So we went to pick it up locally for the first time. Service was friendly but couldn't speak German properly. I ordered a small pizza and got a large one and it was very sloppy and full of oil and made with no love. The other two pizzas were also very cold and dry. The card machine didn't work either. Very bad, I'm really disappointed, it showed me again that the one in Wallisellen is 1000 times better. Unfortunately I can't upload a photo so you can see what the pizza looked like. This restaurant doesn't deserve the fact that I have to give it 1 star.

We sat there for over 20 minutes, were put off several times but were not served... then we just said "sorry" with a shrug. We used to enjoy going there often, but now you lose interest.

Dry and slightly leavened dough. Poor ingredients and high prices. It's a shame, because in other pizzerias of the same chain the pizza is better.

We had penne arrabiata and gamberoni salad, unfortunately both were not good. It was very bland and tasted like it was bought in the supermarket. I recommend sticking to the pizzas, these are amazing.

I was very surprised at how good the pizza was. It was thin, crispy and you could taste that the ingredients were fresh. We went to the cinema next door and then went for dinner here. As usual in pizzerias, the portions are very large, and even though we only ordered half a portion, it was still more than enough. The food was excellent, service attentive and I would happily go there again.

Today on November 29th, 2022 at 9:04 p.m. a Dieci pizza delivery person was at the Walder Areal and did a very illegal and dangerous maneuver there and thus risked injuring a person's life. Because he suddenly made a U turn from the oncoming lane and I had to slam on the brakes. This monster simply risked an accident just because he got lost. You have to fire an employee like that immediately.

The quality of the food was poor. We ordered spinach and ricotta ravioli with sage butter. You couldn't see or taste the sage. We asked if the kitchen could bring in additional sage leaves. This was denied, they had no sage. No trace of fresh ingredients! For CHF 25 you can expect more. Very unfortunate. The gnocchi was also below average. Rubbery and without much taste. On the menu they were advertised as gnocchi with mozzarella and basil. Instead of basil there were a few leaves of parsley for decoration.

dieci is my favorite pizza, but so far only ordered online for delivery. This was the first time to eat in the restaurant, but was a big dissapointment. The pizza and the toppings were different (salami, prosciutto) and unfortunately not in positive way. I keep ordering for delivery, that is most probably delivered from a different branch

We went last night and ate pizza and pasta. The latter is modified to suit local tastes, but it is still very good. The pizza is good, I think we could work on the dough to make it lighter (like the Neapolitan one). Excellent manager! Makes you feel like you're in Italy!

I had the Tonno pizza yesterday but was disappointed, the pizza had no taste at all, it felt like I was just eating bread. The pizza at Dieci Takeaway Wallisellen is a thousand times better, I will only eat there in the future.

Waitress tried 3 times to sell me branded water when I asked multiple times for tap water. Not sure it's a good thing especially in a good Italian restaurant, also we sat on terrace and there's grave on the ground and too much dust because of it, I think you definitely should do something with it, since it's unpleasant to spent time and eat when you are seating in a dust cloud when it's hot and dry outside

Very friendly staff. We were there a few months ago shortly after opening hours at around 11:15 p.m. Dieci was actually already closed, but the staff opened it especially for the four of us. We were also allowed to order pizzas of our choice and eat them on site. The staff was actually already cleaning up and apologized to us because all the chairs were already set up. One beautiful afternoon, it was 3.30 pm, my friend and I found ourselves very hungry in the Dietlikon shopping area. Nearby we found restaurant 10, and to our great surprise, the owner (an Italian boy, very kind and helpful), made us sit down. The interior of the restaurant was very well looked after, paying attention to small details. an extensive menu - from pizza, bruschetta, salads, meat, fish and various desserts, with absolutely normal prices. we stayed for another 3 evenings to eat various delicacies and believe me it was worth it. fast service and always with a smile, attention to the customer and a family atmosphere. coffee and fresh biscuits were always offered. thank you Boys.

Very large portions of decent pasta (you can take home what you can't finish) . However the cappuccino I had was too hot and the milk was liquid but that might just have been the one time I was there.

Small but nice. The restaurant is really small and at least when there is no Corona, a reservation is mandatory. Right next to the Pathe it is the place to grab something to eat before going to the cinema. The pizzas are of clear Dieci quality, simply top. Pasta and everything else are really generous portions, so if you don't want to fall asleep in the cinema, there are also smaller portions. Service was great, everyone was friendly and accommodating.
