Hauptgasse 18200g beef entrecote exactly á point, buttery tender, classic béarnaise sauce and Bernese fries. WOW. This was some of the best I had eaten in a long time. The service was attentive and professional, very pleasant. And it's the many little details that make this restaurant special: for example, the dried orange slices, half covered in chocolate, with the excellent burnt cream. Next time I will try something from the very extensive sushi menu for starters. I'm already looking forward to it today!
