If there was anything beyond 5 stars, I would have been happy to provide.. Just 10 minutes from the city centre, this place is an Indian food Oasis in the busy city Zurich.. Chandrasekharan is warm friendly owner and will ensure you get a sumptuous meal and extra servings too. This place deserves much more praise and footfall.. After a long day of touring Zurich and other places in Switzerland, we ended up here to try and see if this Indian restaurant lives up to our expectations, truly it exceeded our expectations. South Indians will love the simple Rice Dal and curry options on the Menu.. If in Zurich, don't ever miss this place for one meal in the day. We just loved the vegetarian option menu and lip smackingly gulped it down. Appreciate the humbleness and tip them well if possible.

Our go-to, well-priced (for Zurich), delicious feed when in town. Food is always delicious and portions are great. Buffet style (which means you can try several different things) in a low key and relaxed setting, and really friendly people. We've always found there to be lots of veggie side dishes to accompany the 'main' curry (meat and vegetarian options are available, all super tasty).

Indian food available and affordable

After a long day of hiking six and a half miles at Stoos and also trying to avoid spending too much in a very expensive city, I found this little gem not far from the Zurich HB train station. It's a Sri Lankan restaurant but the food is basically Indian and it really hit the spot after all that exertion. The cars are a bit heavy for me so I just avoided eating too much of the gravy but every dish was delicious. They have a cafeteria style selection and you can just point and choose multiple meets and veg with rice and papadums. They accommodated my low-carb request in omitted the rice and gave me some extra vegetables. I got a full plate of food for less than 20 Swiss francs.

Looks like a really nice place. Wanted some halal kotthu but very limited halal options. Only one of the chicken curry is halal. Kotthu has veg options but I was craving a proper kotthu and disappointed. Very friendly and helpful owner. Hope next time, they will have more halal options.

I love this place! They have a great selection of dishes for vegetarians as well as meat eaters. The staff are friendly. The chili chicken is my go-to order—it's spicy, but not too spicy, and it comes with a side of rice. I also love the lamb masala. I usually get takeout from here, but there's also seating options if you want to eat in.
