Café du Boiron in Nyon

We went there for its GastroFlamme menu and frankly, we were "disappointed": it was super nice and very good, with excellent service! We had a great time!

New fantastic and super original meal concept!!! I can't say what it is because you have to go there to find out. The meal was fabulous, we enjoyed it from start to finish. The welcome was perfect, we only expect one thing: it's to go back

I have already eaten several times in this establishment, whether it is the daily menu which is very copious and tasty, generally two menus to choose from it seems to me, or whether it is the themed evenings like the winegrower fondue or other! Currently they have just introduced a new concept of dishes flambéed with alcohol. For the moment I have only tasted one starter of this new concept which I found very pleasant, it is planned for my part to make with knowledge the starter, main course, dessert because this new concept seems very interesting ! Many thanks again for their warm welcome, as well as their cuisine, good value for money.

A place you don't want to return to. First and last visit. A fairly average welcome, fatty, heavy dishes, not very fine for a price that is not necessarily cheap in relation to the products served. In short, move on, there are better options in Nyon for the same price.

Every day 2 menus to choose from with a small salad or soup of your choice. Good regional cuisine. Very good coffee. Friendly and competent service.
