Good assortments of macaroons and various chocolates Was amazed to see different flavours and the taste was definitely 💯 to visit back. Lindt and other chocolates can also be found here. Plus baked pastries are the specialty We ordered various macarons and a pastry tart which was hard to pronounce But yummy to taste Definitely recommend it A little annoying when you have to stand in long queues

This Bachmann shop is at a very prominent location. It always serves fresh bread and pastries. I am always delighted to get a Pilatus Urdinkel bread. It’s my personal favourite for its taste and shape. It’s perfect for a good brunch or dinner. I recommend this bakery for everyone who wants the real “swiss bread” experience. And they all say France is the country with the best bread. Well they haven’t been to Bachmann that’s for sure.

Try candies with angel wings - we really liked them

Branch management does not know about the old customer card. It's about credit on an old app that can no longer be used in the store and is not known to many employees. A QR code used to appear on the checkout in the Bachmann branch, which you could scan with the app. This QR code no longer exists because a new customer card was introduced. This means the old app is unusable, which only seems to be a problem for the customer - my impression. In the meantime, I was forced to personally visit the administration. The clerk didn't know my problem or the change. After asking, I was able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. It is very worrying when employees do not know what is going on and customers are not informed about changes, so that they have to go to the administration in person to solve the problem.

Delicious ice cream flavors of good quality

My review only judges the staff at this branch. In short: Before anything has even been sold, you are neither smiled at nor treated well. The saleswoman felt overwhelmed trying to sell ice cream for four people even though we were the only customers at the time. Next time you can just save yourself and go somewhere else.

The staff leaves a lot to be desired, nice but disorganized. The lack of organization results in long waiting times. The food is good. But it depends on who you are served by. The last time I got a Hotpanini Hawaii with just one pineapple, even though the saleswoman asked me if I wanted pineapple in it. I only go to this branch when I can't find anything else for lunch. The branch in Lucerne train station is more recommended!

Hot Chocolate??? I can say Hot milk!!! I tried Hot chocolate in different places in Switzerland and I drank Hot milk here.

My regular customer status speaks for itself, a great, well-coordinated team with very tasty pizzas and paninis. Should not be missed! 😋🥖🍕

We know Bachmann primarily for catering and aperitifs in the business. Each has a very good quality and appearance. We always receive very good feedback from our guests, most of whom come from abroad. I can only recommend. The employees in the stores are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The inadequate quality of the birch muesli is a complete disgrace. The unaccented pineapple makes the muesli a disaster!

Very friendly personal. I asked a staff when does the café close and she replied "in 5 minutes". 10 minutes afterward I was still in the shop waiting for my food to be warmed. You can eat in the tea Salon or take away. I ordered ASEAN dish and it was good. Earth friendly packaging. Delicious and traditional bakery, fast service.

A huge selection. But the focus is clearly on the tourists at Grendeplatz...

One of the best cup of coffee and panini I ever had, but my advice to staff is always smile to your customers careful with the body language we all humans.

I have received as present, a box of chocolate, Bachmann brand. It is hard to describe the feeling you try when you taste the chocolate, like feathery, magnificent and palatable. Guys, franchise the business to make the world a "sublime" place, like your care for customers. Ein großes Dankeschön!

We had a wonderful experience today,! We have travelled to Luzern from Australia, and my two girls were delighted to visit the store, which was beautifully decorated and featured some of the most amazing looking chocolates, cakes and gelato! Our visit was made extra special thank you to the patience, care and attention we received by a lovely young lady named Cara. She was happy to let my girls sample a few exquisite chocolates before we made our purchase . Very happy to recommend this place to all who are after great chocolate, and also a personal experience.

I go there almost every day and the ladies now know what I eat in the morning. So far I have only met the staff as very friendly and smiling. The salads, breads and everything I've consumed so far are super delicious, especially the chatzebreiterlis :-) ... keep it up ... I'm happy to keep it up...

Good products, but unfriendly staff. An elderly woman who had not seen the price of the product and dared to ask received a response but in a bad way. I asked for a small bag to carry my purchase and received a dirty look. I understand the Christmas period and the probable tiredness however.... I will return for the products but certainly not for the service.

Maxim's in Hong Kong has a full range of chocolate products, and larger and high-end stores will have chocolate waterfalls. Recommended

Wow. Outrageously rude service. Both to myself and others. I am in shock as I write this review. I speak German and I guess because I’m American they were immediately annoyed and started throwing things at me and yelling, and then proceeded to talk about how I was a “dumb American” in German to another customer. Do not visit this store. You can buy stale paninis and overpriced Lindt truffles literally anywhere else. Save yourself the hassle.

The homemade ice cream is very delicious. The higher the cocoa content, the better it tastes.

Be sure to get the guide book at Tourist Info at the train station. There was an ad for 4 free chocolates from Lindt. Love those sweet little balls of chocolate joy!

the overall quality on the sandwiches is horrible. the expiration date on the sandwiches runs out on the same day so salad and other vegetables are soft and no longer edible...

Staffs were very rude. I don't know why they got so annoyed to us, because we were there 4:30 in the Saturday afternoon? or that is the way to treat clients to visit their shop? I don't know, but It wasn't what I expect in my holiday, They've spoiled images of Swiss. Did they just ignore her because she was an Asian woman who showed up with only one child? Or are they just upset because they are the only ones working when the store is closed? I was so embarrassed by the rude customer service that I couldn't even properly protest in a short sentence. The more I think about it, the more absurd it becomes.
