We just ate an absolutely delicious Limousin Burger there! I hadn't been back there for over 30 years, a very pleasant surprise. Welcome and friendly service as a bonus, and a lovely unobstructed view of the lake. We are going to book the meal for our civil wedding there. Ps: Large selection of teas, it’s a pleasure!

Disappointing hunting! 40.- for tough meat, grilled spatzli and a small plate. We also had the perch fillets. The garnish? The same as hunting! We called to report the inconvenience, and the response? I take note... nothing well thought out! We will not return!

Magnificent place, we can't say anything but wait 10 minutes to be welcomed and placed, at an unplanned table although reservation confirmed by e-mail, wait for the aperitif (the setting being magnificent with the sunset, ca passes), but when you ask to order after an hour with nothing, being told by the waitress that she is forbidden from taking new orders because it doesn't follow in the kitchen, it's borderline. And eating two hours after arriving, at night, with the light at your back, is not very pleasant. The servers are very friendly but do not apologize on behalf of the owner. And they charge us for a carafe of water at 1CHF, the height of it. The funny thing is that the same thing happened to us last year but the setting being so magnificent, we hoped that the service had evolved. But no. So unfortunately this will be the last time for us. Unless the boss hires more waiters and cooks, but he's going to tell us like last year that he can't find staff. Well in this case, we must accept fewer reservations. ADDED FOLLOWING THE OWNER’S RESPONSE: I appreciate the commercial response but strangely I received the same response last year when the same situation arose (very long waiting time and missing service staff) where the owner at the time (so not you, according to your words) said he had acquired the domain a few weeks earlier. Weird ... That you are finding your feet in September after a full summer is difficult to hear. I imagine that when you acquire an area like this (we're not talking about a food truck here), you have a minimum of training in hospitality and establishment management. Which therefore does not justify the hiccups encountered during our visit which are of the order of amateurism (I am not questioning the quality of the cuisine). Thanks for the invitation but we won't be back. Too many disappointments despite an effort to tell yourself that things will change next time. Especially when the bill is around 200 CHF.

We were invited for a Sunday brunch. Lots of greenery. Very peaceful. The food was served outside in buffet style. There are many things that we liked, but omelette and terrines do not tempt us. The meat was served at the end, a little burnt… Pétanque track, bouncy castle were available, the slide for the little ones… We spent a pleasant and friendly Sunday morning.

Magnificent discovery, superb and bucolic place. We went for brunch this Sunday, September 10 at 10:45 a.m.-11 a.m. it was great. The food was excellent, lots of choice. The terrace was half full and filled up quickly around 11:30 a.m. The service was good despite the fact that we saw that it was limited in terms of staff. Excellent time spent in a lovely, quiet setting. Diligent and welcoming service. Quality food and very well prepared, very diverse brunch. The only downside is that the parking lot is too small. Thank you for everything.

When making a reservation for a 60th birthday party, 8 people, we received a telephone 24 hours before the event to tell us that our reservation was canceled. Being placed on the terrace and due to the terrible weather, we were informed that the interior of the establishment was already full and therefore... Too bad for us. Establishment to absolutely avoid due to obvious lack of respect

A correct choice, like everything else, it's correct but nothing more. Noisy room and not the best service, we are quickly forgotten about the drinks, the same for the reception… Not disastrous either and the food not “good” but ok, few things are homemade but the ingredients are a bit qualitative hence the ok.

We had a very pleasant time as a family at this establishment. The service, sometimes a little long (full terrace), was perfectly adequate. The nice woman who took care of our table was really friendly, smiling and was busy all evening, running around! The food was very good, both the tapas and the starters and the main courses. Small downside for the Malakoffs which were not successful in our opinion, we made the comment to the waitress who passed the word very kindly. The prices were also very reasonable for what we ate. I highly recommend this place to spend a nice evening around a nice meal!

Very good brunch in a magnificent setting! Fair price and a cheap but excellent rosé. For the negative points, insufficient quantities of parasols and the condition of the parasols is DEplorable! And to end the catastrophic level of service for the young ladies.... fortunately the young man was there. !

