Excellent place for brunch seasonal products local production fresh fruit juice and prosecco. Very helpful attentive service. Variety of newspapers, cooking courses and terrace with lake views. Brunch/bakery morning was extremely good! All fresh products, homemade by the bakery school. Small sample portions so you could try a little bit of everything. It certainly wasn't my last time at Richemont!

I was able to experience a wonderful birthday brunch at Richemont on Sunday. We had a lovingly decorated table with a great birthday card. Thank you. The buffet was wonderfully rich and the bread and pastries were simply wonderful - fresh, crispy and very tasty. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and humorous. We felt very comfortable with our young and older guests. We would love to come back.

Loved the breakfast options and the flat white

Great value for money! Nice location on the lake with beautiful walking path all on the lake to Lucerne downtown and close to the Swiss Museum of Transport. Very nice staff, simple but clean rooms. Highly recommend!

During our appreciation seminar at the Richemont technical school, we were treated to coordinated culinary delicacies in the restaurant. Many thanks to the whole Richemont team!

I am a regular customer because of the large selection of newspapers. The atmosphere has the charm of a cafeteria but at least it is bright. In summer there is a large terrace. The coffee tastes good. The service staff is very attentive and friendly, but with more customers they are understaffed and for some time now the waiting times have reached the pain threshold several times. Is management on vacation? And unfortunately the croissants are very substandard and a big disappointment. One wonders where else the core competence of the bakery and pastry school lies. The croissants from nearby Migros are at least twice as good.

Concerns the Richmont restaurant. Really very poor service due to lack of staff. Far too few employees, they are visibly stressed and overwhelmed. We arrived at 10am and many tables hadn't even been cleared So we weren't served at all at first. The prices are now such a shambles and that for the service. The quality of the food has also decreased dramatically. The four of us will no longer visit this place and will avoid it in the future.

Breakfast a discretion with very friendly service!

We stopped by for the first time in Lucerne at peak coffee time this afternoon. We were looking forward to a rich cake buffet, as was previously recommended to us. Unfortunately, our hopes were dashed. The corresponding range was sparsely stocked. No comparison to Bachmann or Heini. The service wasn't the best either. Very sad. There is still a lot of room for improvement. Until then we will wait for another visit.

YOU MIGHT THINK THEY ARE IN MONACO...ABSURD WHAT BREAKFAST COSTS 49 EUR ON SUNDAY. WHO THINK ALL PEOPLE ARE RICH OR WHAT?

Were there on Sunday. The waitresses were very bored and mentioned several times that they closed at 5:00 p.m.(!). The order was taken with annoyance even though we were there at 3:50 p.m. Not everyone had finished placing their order and the waitress wanted to move on. It wasn't just us, every guest was told several times that it would end at 5 p.m. I had the feeling that they would ideally like to close earlier. Visit was very disappointing.

We recommend. Friendly staff, including the boss. We booked two rooms at the weekend including brunch. Everything fitted!

Very friendly staff. Rooms very simple but clean. The breakfast was sensational.

Cheap and well located hotel for short stays. It is a very nice hotel with functionally furnished, very clean twin rooms. Parking garage is available. The included Lucerne Card is also good, with which you can use public transport free of charge during your stay. What you need to know: The reception is only staffed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., after that you won't see anyone else. Communication then takes place via telephone or email, which works very well.

Everything was wonderful!! The bread is very tasty and the patisserie is excellent. I recommend going there to eat or have a coffee and cake (:
