The best Turkish restaurant in Geneva! A great warm welcome, the staff are very kind and the cuisine is breathtaking. It was a real treat and a great discovery. If you want to discover REAL Turkish cuisine I recommend it, you will not be disappointed!

Disappointment. Although the quality was there, we clearly felt ripped off. A tray worth 70chf the same for 2 people? With poor service, lots of oversights. A mini cup of chai that was brought to us a second time and passed off as a commercial gesture... average... The boss's writing at the end in bad faith confirms to us that unfortunately the 5 of us will not set foot there again.

The warm decoration creates a pleasant atmosphere for eating at lunchtime, it is not cold inside. The service staff is super friendly! I had the Oh My Wrap!, which consisted of köfte (beef and lamb) and marinated chicken skewers, fries, green hummus, melted kasar and soğan salatası (marinated red onion). The meats were tender, the fries melted in the mouth, as did the green hummus garnished with a few pomegranate seeds. The quantity of food is great, I couldn't finish my wrap, but I can take the leftovers to take away :-) I'll be back to try all the other dishes on the menu and I'm already looking forward to it!

Very disappointing experience, the flavors were not there and the freshness of the dishes raises questions (dry bagel) and the portions were extremely small, we were hungry when we left

I had reserved with the fork for a table of 6 people at 9 p.m. They called me to tell me that they were 15 minutes late for the table (no problem), however when we arrived: - in any case I didn't hear a GOOD EVENING - we waited another 15 minutes in front of the bar (already 30 minutes late) and the only thing they said to us was “We have to make you wait, the table is not yet available” (of course we are left) Please learn to better manage your reservations, do 2 services and notify your customers for example. One thing is certain, we don’t want to come back so soon 🙄

Delicious shakshuka full of flavors (probably the best in Geneva, in my opinion), Turkish coffee + small chocolate-biscuit dessert also very very good! Mixed feelings with this restaurant: the service was reasonably quick, the taste and presentation were good. My biggest BUT is that what you order does not correspond what the food you get. I ordered épaule d'agneau (lamb shoulder) and I got shredded meat (which is a much cheaper food). I felt a bit scammed in that regard. I would recommend the restaurant to show pictures of their dishes and also a correct description of their dishes. If you google "épaule d'agneau", and see the pictures, this has nothing to do with what you get. I would also recommend the staff to show pictures of the food when clients ask about the food in order to avoid these misunderstandings.

I have been to this restaurant twice and I was not disappointed! The food is excellent, the service is top notch and the atmosphere is nice! 👌🏻

Let's start with the negative points, since that's what's interesting in the end x)): First little detail that I didn't really appreciate; we enter, warm welcome and offer of a table by the waiter. Unfortunately this one does not suit one of the members of the group. This is where the waiter asks in a reproachful tone: why?... What do you mean why?! This table does not suit me. I don't have to justify myself. Let's move on. The cuisine: the trio of hummus was delicious, especially the avocado one (for pesto lovers). This was served with "homemade bread" which was not bad in itself but which looked strangely like Old El Paso tortillas toasted. :// Karni Yarik was the name of my dish, an eggplant stuffed with ground beef, feta and tarator sauce, all accompanied by ''mom's rice''.... In the end, it was an eggplant stuffed with ground meat certainly, with a sort of tomato/feta salad on the side (no real taste) and mom's rice was in fact a bowl of wheat with tomato, treeeeees slightly spicy. We also ordered Manissa Kebab, which arrived half cold. The meat was good (better than minced meat), but honestly eating bread soaked in probably industrial tomato sauce is not very interesting when you see the price... Let's finish the meal with a sweet touch satisfied with a gourmet coffee with Turkish coffee. Once again, the Turkish coffee had been burnt and left a note of dilution with a little water to 'try to make up for it'. The treats were: a baklava (no complaints), a chocolate mousse (classic) and a mini fruit bowl with a strawberry cut into 6 and 4 small cubes of pears...I honestly expected better especially with the offerings on the menu, at least there was a baklava... Aside from the food, the service was decent and fast. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really very pleasant, the decoration is magnificent and the background music could either be a little calmer (at one point I was eating feeling like I had to run an errand xD) or then more typical. Oh !! And don't say anything nonsense about your drinks menu, either we know about tea or we don't, but I'm quibbling so don't blame me 😝

So for the price I don't recommend it, In addition, a Turkish restaurant with Swiss bread, not even bread made by them, pancakes etc. Very disappointed with the dishes with little sauce, tasteless crushed avocado and only eggs and incredibly thick slices of bread. I won't go back and I don't recommend it. Very very disappointed.

January 2023: Charming place, magnificent decor, delicious dishes at more than fair prices! I go back there often and with pleasure. If I had to make just one comment, I would like to see a few more plant-based options on the menu. But everything else is really great!! I complete my opinion a few months later: be careful, in February, the prices increased by 10 to 30%, even if it remains reasonable... the delicious, inexpensive wrap went from 10.- to 13.50 and seems significantly smaller and smaller to me. less garnished (no feta in mine, too). The Champel restaurant has kept its prices unbeatable and the portions are still generous: I give it five stars!

Nice and tasty (albeit small-ish portion size) dishes, decent service (not outstanding either) that is very fast, but the Lebanese bread to go with it was just regular supermarket tortilla (in tiny portions). Probably 3.5 stars. The börek is really good.

Very good address in Geneva, delicious dishes and superb decor for a fairly reasonable price (we had booked via TheFork and received a reduction). The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere warm. Only one small downside I would say: the cocktails don't seem very alcoholic which is a shame considering the price

I really liked this restaurant discovered by chance one lunchtime in December 2022. I found the products to be of good quality, very fresh and a nice combination of flavors. I would come back there as a family. (PS: for readers, don't forget to pay for parking, because there is no gift from the city of Geneva in the neighborhood (this is of course not the responsibility of this restaurant).

Dishonest and rip off establishment. Ordered the shakshouka, which has two poached eggs, and we had many times before made as ordered and most importantly as described in the menu . However after a really long wait (they are eggs and doesn’t take that long to make them). We were shocked to receive it with ONE hard boiled egg cut in half, when I go to bite it it was cold from the refrigerator…. 19.50 CHF for one cold hard boiled egg in some spicy tomato sauce?!? Assuming it was a mistake I call the server/owner to mention this to which he says “yes the eggs come like this unless requested”…. Which 1) isn’t true as we’ve eaten here before multiple times 2) the menu SAYS there are TWO poached eggs so I never knew I had to ask the item to come in the way it’s described in the menu. He offered to make a poached egg to which he came back with one fried egg. Finished our meal in disappointment and quite scandalized never to come back here.
