The place may seem small, but what an atmosphere as soon as the karaoke starts at 9:30 p.m.! Arrive early to grab a table, or stay up singing at the top of your lungs with the other weirdos!

We went to Casa Tiki for our company party! It was great, karaoke, tapas, super original cocktails and the staff was great with us. I will come back with friends as soon as possible 👍

With several friends we went to the Casa tiki bar for drinks and more particularly to do Karaoke. Upon arriving, the bar had a creepy atmosphere, with people participating in a language tandem event. We asked the bartender to start the Karaoke since we had come there for that and the evening had been announced as such. After a long wait and several requests, we were able to order our drinks. We started singing and set the mood in the bar, prompting several other tables to join us and sing along. This in turn attracted even more customers to the bar. On the other hand, the bar was unable to handle the demand. Indeed the service was slow and non-responsive (for example we asked several times for water which never came to the point that I had to go myself and ask to fill the carafe at the tap) and this does not encourage people to consume more. Given the great atmosphere we had in the bar, we asked the bartender if he didn't offer us a round of shots to which he replied that we hadn't consumed enough. This already lacks tact, but since when does a bartender allow himself to put pressure like that on his customers to have to consume more?! It is unacceptable! We actually have videos that can attest to the atmosphere in the bar before/after our arrival and the number of people we brought into karaoke with us. When leaving, another disappointment, on their menu they try to pass an amaretto sour at 16CHF instead of the 10 CHF indicated on their menu, claiming that the sour is a classic cocktail indicated as being between 15 and 20chf. When we explicitly ask to see the written price list for each of these so-called classic cocktails, they are unable to provide one. You have a legal obligation to provide prices for your services and especially if this is explicitly requested by the client, because otherwise you could just adjust/vary the prices between 15 and 20CHF depending on the client's taste for these classic cocktails. The bartender started making a scene and YELLING at me saying that's how it was, and that I should go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. This type of behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a total lack of interpersonal skills for a profession that is in contact with customers. IN SHORT, A BAR TO FLEE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are much friendlier, more affordable and decent bars and karaoke bars in Geneva. We had a lovely evening with friends, but DESPITE the very poor customer service and a dishonest bartender!

Truly the worst I have visited in the world. It was bad service, with bad cocktails. Maybe they lacked the bartender but still, the attitude was terrible. They ruined the last night in Geneve. The decoration reflects the lack of love for the cocktail. It was flavored water.

Magnificent cocktail bar, we forget that we are in Geneva, I recommend the Tiki Sour and the Sweet tiki The young and very kind staff gave us advice and took the time to chat/laugh with us, it’s very family-friendly and friendly. We will come back!!

A true GEM!! We love Tiki bars and search them out where ever we go. Casa Tiki is a great Dive bar. Drinks are superb and the service is excellent. We enjoyed meeting the staff and sharing Tiki bar stories. We are from California and can't wait to visit Casa Tiki again in the Summer of 2020

Very friendly staff. Delicious cocktails. Very good food (but not always open). It's a little cool in winter. You can eat pizzas from the delicious Italian restaurant next door.

It's very good in the environment

A place that changes from what you find in the neighborhood. The jungle decor is exotic but the prices of the drinks are not within everyone's budget, certainly a way of filtering the clientele! For my part, it's not a first choice but when elsewhere it's full, I happily go there!

Nice but watch out for the stock market. The cocktail is not cheap. In their defense it is absolutely excellent