More than 2h30 to eat, service that absolutely does not work! It is unacceptable. My response of 07/25/2023: We came on Friday 07/14/2023, table reserved for 7:30 p.m. To begin with, no one at reception, and then we finally had to choose our table ourselves (no table reserved for names). So we sat down and after about twenty minutes of waiting without a card and without offering us a drink, someone noticed us. Finally, order taken, with 4 starters and 4 meals and drinks, including water to hydrate us. The water only arrived at the meal after having begged for it many times. Of the four entries, one was wrong. So we had to wait almost 45 minutes to finally get our 4 correct entries. We had time to finish our drinks and wine order for the dish without the dish.. We did not miss our turn to come inside and see the staff to find out what was going on. We also noticed that the tables which had already left the premises were not cleared throughout the evening... which makes us question the situation. And so, we were finally told that our order for the meal had been forgotten.. But talking with the other tables.. the wait was at least 2 hours for everyone. We finally had dinner at almost 11 p.m., at the back of the terrace which isn't even lit... so in the dark. I asked to see "the owner", and several customers there were also asking but ultimately one of your servers told us that the latter had disappeared because he had something else to do (a wedding?). I feel surprised by this outcome, knowing that the customers on site would have deserved some apologies, and in my opinion, you do not leave your staff alone on site and in such a moment of overflow. We are accommodating people who are happy to be patient, but on that day, honestly, we should have limited the number of places in relation to the number of staff present... that would have really avoided this tense situation for everyone. I completely understand your difficulties in recruiting servers and the fact that this restaurant which I was already going to at the time continues to be successful, because the place is magnificent... on the other hand, I think it is necessary to make concessions when staff is too low compared to the number of reservations. I hope you find your servers so that you can work in better condition because the food was excellent. Best regards

We recommend ! Sunday brunch in a haven of peace above the lake. The buffet is large and stocked with fresh, local produce - sweet, savory, hot, cold. There is never a shortage of anything, the servers are very responsive and constantly refill the buffet. Mention for the gnocchi fritti! A delight ! Very friendly and helpful waiters.

Great experience! Based on the comments, we went to today's brunch with a little apprehension, but everything was perfect. The setting is magnificent, the terrace with its parasols is very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are on standby to add parasols if necessary. The buffet was always well stocked and well presented. It is varied and very good. 45.- CHF/person (payment upon arrival) for the buffet with fruit juices (including fresh orange juice), water and coffee.

Given the comments, I left feeling mixed... once there, welcome, food, choice, drinks, staff; location: it was great! Free parking. Very good food and lots of choice, both savory and sweet 👍🏻 top notch, I recommend

Brunch formula at 45frs with non-alcoholic drinks supposedly included. Fake! we are told on arrival that the carafe of water is 1frs...ok...except that when ordering we are told that we cannot order a carafe of water.....it you have to pay for bottles of still or sparkling water 😳worse still, they refuse to fill the bottle with water for a baby. The Brunch itself is not great, not much choice for the price....a shame because the place is truly magnificent.

What a bad experience, a horror. Never again. To all Brunch lovers go your way!!! First we don't go home without paying the brunch package and we understand why afterwards. They accepted far too many reservations compared to their capacity to serve. Which made it extremely difficult to order a drink and the sparse buffet was empty all the time. Ultimately people were desperate and became aggressive to be able to eat the little that was available. All this for dishes that are not very elaborate and extremely basic.

Very beautiful place well suited for families! Rather accommodating and friendly staff. We took advantage of the Sunday brunch - overall very nice. We had seen some negative comments but were not bothered by the wait or lack of food. 2 downsides however... * Only one "salad" type dish (tomatoes in this case) placed around 11:30 a.m. Nothing seen before, so a very nice choice but a little extra to accompany would have been good too.. * The impossibility of taking water in a carafe... Forced to take bottles of still water at 06.- chf.. It still makes one cringe. Too bad for that, but we hope that the place will find its customers because the domain is worth it and the owner seemed to be in a nice sharing approach. 🙌

Came to spend a birthday evening, the evening was memorable, but unfortunately, in the negative. Not a single dish matched the order, a service time never seen before, no excuses from the service or the boss directly. We were not a unique case, a large number of dishes were sent back to the kitchen. The place is a gem, but unfortunately, with this service, it is heading straight into the wall. Too bad. No commercial gesture, not even the free coffees. Unfortunately, I am unlikely to return, despite my love for the place.

Magnificent place to spend a great time with the family! A huge plot of land, games for children and a pétanque court! Never seen before for a restaurant! Great atmosphere with a country music concert and western theme! The meal was an all-you-can-eat buffet with BBQ pork ribs! We will return there for a Sunday brunch! :-) I recommend this place!

After watching a video featuring an appetizing buffet in an idyllic setting, we let ourselves be tempted by this Sunday brunch offered at 45.-. At this price, I wasn't expecting the quality offered by a palace but what we experienced today was more of a bad joke than anything else. Arriving at 11 a.m., the only buffet offering cold dishes was stormed by the many guests who had recently arrived. We were lucky again and were able to take advantage of the few sausages and rashers of bacon available. Throughout our visit, the buffet was somewhat restocked but as soon as the dishes were placed, hungry people rushed in and everything was gone in a few seconds. The scrambled eggs were a failure and we had to wait a good ten minutes for a coffee (decaf because there were no more normal coffee beans and there were only small cups left) and an orange juice squeezed by a machine which malfunctioned because some oranges were too big for this one. Throughout our visit, not a single waiter came to take orders for drinks, just a waitress who came to partially clear the table without greeting us around 12:30 p.m. I give two stars because the place is magnificent and the potential is there but today I really had the impression of being looked like a pigeon. I've never heard so many customers complaining about a debacle happening right before our eyes. We heard, among other things, "paying 45 francs for a croissant is a shame" or "well we've hit rock bottom" when we saw the devastated buffet....A shame, because if the staff had tried to make up for the by offering us something as compensation, we would perhaps consider coming back one day... but here, by wanting to accommodate too many people and not keeping up, just for the sake of profit, we end up losing customers in the long term. ABE and stop sending us Instagram videos that look more like false advertising please.

