We ordered 4 pizzas from this brand. All the pizzas were way too salty to eat. We were all unanimous. We decided to call the brand for an explanation, asked for a refund or a voucher for the value of 4 pizzas. The person we spoke to on the phone responded in a pretentious manner, saying that it was impossible for these pizzas to be too salty. At first he didn't want to give us a refund or a voucher, then after a good 10 minutes of discussion, he agreed to give us a voucher for the value of our order, saying in an unpleasant tone "the customer is always right". To avoid!

What a disaster and what a lack of conviviality for this pizzeria chain that is not at all up to par. There are much better places in the region to eat good pizza. I don't recommend it, move on

I kindly open the door for him before he even gets out of the elevator and the man comes towards me furious, speaking to me in a very aggressive manner that I cannot tolerate, what's more, in front of my son who has been scared. The man shouts in front of my son and blames me for not answering the phone right away (he called at 6:40 p.m. and I answered him at 6:42 p.m.). Indeed, the delivery was indicated for 7:15 p.m. and I didn't have my eyes fixed on my phone because I wasn't expecting it that early. Still, his behavior is unacceptable. Screaming like that and being so aggressive in front of a customer and in front of your child is totally intolerable. My son hasn't touched his pizza and is still shocked. I'm waiting for feedback and an apology! Never again !

These dear gentlemen inform me that they have tried to contact me via the Uber application on several occasions to warn me that the two main dishes ordered were out of stock but obviously no call received. After an hour and a half of waiting for a delivery that never arrived, they still have the audacity to lie to the customer despite their fault and lack of professionalism and to top it off they took the liberty of charging my order.
