Full plate of delicious food. Very friendly service. I was just passing through Brig but I would definitely eat here again.

Today she ordered a dürüm and didn't put any meat in it. 20 chf. It's really a joke when 1 person at the dürüm has to read what goes in 5 times and still forgets. There needs to be a new kebab shop in Brig. They know something about work

It's not my habit to release reviews because I believe they take their time... But this time a review deserves to be written... we went to eat this week... the cleanliness of the environment is excellent, the food really good and above all at an affordable price for more or less everyone, but the gem of the restaurant is the boy ( I believe I am a manager, an Italian boy I would say) who was not only professional and kind (characteristics that the job requires but are not always found) but, having seen a mother with two children, he was of a courtesy and availability that absolutely to be praised... we will definitely be back and I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once

Historically bad kebab!! The price is more expensive than in Monaco, The service doesn't understand you, the meat is from the day before yesterday, and the salad and so on, you don't even have to start. The salad is rubbery and rubber ball. The kebab is so small that it couldn't even feed my 5 year old cousin. The kebab was also made without feeling, not mixed at all, so that when you bite into the middle you only have onions and at the edge only meat A scandal!

I know what to say, this price-performance ratio was terrible. If you're willing to shell out half a fortune for a tasty kebab, you've come to the right place. The food was superb. The service was excellent. 100% recommended. The staff even gave my son presents, twice !

For a Dürüm 12.90.- you should be able to expect something... Pure disappointment...not recommended!!! It has nothing to do with a typical kebab shop as we know it.. too many offers.. which I also find very negative.. deliveries only from 40.- upwards depending on where you live..!! And there is a surcharge for each menu/kebab... it's pretty bold to make money and demand more than if you get it yourself... I don't know of any delivery service that is so bold and charges more money for a kebab than it actually does in the store costs...

I’ve been eating kebabs since I was a kid and have been to most kebab places in Switzerland and this location and the one is Leuk are awesome. The people here are super friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable.

Excellent atmosphere, food and service!

We ordered 2 kebab boxes for the children, fries and meat were great, the cocktail and yoghurt sauces were amazing and we come from Basel where there is a kebab shop on every corner. High praise, one of the best kebab boxes thanks to the generously applied and very tasty sauces.

The kebab is simply too small for almost 12Fr. You would almost need 3 of these kebabs to fill you up.

Good kebab. Not the best I had but still good and always fresh ingredients since the place is quite frequented.

If I could do it, they would only get one star from me! When I ordered he couldn't understand me at all and had to pay more because of the 11.90 because they thought I had ordered an extra Dürüm. Which I didn't order. I let it go and took the food with me. When I tried the cheeseburger box, I noticed that the meat wasn't as good as usual! In the cheeseburger box I also found small kebab pieces that shouldn't even be there!

Actually a 4* kebab but with your great friendliness and warm treatment of our children you definitely deserve the fifth star!

Of the 3 Dürüms, only one was wrapped well, the sauce dripped out of the bottom of the other 2. In one case the aluminum foil was also wrapped in the flatbread in such a way that it was hardly possible to eat it. Unfortunately you couldn't taste much of the cordon bleu.

It's been a long time since I've eaten such a delicious kebab! Nice atmosphere, friendly reception and staff. With a great children's play area (family area spatially separated) - so the meal was particularly relaxed for me as a mother. I can only recommend!

Probably the only kebab shop WITHOUT halal meat. Complete minced meat skewers are nothing new in Switzerland. Bread, salad and sauces are good.

Used to frequent here, but the quality keeps dropping each time now and out of my past 10 orders 8 were wrong despite repeating it 3 times each time. Kind of a joke by now. The food is still kinda good tho Edit: I gave one more star now since they made the last orders way better and they were right those times.

Falaffel not to my taste. Pide looks nice, but unfortunately lacks salt and taste. Napkin dispenser on the table extremely dirty. When you sit at the window it is quite cold and the deep window sill is also very dirty.

Most of my order was admittedly tasty (2 out of 3), but I'm genuinely questioning the employees mistaking products this often. Even when I repeat my order and say no to their attempted "autocorrection" or point at their sign. Also, and this is the main reason for the bad review: if something is black then it's burned. I really don't know how they didn't see that as it was basically charcoal at this point. Very disappointed with this one, they normally have better quality

Since you have to wait outside the door for your order, you save a lot on meat. Otherwise taste very good. The friendliness of the staff depends on the day.

Dürüm is falling apart, watery and smelly. The flatbread was very greasy. Thrown away after 2 bites. My colleague exactly the same. Never again. Also far too expensive.

I would prefer to give 0 stars, but since that isn't possible I have to give 1 star. Reason: 10.90 for a Dürüm is 1. too expensive and 2. It wasn't worth it because my Dürüm was served to me broken. Additionally, it had no taste. You couldn't taste the sauce and the carrots were too big. Wasted money in my opinion.

As I stood in front of the restaurant with my companion, I already thought that this could be an expensive evening. But you also have to live sometimes! In the location itself, scents from the West filled my nose. I felt like I had left Brig and taken the 18 straight to Istanbul with Jürgen Milski. As we sat down at the table, we realized that this was probably a hip place since there were no waiters. So I picked up the booklet and ordered for myself and my companion. Only 10 minutes later a kind of waiter stood in front of our table. My pide was breathtaking. I had local gourmets explain to me that it was a type of Turkish pizza. Unfortunately I couldn't find a wine list, but I would have liked to try the local grape juices. I was offered Ayran as an alternative. A Turkish whey drink with a very unique taste. For dessert there was the finest Turkish pastries. Light beads of sweat developed on my forehead, not because of the climatic conditions in Charisma, no because I asked for the bill. However, I was pleasantly surprised here too. I had to pay relatively little for what was offered. I can recommend a visit to Charisma to anyone who wants a short trip to Turkey within walking distance of the train station. Personally, I will definitely return to charisma.

Someone from the staff had to sneeze and unfortunately into my fine kebab box. But it was still okay.

We came here because of the good review. The kebab was done so fast. The flatbread was not well done. We asked without onion and they didn’t care and gave it with everything. There was also very few meat inside. Perhaps we had bad luck but we are not coming again.

I won't get pizza there anymore. I ordered a pizza capricciosa. Unfortunately, artichokes, olives and the small spicy fish were missing. On the pizza there was ham, lots of mushrooms and mozzarella. Also an egg, never seen eggs on a Capricciosa before. A pity!!!!!!!!
