Coop Restaurant Löwencenter LU in Luzern

Everything was cold at 11.45 and the staff were very unfriendly. It was the last time for us. In the Coop Restaurant in Seewen SZ. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

The service staff during the meal was measured, the fries were rubbery, the vegetable side dish was cold, the noodles too. The schnitzel was good, just overcooked and warm. Next time I will think about whether I will go there again. The lady at the checkout was very nice, that was the only plus.

Very pleasant here for coffee, breakfast, lunch and a chat, always nice ambience...a star deduction could have been a little more choice of food. Otherwise everything is perfect...

I can only give service three points because it is a self-service restaurant. The ladies were very nice when you asked something, but I just can't give it four points because it's not service in that sense. Ambiance is nice, functional. Coffee is better than in many restaurants. This is of course completely subjective.

Typical Coop restaurant. The food is very tasty and the price is really cheap (for Switzerland)! Nice play area for children.

Restaurant for drinking and eating for small children to play and meet people

You come to eat at 3:30 p.m. because the opening hours say it's open until 5 p.m. and the boss sends you away with the reason "finished for today."

Simply disappointing! When I asked if I could get some more spaetzle on my very small portion, the boss clearly answered no. The German employee at the buffet next door also added his cheeky, arrogant comment. A vegetarian menu for 14 Fr that wasn't even worthy of a children's portion. No thanks, there is something better.

Every Sunday morning I go to the Coop Restaurant Löwencenter with my family, and there is always a woman from Sir Lanca vacuuming wherever we would be eating. She goes very close to the customer with the vacuum cleaner.

Unacceptable! Cheeky arrogant chefs, food is only served in small portions. Requests are dubiously rejected. I don't recommend vegetables that are half raw and have no taste. Never been treated so badly!

Today we were in the Coop Restaurant late at lunchtime, waiting at the food counter and wanted to ask whether food was still being served or whether we could only take things from the buffet. The chef saw us but generously ignored us. A gentleman has just scooped up a plate of food at the buffet. The cook suddenly shouted “put more on the plate!” and “you’ll pay for it too, right?!”. We were all a bit perplexed because we didn't know why he suddenly got so loud. When the gentleman replied, unsure, that he would of course pay for it, the cook replied "yes, we'll see about that!". We immediately left the restaurant and looked for something else (luckily there are many alternatives). I have never experienced anything so derogatory.

Delicious food at a fair price.

Unfriendly, unmotivated staff. The chef at the menu doesn't speak Swiss German. Then I got cheeky after I asked for another side dish. The portions are so small that you won't get full. The vegetables are undercooked and bland. The Migros Restaurant shows how it is done. The staff is friendlier, customer-oriented, portions that fill you up, and the taste is much better. I will never go to a Coop restaurant again. Nothing is done to ensure customer satisfaction.

Very well maintained Coop Restaurant. The lady at the checkout was very friendly and helpful. Wished us a nice start to the week. I find this kindness a rarity and I really appreciated it.

Super cheap but good meal! My wife and I split a large plate of tofu Penang with rice plus a small bowl of Bircher muesli after a long hike and it was more than enough. Only paid 21 CHF and it was more food than most of the 50 CHF restaurant meals we’ve had. Hot meals (like curry) are usually packed up an hour before closing.

Very good lunch, you can choose between 3 menus, you can put the menu together yourself, fresh salads, good desserts, super friendly service.

Had a meal in the restaurant again and it was very good for me. Pork steak with various ingredients. The dessert was also very good. Will eat there again!

You can eat a variety of warm and delicious food at an affordable price. Also open on Sundays. Go up the stairs to the second floor, take a tray, place the drinks you want, select the size plate you want, and put the buffet-style menu on the plate. Just pay and eat with the staff at the center. A large plate costs about 15 francs. A la carte dishes such as sandwiches and cakes can be placed on a separate plate and paid for, so it is good for a light tea time rather than a meal. Was in a Coop restaurant for the first time, had a 1 voucher for a sandwich. Normal price 6.95, the coupon was supposed to be deducted automatically, which didn't happen and we pointed it out to the cashier. The very unfriendly lady ignored us and simply repeated again arrogant: "6.95 please" I paid that and saw that the sandwich cost 7.95 when it cost 6.95. So: wrong price written + very unfriendly staff. Next time I'd rather treat myself to a kebab around the corner for 10.-

The Coop Restaurant in the Löwenzenter is on the 1st floor and is very large. The staff is professional and friendly.
