I'm a student and go to Bachmann's every second Friday and I've never received my warm order without informing the staff. I order and wait, no joke, sometimes for 10 minutes. I ask the staff if we can process the food and they just look at me in surprise just not today it was the fifth time in a row and I honestly wonder what they're doing wrong today I had to wait 30 minutes and that's really not possible

Food is really very good. But the waiting times are a bit long.

The customer service via email is top. Mostly good edibles. The only thing I'm missing is that Bachmann doesn't reduce the price before the end of the day, just before the end it's 50%.

The Confiseur Bachmann impresses with its exquisite selection of confectionery, especially the Schnäfeli, which are a real treat for the palate. I also think the excellent sandwiches, which impress in both taste and quality, are great. A must for anyone in the region and looking for high quality, delicious baked goods.

Delicious products and cozy interior. Unfortunately there are no sockets to charge your cell phone. Sometimes the service takes a little long (possibly understaffed?). The service is usually very friendly and the atmosphere behind the counter is also relaxed.

Absolute impudence You have to pay extra if you want to eat out of a cardboard cup and sit outside on the wet chairs. So if you want to eat inside with cutlery and crockery, you would understand the extra cost But not for disposable cutlery and dishes So if you want to eat well and at fair prices, you should avoid this bakery

Always worth a visit. Both to go and in the store itself. Lots of salty and sweet treats.

I've been working at Confiserie Bachmann on Saturdays for a few weeks now and I can only say wow, what a spirit, what appreciation for the employees, what happened to the amitarbeoter should be an example for many Swiss companies, I would especially like to go to Goca here highlight, because she is a wonderful person who really puts her heart and soul into her job, but is also available to all employees at any time with any questions, whether private or professional. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to meet any other superiors yet, but I've only heard positive things so far, which is really a big compliment. This is how you enjoy working as an employee!

Probably the largest Bachmann branch there is. Including restaurant. Nice staff, great range and very good quality. I ordered a Black Forest cake and have never received so many compliments from my colleagues. Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. Definitely a place I will visit more often in the future.

Very wide variety of products and everything is always fresh. We especially liked the sandwiches during breaks.

It's very nice when you lure people into the branch on a non-public holiday and as a customer you end up standing in front of a locked door. Huge office complex but unable to update opening hours. What a shame!

Large and good selection of products, the “guardian angels” are a nice souvenir. During short lunch breaks I often get my food here. Unfortunately, every week I see the younger employees being belittled in front of the customers by an older employee. I find this very unpleasant.

Huge selection and very good products in every direction! Friendly, prompt staff. Everything is more expensive in the café because you pay extra for consumption. It's comfortable to sit in the café.

I was spontaneously invited and wanted to take 7 raspberry slices with me for dessert, which was a challenge for the saleswoman. I was told accusingly that such quantities had to be ordered in advance... Luckily for me, I found the quantity I wanted in the store! The raspberry slice tasted very good, but I'll try my luck in a different shop next time!

The quality of the delicacies on offer is very good, but: -Tables in the restaurant are dirty and are not cleaned -Dishes returned are not emptied.. Chaos -Staff seem confused and disoriented (except for one person). And today, February 11th, 2023, around 1 p.m.: ordered lots of goodies, paid for them and had them packed. At home in Zurich I noticed that a cake I had paid for wasn't packed. Sure, it's only CHF 5, but that's annoying.

On January 9th, 2023 I was in the Bachmann Tribschen branch. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed that I ended up writing this review. Normally I understand if you get stressed out in everyday life, as I have worked in sales for several years. Above all, I think it's a shame that even a superior (deputy) represents her store so poorly, in sales that's a NO-GO! She was unfriendly and even made prejudices that were not true! Long story short, the deputy sent us out of the Bachmann branch without any significant reason or clear evidence. I trust Bachmann to be understanding towards your high-paying customers. I would be happy to get feedback from Bachmann, otherwise I won't know which store I won't be able to visit again.

The decor isn't great, but you can stop by for a coffee, there are plenty of tables and a lot of space. You can also snack on something not only sweet.

I love to eat sandwiches from Bachmann when I go hiking with my family since last 6 years. Its like a ritual for us that we make a stop over for sandwiches and chocolates almost each month at train station Bachmann. I got recommendations to visit the ig Bachmann restaurant near the station and was highly disappointed with staff as they are totally impolite. While ordering the lady on cashier is taking order as I asking for free things. At the pizza counter the ladies are unmotivated ated to work. When I asked something in German they said go and ask at cash counter and was very very rude. Being here in Switzerland for 14 years of my life I have not seen such a behaviour so cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Extraordinary breakfast. Delicious desserts, welcoming environment and helpful staff. In addition to the desserts for the typical Italian breakfast, I also recommend trying the fantastic bread.

Food is always great! Service sometimes good, sometimes bad, but they always make an effort! Quality is always great, the best croissants and breads in town!

Unfortunately I was served very unfriendly. I ordered a cafe latte and I wasn't asked if I wanted it light or dark. The saleswoman gave the order to someone else and when she asked if she had to prepare the cafe light or dark, the saleswoman said it didn't matter, she should just make a cafe. She could have turned around and asked me how I would like to drink the coffee. I think this is a shame and made me feel unwelcome - although I actually always enjoy visiting the Bachmann branches often. I was very disappointed with this service. I wrote this to customer service by email and unfortunately I received no response at all.

Food is great but the staff understands what you want... after 3 p.m. there is almost nothing... sandwitch is written at 3.90 but is charged at 4.50 next to an order of 90 fr. The biggest mess I've ever seen.!!!!!

Today I wanted to buy some fig and nut bread. Be it at Schwanenplatz, on Alpenstrasse and finally in the Mall of Switzerland, I couldn't find any bread. No one could tell me if it would be possible to buy it that afternoon. In the mall, the young man said the second delivery had arrived, so he didn't think such bread would be coming today. I was upset after the 3rd rejection. The staff in all three stores were very friendly.

The best sandwiches, great bread and a coffee that I always enjoy drinking. But the cakes, which you can order according to your own wishes, are amazing. Thank you again for the top service

It's okay, but very expensive. Why doesn't Bachmann actually take part in ToGoodToGo? What happens to all the food after the store closes...? Can employees at least take it with them?

Today I bought, among other things, a nut salad from a branch that has unfortunately had negative reviews recently. But now it's not the fault of the employees but the quality of the products you send in. Regarding the nut lettuce, this is a seasonal salad and up to and including the end of March. Your nut lettuce has sprouted and is bitter and it has been massively poorly prepared and cleaned, rotten leaves, dirt and 25 cm long nut lettuce. So please, if you want to live up to your name then take a look at yours please take a closer look at production locations, something like this is simply inedible.

There is a very large selection of different offers, such as cold food, sandwiches, rolls, salads, or even warm food such as pizzas and hot panini. You can also order menus such as breakfast meals in different variations. The food is very tasty and freshly prepared. The ambience and interior design fit in very well and you can really feel at home there! I can only recommend it 👍

Ordered and still received nothing after 20 minutes. THE ORDER was not placed and problems with pagers. Had to wait again and couldn't get my money back. Simply rude and not customer friendly. No more Bachmann!!!!!

Coronavirus: I saw that no one followed it. People also have to work in the kitchen WITHOUT gloves and have to touch the plates and cutlery etc. with their fingers. Of course the coronavirus never goes away. Hygiene must be a priority and not just washing your hands and wearing a mask.

Very very very unfriendly employees. They didn't even have any stress to have a reason to be so unfriendly. During Corona times, certain employees are probably happy to wear a mask because they don't have to put a smile on their face.

Very disappointed with the deeply unfriendly service. Especially from a woman named R. I. in the Pilatusmarkt Kriens. She answered questions curtly, flippantly and simply unprofessionally. The others who worked with her were very ashamed of how the lady behaved towards customers and apologized for her!

4 people buying breakfast. They charge you 1 Franc PER PRODUCT if you take it in the establishment. Shameful! The first time in the years that I have been in Switzerland

Don't go there!!!! Abuse!!!! Expensive (500ml applejuice 3.10chf) and on top : if you as a Client want to sit outside with your Drink or your sandwhich, your bottle of applejuice costs 4.50chf. They Charge you more for every product... Just you want to sit 15min outside.

The employees are TOP! Very friendly and helpful, we order our wedding cake from you and receive great service despite Corona. Our contact person is Edona and we are more than satisfied with her and the whole team. She offered us various alternatives to order our cake despite the restrictions due to the virus and to be able to try different flavors.
