A relative small restaurant but nice, on the first floor. Enough space to enjoy your lunch or coffee break.

Unfortunately, they no longer had a milk alternative

Large selection of food and drinks. Self-service, but very nice service at the checkout.

Very very unfriendly service. The food was very good but it didn't taste good anymore after such bad service!

The food leaves a lot to be desired

We went to this restaurant for coffee. Therefore, we didn’t take a lot of food and served ourselves, the tables were free and we didn’t have to wait long to sit down. Light music and a relaxed atmosphere. No one bothered each other. We had a great conversation over a cup of coffee.

For 14.90 you can put as much food as you want on your plate. Good deal! They took few minutes to cook the schniztel which was previously cooked. Overall the food taste was plane but it's a good deal for cheap and quick lunch.

The ladies at the checkout like to talk too much, very friendly but sometimes too long, the young cook at the serving desk gets a sixth star from me. Thanks

Lactose-free milk is missing. There should be 1 coffee machine where lactose-free would be available.

The restaurant is practically furnished and the wall decoration conveys a bit of a coffee house style. The tables were mostly clean, but we also had some that still had the previous syrup stuck to them. The range of food and drinks was always good and the portions were large. The friendliness of the staff ranges from very nice to unmotivated and annoyed.

Fast, cheap(!), good, nice, big selection. You don't have the feeling of sitting in a department store bistro.

I ate salad at the Coop Rest. I wanted to eat it! The celery and blue cabbage salad tasted like it had been washed in soapy water. Cut way too coarsely for that. I will never come to this restaurant and eat salad again.

Simple, varied, inexpensive lunch

The cauliflower soup and pumpkin gnocchi are to die for! Really extremely tasty and highly recommended. The harvest vegetables were also delicious, but the pulp pieces were too dry for me. But what goes without saying is that if they lie on the warming trays the whole time, no one can do anything about it. That's why I'm sticking with 5 stars. Big praise to the chefs, the food is always very tasty and well seasoned. The entire staff in this restaurant is very helpful and friendly, and will answer any questions you may have. I'll be here again on Friday and hope the pumpkin gnocchi will be available again :) Overall everything was tip top! Thumbs up 👍

Yes, I like Coop Restaurant, but some of the employees are so sullen that we disturb it.

A great place to grab a bite to eat when shopping in Olten. Situated on the top floor of the Co-op City shop, the restaurant offers everything from vegetarian dishes to something for the meat lovers amongst us. It is all self service and the prices are relatively inexpensive for Switzerland. You will always find something to eat there.

I was so worried about the kitchen, the windows in the restaurant are unappetizingly dirty, tomato sauce and more. I'll take a look again but only because of the cleanliness

Good location has a lot of choice and lots of shops inside on various floors, nice staff and if you're already in Olten you can relax on the Aare and later have a cafe in a restaurant and if you're still on the terrace you can enjoy the cage and cake Watch the events in Olten relax, which is very interesting at certain hours. I do that too, it's extremely calming and you can recharge your batteries.

Enough for a short coffee stop.

WIRELESS internet connection does not work despite several attempts. Too complicated via Swisscom, and the connection doesn't work via COOP Free either. Annoying!!!

Coop Restaurant in the middle of Olten's old town

Quality below average. See the dish presented in my photo (fatty and poorly cooked meat (?), mixed vegetables (mixed with leftovers), carrots and other vegetables with uncertain flavors. This is one of the plates offered by the self-service restaurant of the Coop in Olten. The kitchen staff is friendly. The cashier could take inspiration from this, especially since I was alone at the checkout, so no particular stress. I went back there for a coffee. Drink and coffee: Acceptable. In conclusion: Avoid salads and mixtures of vegetables (or fruits) of all kinds. Meats coated with I don’t know what. If you are served, pay attention to what is hastily put in your dish. Sanitary: To be cleaned a little more often. It's not a luxury. Copy to review! THANKS.
