It used to be good... Now 13.50 Fr. for a Dürüm with veal, without asking and as inconspicuously as possible, fries end up as filling material in the Dürüm. Too bad. Within 2 years the price went up by 3.00 francs and the quality went down immensely. Do you really need it so much that you have to use fries as filling material, which have no place in a Dürüm? I fished 15 fries out of the Dürüm, there wasn't much Dürüm left afterwards. Never again!

So...starting with the price, an absolute disgrace! I'm willing to pay 13.50 for a kebab, but then it has to be different! We ate flat cakes and pocket bread, both cold!! I think a vegetarian would have eaten this kebab, there was no trace of the meat. Now something positive, the vegetables, which were plentiful, were super fresh and good! The sauces seemed homemade and were very good.

The Dürüm was very tasty. The meat is freshly cut and goes straight into the flatbread. The vegetables are also super fresh. You can only shake your head at the many negative reviews regarding the prices. Next door, a burger twice as small is sold for 16.50. And when the Italian sells his piadina for 15 with a slice of raw ham inside, there's nothing to complain about. Everything has become expensive, everyone can become more expensive but the kebab has to stay the same? Where do you all live...

If you are looking for a fresh kebab store in Lucerne, Little Istanbul is my recommendation.

What a disgrace!!! Paying CHF 13.50 for a kebab in flatbread is one thing. But the ultimate impudence is probably to put 4 strips of fries in a kebab with fries. A total of 4 small fries in a kebab for which you pay an extra CHF 2 more. What a joke! Direct customer lost guys! Shame on you!!! And I would like to emphasize something else! The flatbread is probably PURE chemical mixture!!! It smells more like sour stuff than it tastes like bread! Bought from a cold store, thawed the chemical mixture and that should cost CHF 13.50?!??? Never again!!! And I definitely advise you against this kebab stand!!! Customer rip-off at its finest!!! Stay away from little Istanbul!

The kebab in the flatbread for 2.50 was cold at the first bite. I went back to the seller, his answer was that it was normal after 2 minutes. He kindly put it back on the griddle. It was still cold inside afterwards. Very dry and tasteless. Totally overpriced for this quality!

I ordered a kebab sandwich (veal with yogurt sauce) an hour ago. The man who made my sandwich asked me what ingredients and sauce?!!! And I told him the ingredients and yogurt sauce and then I wanted to take my sandwich, he told me that belonged to another customer!!! 😳 Then why did he ask me about these ingredients?! He was very confused (even though it wasn't as crowded with customers as usual) and I thought that he was making my sandwich again with these things, which I told him before, but that wasn't the case, it was my first time having a kebab sandwich I ate it without sauce and I didn't like it at all, it was completely dry! 👎🏻 Even though my train had arrived at the station, I went underneath and informed him.

Rarely have I eaten anything so disgusting. I order a chicken kebab with cucumber salad, ONIONS AND meat. I get 3/4 of the kebab filled with cucumbers and tomatoes, half a liter of sauce on it that doesn't taste like anything and a few small pieces and we'll call it meat now (pressed fat that was cold) Dan rips the flatbread for him as he rolls it but he doesn't care, even though I point it out to him, he just says take it or don't take it. You pay 13.90 for that these days? Please avoid contact with the store. Really disgusting!!

Had the kebab, the meat was ok, but I had soggy fries and tomatoes even though I didn't order either. The kebab there was much better years ago. Unfortunately too expensive for the quality.

We tried beef shawarma, chicken shawarma and falafel wrap. My family members loved the beef shawarma. The chicken shawarma was too spiced for my taste ( I’m used to Lebanese shawarma, so keep in mind this is Turkish). My personal favorite was the falafel😍 so yummy and filling, order it with the yogurt sauce, salad, and fries. We ate there twice. Very good option for eating on the go in Luzern. They also have the halal certificate which was great for us. Very nice and helpful employees. Highly recommended

Inside Lucerne Train Terminal. Best place for Shawarma. It's worth the price we paid. There are no chairs to sit. Tables are there. Just stand and eat. But Enjoyed.

On my way from Interlaken to Zell am See, I passed and took a clean transfer from him .. I tried shawarma and falafel Falafel is not good Chicken shawarma is the most delicious But the price is sometimes expensive for 6 sandwiches for me and my children, 110 francs 🙂

Well located under train station, pack and go and eat in train was the idea for me and very good chicken wrap I got. I usually avoid non indian wraps but this one I found quite amazing.

It was not dark, but it was crowded, and I came and found nothing but meat, no chicken, but it is considered a good option for halal food.

The vegetables, of which there are plenty in the kebab, seem very fresh and dominate the dish. You might think that meat is just an afterthought. The spiciness is optimal and is very tasty in connection with the pocket bread. As I only discovered later, in contrast to the plentiful vegetables, sheep's cheese (?) was added, which I am such a fan of. The little meat doesn't come directly from the spit, but from some container, but is still reasonably fried. For a whopping 13.50, the portion is a bit too small, especially when it comes to the meat. However, the employee at the checkout seemed friendly and motivated.

By far the best Dürüm far and wide. Freshness, quality & taste always top & service very friendly & accommodating. Price-performance ratio is absolutely fine for the amount of food. Thank you for everything guys 🤝🏼🖤

Oh...I love their food and the service. It's fast food but tasty to the core.. a must try when you are here in Luzerne. Their meat box with either French Fries or with salad is the best dish here. Also tried their meat rolls. Really good food.

Only chicken is halal and is mostly sold out but the white guy working there has no idea that their halal certificate only certifies the chicken. He said everything is halal which is NOT true and is written so on the certificates. If someones doesn‘t demand them nor read them, they‘ll think all the meat is halal. Don‘t go there, because the meat does not look good either.

Grabbed a veggie falafel from her before a train ride to Como and the it very tasty and filling. Great food to grab on the go and they really do give so much for the price of the meal. Highly recommend for any vegetarians out there.

Actually a good kebab/chicken, super seasoned/vegetable salad very tasty. But please listen a little better when you say it without being spicy and then still get it spicy. Ask Feta/salakis again if anyone would like that.

Shawarma wrap! The wrap was yummy and filling. Infact the size of the wrap is quiet big. The automated shawarma shaving machine was a new thing for me. Amazed to see it.
