We just made some money and left. The entrance is 10Ch per person and is free for the Zürich Card owners. Very friendly staff and members, they don't try to cheat like other casinos in the world.

The casino is well organized. Friendly staff.there are windows to see the dark of the night :). They give 10 chf coupon and free drinks if you visit the place during the week between 6 to 7. The bar is also very nice with prices that are reasonable. Importantly, the drinks are very well made.you definitely believe this.

The ground floor is very impressive! The people at reception were very friendly. The gaming tables are upstairs, so the atmosphere is less pleasant. Minimum bet for Black Jack was 15 CHF. At roulette 5 CHF. The service at the bar was rare and not very motivated. The beers were pretty stale… I found the croupiers at the table to be reserved and even unfriendly. I have a direct comparison with the Swiss Casino in Schaffhausen, which I find to be much more pleasant.

It was my first time but also my last time there. First of all, the staff isn't very friendly. I also sat down at the roulette table and wanted to bet 5 on a row of numbers below. (3x profit). I was immediately informed that the minimum bet was 15 euros. Okay, so far so good. I always play the same way. Because if I lose, I double the bet again on the same field. Even if it's not my turn 5x, but 6x, I get three times the stake. Mathematically, it is logical that even if I double every time, I will ultimately make a profit. When I reached around 3,000 euros in winnings, I was suddenly asked to leave the casino on the grounds of house rights. Of course, I know that the casino operators don't like it when someone plays with a logical system and wins, but I find it outrageous that I was basically thrown out after winning 3,000 euros. I would also like to add that I received a response from the operator in which he claimed that they had no table limit or minimum bet and that I was probably wrong in the casino, although I have only been to a casino once and that was in Zurich . In addition, the many positive reactions to my review probably prove me right.

Yesterday we went to the casino with colleagues, but we were refused entry because some of us didn't have ID with us and others had consumed a little too much alcohol at the Christmas market. The security kindly informed us that unfortunately we were not allowed into the casino. Have been in Casinos all over the world, from London to Monte Carlo and from Macau to Las Vegas. This is the WORST casino I've ever been to.. You have to pay the entry fee to loose your money.. Staff is not pleasant.. There is no parking for customers.. Cheap, unhealthy food.. I cook better pasta at home🤣🤣 And playing 50+€ on 3 BJ boxes you gonna get charged for a glass of water.. not even a bottle, but a glass of cheap tap wate.. This is disgusting.. Left straight away.. How can a place be so disrespectful to the clients.. It's a joke... Feel sorry for Zurick residents, that they have no choice and have to come to this awful place.. 😭😭😭😭

I am very disappointed with this casino, we are good customers and get ripped off regularly. Already lost a few hundred thousand francs...chance of winning is 0, with an alleged 95% payout on the machine. Now they want 2.00 for a glass of tap water after I just lost 2000.00. That is not how it works! An absolute disgrace! Never again!

Probably one of the best addresses in Zurich for a truly excellent dinner. High quality food. Excellent wines. The service was impressive! I have never experienced better service anywhere in Zurich.

Worst online poker they have. Once you are one of the shortest chip stack you will not have the chance for a comeback. Especially in Bounty and Knock-Out MTT as a lower stack you are mostly the fool. Beaten by ridiculous hands against pocket Aces, Kings, Ace King and more. Cash games is the same. You will lose with a set on the flop against flush or straight draw of a higher stack. The winning hands of the shortest stacks are 92 off suited or J4 off suited nobody plais in that stage. But the winning hands of the higher chip stack against your AK, AQ or other premium hands are 27, 58 and other bad hole cards nobody plais usually. I saw 5 times in a row a higher chip stack won against premium hands which is never possible in normal poker. I suggest never do a re-buy, buy-in 1 minute before buy-in end. Only play micro MTT's and if you don't get your investment back up to 50 Fr. stop playing on this site. I never saw so many flushes, straight and beats by runner runner. Full house against full house is here very normal but of course ALWAYS THE HIGHER CHIP STACK WILL WIN WITH THE BETTER FULL HOUSE. Mostly with A5, A3 or something like that against medium pocket. Higher chip stack will hit his winner full house by runner runner ALWAYS!!!

Very good casino with a lot of slot machines and personnel per person. Just so you know, once you enter, you must go to a counter to get a player card on which you put money, then you go waste the money on slot machines (minimum 30-50 cents usually). After that, you can get back to claim your money left at a special machine. There is also roulette which can be monitored from distance with a screen, and blackjack tables. I am just sad there wasn’t any poker table, because I love poker. Otherwise you’re sure to have a lot of fun if burning money isn’t an issue.

Not enough table games. Too much empty space with sofa an lounge. Gets very crowded in the poker waiting list. No baccarat. No real meals to eat only snacks. Horrible management... Location itself would be very nice!

Beautiful casino with lots of different slot machines and some table games like blackjack and roulette. They also have 3 poker tables, and they run no limit holdem cash games every weeknight starting at 8 pm, and earlier on weekends. Thankfully they don't have a dress code like some other casinos in Europe. Coming from the US I personally find the dress code very inconvenient when going to casinos in Europe.