I recommend this restaurant 8000%, taken over recently by really lovely people: I had to find a place for my daughter's birthday on D-3 of the event, and we were received, me and my guests, like kings. The setting is just magnificent (games for children suitable for both young and old: slide, little train, large space to play ball, in short, paradise!) and a large terrace overlooking a magnificent garden. The food is excellent and generous: I can only recommend it because everything is delicious; but I remember the foccacias which are to die for, the HOMEMADE chicken nuggets for the children (I was holding myself back from eating all of those for my daughter, they are incredible) and the strawberry: KILLER! And the fries are perfectly crispy! In short, a real treat from starter to dessert with fresh, regional products! And the kindness of the managers and their employees is really worth highlighting. Thank you for this PERFECT moment, I will come back :)

We organized a birthday aperitif with some friends at Buritaz. The place is magnificent (pretty estate, beautiful view, children's play area). The dishes prepared were very good and very well served in quantity. We were able to bring our own birthday cake which was kindly served by the restaurant. Olivier, the waiter who took care of us, was very welcoming and professional. The limoncello as a gift before our departure was greatly appreciated. I recommend +++

Deplorable!! A shame really because it’s a magnificent setting. Serve tea in a small coffee cup because supposedly no more cups and 5 minutes later I see 3 teas passed in front of me. No more ice cream at 3 p.m. when it’s the start of the season. Overworked employees and the boss who struts around with a cigar in his hand had better help his employees. Really shabby and a shame with such a beautiful setting.

Bad service, very slow (2 hours before eating), waiter not knowing his menu and many dishes are not available, but we were warned after ordering. Many tables are left dirty despite customers leaving hours before. The dishes are very poor value for money and often arrive lukewarm. Much too expensive for what it is. The most shocking thing remains that the staff do not wear masks and that the health pass has never been checked. The boss was informed of our dissatisfaction to which he remained totally indifferent.

Exceptional place! The food is great, the prices are fair. And really great for events too (birthdays, company meals, weddings, etc.). To test is to adopt!

Mega good pizza well prepared by Pepe who, thanks to his charisma, his welcome and these succulent meals because it's not just the pizzas that are good roesti and I pass a menu where the boss Thierry puts a point of honor on the decor and above all on the prices which are quite reasonable I recommend to everyone especially for families where they can let their children frolic in their pretty garden and finally let's not forget Marika who with her smile and her kindness makes us pass a good moment

Catastrophic from start to finish. Our reservation is not there, the dishes do not arrive all at the same time, meat without sauce and we have to pay for the accompaniments in addition, we are inflated by the bill. In short, a disaster. I really advise against it, a shame because the setting is superb.

Magnificent setting with beautiful children's play area. BUT WE FELL OUT QUICKLY. The service and organization are not up to par with the framework. In summary: we reserved a brunch, we were informed when placing an order that it was no longer possible (the brunch season is over, but when booking by telephone no problem for the brunch...). So we finally order à la carte, we receive the dishes 1h30 later. Only one side dish is included with the meat (potatoes, vegetables or salad). We can take a second side dish but at an additional cost. We ask for a side dish for each person in addition (we are a group of 12 people), but we receive a very small plate of vegetables to share between two, under the pretext of simplifying the cook's work. The wine is forgotten. For dessert, we were informed when some of our group received the ice cream, that there was not enough tiramisu left and that we had to quickly order something else. And to conclude, we are billed for 50 francs of extra consumption. The server recognizes the error. One more last detail, no changing table, no chairs for children... Unfortunately, we will not be coming back again.

As many say, the setting is very pretty with a nice area for children. The rest is a total disappointment! After 50 minutes of waiting we received our three plates but the meat on one of the plates was medium instead of rare. Back to the kitchen. The missing plate didn't have time to go back as we had already finished the other two dishes. We asked to give us the bill and not bring us this last plate which was taking too long to arrive. The boss speaks with the distraught waitress but does not come to see us. The waiters are completely lost, you have to ask to have some bread on the table when you are already waiting for more than 40 minutes and the plates are expensive for fish and baked potatoes, it's still limited not to have vegetables. In short, we will not come back and advise you not to go.
