fr + -), so one too many. Of course I brought this to the lady’s attention. She then looked at me grimly, as if I had said something wrong. She then asked me again in an unfriendly tone what my order was. The error was corrected and I paid the correct price. but why does the employee get angry at me because of her own mistake? I'm from the catering industry, mistakes can happen, but I find it almost disgusting that they are handled so unprofessionally. By the way, they didn't apologize to me either, which would have made the situation much easier. I would be happy if you could discuss this internally.

We placed an order at 11 a.m. for a 12 p.m. delivery time. Now at 1 p.m. we didn't get any food at all. My 2 children haven't had lunch at all😡😡😡😡😡 And I've already paid twint money😡😡😡😡

I ordered two menus and two cheese and bacon fries. For 70 francs I only received the two sandwiches. I called the place twice but was ignored. Never again.

Burger King offers a diverse selection of burgers that are quite appealing. The generous portions and the ability to customize burgers to your own taste are definitely positives. However, the speed of service at some locations could be improved to ensure an even better customer experience. Overall, Burger King offers solid quality at reasonable prices.

Third order placed via UberEats and all were faulty! Every time I order a Red Bull Sugarfree - the normal one is delivered. Wrong items are delivered or completely forgotten. If you call and report it you will get a rude answer. I won't be ordering any more for the time being and will switch to the competition! There you are valued as a customer and receive an apology if this happens.

By far the worst Burger King store. About a month ago I had lunch here and had to wait 40 minutes for my food. Today I was here again to have dinner. There were no toys in the children's menu and the ice cream machine didn't work. This has never happened to me at McDonald's.

This was my first visit and I do not plan to come back any time soon. The nuggets were old, dry and too fried. And the kids zone was not excisiting. The staff wasn’t unfriendly, but just not service minded respectively not speaking neither German nor English. The frites and the coke was good. And it was not too dirty - we had to wipe the table ourselves before using it Correction: upon telling them about the missing napkins and unclean tables they took action within short time.

This BK doesn't even deserve one star. Really cheeky service, staff who don't feel like working, you wait 20 minutes for the food and it's cheekily pushed to you. Disaster compared to other Bk.

This Burger King has the ugliest fries like anywhere else. In general, the food here is a little different than at other Burger Kings. Actually, these should taste the same for everyone. Here, for example, the fries are never completely cooked through and limp, and yet they always give them out. Already the 3rd time now. And as they say on the signs by the windows, they use the same frying oil for everything. Fish, fries, onion rings etc...

Catastrophe, I waited 25 minutes and there were no people yet. Burgers were cold fries too! It took another 10 minutes until I got my money back for goods...

Burger was good, technology was lacking. All in all normal fast food experience. ^^

Friendly & helpful staff, because the order at the machine didn't work properly, the coupon wasn't recognized and an employee noticed everything she noticed and immediately looked into why it didn't work. Was then asked at the counter and served there, so the service was top notch. Otherwise everything is as you would expect from BK, everything is good.

The award for the slowest Burger King branch definitely goes to Dietlikon. Always expect waiting times of 20-30 minutes, even though there isn't that much going on... Staff seem to be overwhelmed.

The special burgers are absolutely delicious. The side dishes were also freshly prepared and crispy. My friend thought the milkshake was very, very good. The toilets are clean, as is the rest of the restaurant. There are enough seats on 2 floors. If it's busy or there were a lot of delivery orders, your own order may take a long time, but the food was still warm. Every now and then it has happened that something was forgotten when ordering, but the employees are very friendly and helpful and we always got the missing part straight away. Thanks to the many self-ordering terminals, there are hardly any queues when ordering, but today we could only pay with a credit card and not with a normal one. In addition, our receipt came from another terminal. There is a large parking lot behind the gas station that is always free. Feel free to go to this burgerking location.

Unreachable by phone, the most brainless people you could find were hired. For the third time the order was not complete. Nobody answers the phone either and when you ask them they say no, it's just a shame when you consider that there are people who haven't eaten all day because they don't have time and then when they get home the surprise of the burgers isn't there! !!! The phone is only stored in your Google for decoration or how are you supposed to understand that!!!! Weak really weak service!!
