Don't let in because Albanians are just pathetic

Table reserved right at the front next to the stage, alcohol ordered, and then suddenly brought to another table. Where we actually only had to order 1 bottle. Impudence! The waiter insulted us and called us liars. and said that it wasn't our table even though a lady brought us to the first table!

Entry and drinks are a lot. too expensive. Very nice facilities. However, the cigarette smoke reaches the non-smokers and the bar is big. Always very good acts/live performances.

Club quite ok. However, the smoke was a catastrophe. All the guests' eyes burned.

A classic stronghold of Balkan clubs in Switzerland! I've been there several times and can only report positively about it, never had any problems. There are good parking options. A relaxed atmosphere, good music, fresh drinks, great star performances and great women enhance this even further. Very nice facility, definitely worth a visit, you immediately feel at home. Svaka vam čast! :)

Worst club on earth never again and the bouncers hit the posts

Were there often and it was usually great. However, last time the DJ only played songs that didn't fit the "vibe" of the club at all. The DJ usually focuses on Balkan songs, which is - to be honest - why most people go there in the first place. At the beginning it is understandable that a little international and rather less popular music is playing. This one time (probably other times too) this lasted far too long until the “Balkan singer of the evening” luckily saved the mood. Too bad!

A water for 20 chf I've never experienced that anywhere else. Not even in Monaco in clubs a bottle of water costs 20 chf plus no air inside. The door of the smoker's lounge is constantly open, the whole club is full of smoke, no ventilation inside but there is a water bottle 20 chf is simply ridiculous. The music, atmosphere and the club itself is nice but these things upstairs are not possible - as a non-smoker, the inside is full of smoke and you have no air to breathe.

Bouncer won't let me in because I didn't have a woman standing next to me. Bottomless impudence.

The club is without question on the list of the top clubs in Europe. From reception to professional service. The high-quality interior reflects the owner and the entire team. Rarely as well served as at the Face Club in Zurich. If you want to really party, Face is the place!

Security is too aggressive, violent and beats up

It's a shame I can't give any stars because that's what the club should receive. We were there yesterday with friends, had reserved a lounge and everything was actually great until the waiter wanted to collect money after the order. Where do the exaggerated prices come from? The waiters probably make the prices themselves! 2 liters of Valser water and three small cocktails 150 fr.! There is something wrong?

Always overcrowded and the securities are far too aggressive. Nice ambience, cool lounges and good music. But the bad secs and the fact that the club is as full as an Indian train unfortunately outweigh the positive - therefore 1* from me. Better go to the exit in Zurich.

The club itself is very well located and has a nice atmosphere, but the negatives clearly outweigh the negatives. The club is always overcrowded, so you can hardly move around as a guest without a reservation (lounge). Even standing at a table is impossible without being constantly jostled around. It's almost impossible to make reservations for a lounge because everything is usually fully booked within 20 minutes. This is probably because Face Club has its “favorites” and people with vitamin B immediately get a lounge there, so others have no chance at all. It is understandable that the club wants to make as much turnover as possible, but unfortunately quality and customer satisfaction are completely neglected.

An unforgettable club, everyone is in a good mood, the atmosphere is extra. And I don't know what's wrong with the people who wrote that bouncers are unpleasant, it's not true, they're really nice people and they like to get drunk. All in all, an excellent organization, congratulations!

The only thing that really bothered me was that the club was always so full. I always ask myself: Why? You're just alienating your guests. I was at Nucci and Voyage's performance on the 31st. You couldn't move in the club. The guests are stressed, the table next to us had no space. The waiters couldn't work properly because of this and were also stressed. The club would be really great if it wasn't so crowded. Wouldn't it be possible to expand the club? I know letting fewer people in would reduce sales. I read through a few old reviews and the problem is probably nothing new. Review from 3 years ago reports the same problems. Another problem I noticed is that it gets very warm in the club. The women are constantly fencing. As a man, I sweat just from standing. The air conditioning/exhaust air could easily run more. It's well-intentioned feedback, otherwise I really like the club.

I used to visit the club every now and then. I definitely won't do that again. The club invited a singer named Jala Brat, who attacked a 9 year old boy in Nis, Serbia. This singer was even banned from entering the country for this. Faceclub invited this singer anyway. When I brought up this topic I was banned. The club is not interested in its customers and tries to cover up unpleasant topics through censorship. A pity.

Best of the best ! The best night club in Europe! WHAT ELSE?

I am here very often with my friends from the former Yugoslavia. Very pleasant atmosphere and definitely recommended.

Today we were 12 people Maya Berovic instead of having a nice evening, Faceclub let so many people in that we and the other people almost had to experience a fight several times because of the pushing!!! Let as many people in as the club can accommodate and not be overloaded to 300%!!! What a shame! Stan vas Bilo!

Faceclub can be proud of itself!! Every weekend the club proves that it is the best, no one can overtake FACECLUB! The club and of course the people who honor the face show every time how to celebrate, all I can say about that is Zürifäscht ;-)

Security personnel (5) including (1) co-owners of the Face club physically attacked me in the space (emergency exit) for no reason or I was grabbed on the dance floor and pulled out because there was an argument next to me. I got out without any resistance and then I was beaten up from all sides, so I had no chance to defend myself or clear up the misunderstanding. 3 lacerations + fracture on the lower jaw and nose, in any case such an act of violence would be inadmissible and disproportionate.

Let the loud music play during the drone show at the Zürifäscht. A no-go! All other bars know how to follow the rules of the game. The Face Club doesn't seem to need this...

The club primarily relies on a more anti-social clientele, which is easier to rip off. For example, at their pop-up club at Zurich Festival, they turned up their music again before the fireworks ended.

So far, 1 additive (Cola, Tonic, Red Bull, etc.) has always been included with each bottle. Recently an additional 20.- for a 1l cola 👍 soon the ice cream will also be charged...

Shame on you!! 20 minutes after the announcement of the singer/event, I called to reserve a booth.. I wanted a bigger one, because it was a birthday. They confirmed verbally and in writing that I was getting the booth I wanted (booth number). The condition was to pay 750.- in advance (which is not a small amount...). I did my part of the job, so that in the end they gave me a completely different booth, where they can seat maybe 8 people (there were 16 of us) and that was in Cosco until around pm.. And the lady justifies me that it is about system errors. Let those fairy tales go please. It's like mixing up Jovan Jovanovic and Stefan.. You made me sad. If I'm already paying 750.- for one booth, then at least I expect you to respect me and not spit on me! Shame!!!

Best club in all of Switzerland. Very good music, always a good atmosphere and people who like to party can always be found. Bartenders well organized and very friendly.

Dirty club, the main thing is to stuff people in and collect money, the fact that as a visitor you can't breathe and can't move is secondary. Never again.
