I'm giving you zeros because I came on Saturday March 2 at 9:13 p.m. to place my order and pay and the staff were not respectful or hello and a person who passed in front of me and said nothing to the staff and since I have your service I find that unacceptable of you, I'm not going to stop there

Unfortunately bad sauce 2 times in a row and I couldn't enjoy my chick.... I don't know if I'll give them a 3rd chance.... my week is ruined...

Dear Mr Nesret and Bedrije Sulejmani, This review is coming from a loyal and long time customer. I regret to inform you that the legacy of your business is poorly managed by your staff and should be examined without delay. Today on the 13th of January, I placed an order in person at 11:03 am. The issue was that the chicken was missing. This is acceptable and was a human error. The woman I spoke to wrote my name over the phone on a piece of paper and said I may collect my order whenever. Thank you to her. Tonight, as a loyal customer, I placed an order again of 20 chf (delivery via uber) only in order to collect the chicken that was mistakenly missed on my order that morning. I called in advance and was met on the phone by a woman who said that it would not be a problem and to make the order. I then make the order with the same family name and a crystal clear message that referenced my call to the lady 1 minute prior. I then receive 30 mins later, a cold order without the original chicken that was missed. I proceeded to call back the lyon branch to which the woman said that she could not confirm it was me. It had the same family name as was written on the paper and referenced my conversation with her. Nevertheless, she refused to give me her name, she recommended I leave my home to come and collect the missed chicken and then said there is nothing she can do. I therefore spent money twice at your business, without ever getting what I wanted and with a bitter taste in my mouth for your brand. I hope you can rectify the issue in your staff before your other customers face the same disheartening experiences as I have.

The service is catastrophic! RUE DE LYON first of all, they put a terminal but no one to guide you or give a beep! so late, sandwich already served for a while, but they don't know who it is!! So it’s cold! I asked to have the sandwich remade for me which had become cold and there an employee named “Michel” (who kept showing himself to be bored of working, sighing, speaking curtly to customers etc.) in an aggressive manner replied to me that 'she's not going to do it again and refuses to reimburse me. she leaves me there, without my sandwich which she had just thrown on the counter!! a menu that I paid 18CHF!! And go back to ignoring me! I restart it, nothing happens, I explode and we end up with a scandal! I get my takeaway after 30 minutes! which obviously I throw away immediately when leaving for fear that something is done inside!! How can we employ people like that??? No professionalism! A shame

Crispy and tender chicken the flavors are there unlike KFC its chicken and almost raw bland and too many breadcrumbs Homemade spicy spicy oriental flavored rice delicious the boss is adorable very welcoming smiling and friendly Personally I recommend this restaurant it's the best fast food restaurant in Geneva you can eat without guilt like I didn't eat healthy I have a balloon in my stomach etc like the case when you eat MCDO KFC It's the only fast food that my children and I enjoy eating Thanks boss Thank you Chic chicken 🫶🏼👍😍

This is the best chicken I’ve ever had it’s super crispy and juicy, the fries are amazing, the sauces too and the prices are not too high for Geneva. I recommend 100% :)

Since this restaurant opened I have visited it frequently and with a constantly renewed guilty pleasure. I have always been well served regardless of the team there, always with a few more pieces than what I ordered so... thank you very much. The people to whom I introduced this delicious chicken called “Filets mignons” were all delighted. Afterwards it remains fast food but I find it much more qualitative than other brands whose names I will not mention here but which I am sure you see which it could be if you do not live in a very high up town. mountain that you only leave in leap years.

The personal is gold, zero problems, always well served, I found that it's better than KFC, after all, that's my opinion, but the chicken burger is delicious.

Went there with my mum and sister, we ordered 2 chicken strips menus and gave us extra strips!! Very friendly staff and clean place. Will come back soon hehe..

Visited as one of few halal places I could find however the chicken burger wasn’t great the fries where rock hard not eatable and the place was very dirty like tables and chairs had not been cleaned would not advise to go here- whilst we walked up we did see a few other halal places such as ‘Sam’s Taco Burger’ which I would advise maybe go too.

Tasteless chicken and fries, this is industrial junk food. Even the salad and tomatoes have no taste. All the ingredients have been selected for their low cost, to the detriment of quality, to the point that it is worse than American restaurant chains, what a shame! ;)

Geneva's local version of KFC. I have been there a few times and enjoyed their meals and definitely be going there again many more times. Cheers

While competition from fast food is tough, chic chicken stands out by offering affordable menus to eat in or take away and are much better (in my personal opinion) than the three-letter American brand. The accompaniments are great (saffron rice, mash, coleslow or fries) you have the choice, large variety of desserts too. A great surprise. I'll be back

Great Chicken spot! I was told that these guys used to own the KFC franchise many years ago.... Well it shows, great chicken from wings to chicken burgers to wraps. The meat of the hamburger, not clean enough, impossible to cut it with your teeth, fries with sausage pay. A small sachet of ketchup is the minimum. For the prices you can find much better.

Tender and fresh chicken! Being a cook I swear to you that it has nothing to envy of Kfc, in my personal opinion they are even better! The atmosphere is very friendly! The prices are very affordable for a small meal at lunchtime during a break from work or even in the evening as a family with the children! A delight ! A mind-blowing choice! A creamy puree! Sauces you won't know which one to dip your fries in! Just a perfectly deserved 5 stars! I will go back once a week as usual even if we are not lucky enough to be able to eat at our table! Let's be patient... but in any case I'll just say one word to finish: EXCELLENT!

Be careful they serve pork! Bacon is not halal turkey, beef or mutton bacon, contrary to what one might believe. So “all meats” are not halal. Fortunately the employee at the checkout that day had the honesty to tell me.
