I'm really sorry to leave such a review but that was really bad. I had 30 seconds left for my turn. I had to give him a tip of 10 fr for a hot dog that took 2 minutes because he had to look for the sauce. I'll hire people in the future Work a little faster I don't have much money myself and I'm giving away a 10 to an employee who doesn't do a good job at least I didn't miss the train

On the journey to Germany we changed trains in Olten and were able to stock up on delicious pretzels at the Brezelkönig stand in the Olten train station. Very nice employees also fulfilled special requests with a smile.

Very nice service and is always helpful. Good veggie meat sandwich and absolutely delicious pretzels. I'm very satisfied.👍🏼

Tasty as always and always served quickly and friendly despite the long queue... Just like it should be at the train station when you want to treat yourself to something while changing and don't have time anyway Unfortunately, what I always notice is that although all employees wear hygiene gloves, these are more likely to prevent them from getting dirty fingers than to keep the food germ-free. Personally, I often pay small amounts in cash and regularly have to watch the same gloves being used to top the pretzels that were rummaging around in the coin a few seconds before...

Some are open as early as 4:30 a.m. Always great to be able to buy something fresh after the night shift! Always good quality otherwise…10/10

So far I've only had good experiences at Brezelkönig Olten :-) I always get sandwiches at 5:00 a.m. for our early shift. The employees often prepare these fresh for us. While most people are not “approachable” at this time, I find the employees in the Olten branch always incredibly friendly and well-positioned! You have often put a smile on my face in the morning! I always enjoy coming to visit.

Unfortunately there was almost no tuna in the tuna sandwich. And that for 8.60CHF. It's a shame :-(

Just got 4 pretzels, one cheese, hot salami and two cider crumbs. All well and good for 32.50 CHF. I barely got home to find that “all 3 pretzels” were completely dry. Exactly 3 because the fourth wasn't there at all. Unfortunately another disappointment for us

Bought a pretzel. Inedible. Charred on the outside, hard, crumbles when eaten and dissolves into small pieces. Take such a failed product out of the range before selling it. Then there would be no need for a long-winded apology here on Google afterwards.

The food is ok, but the staff is unfriendly @ Brezelkönig: If you consider that both Brezelkönig are located at a train station, then Olten and Bern are just around the corner.

There was no Wienerli for hot dogs at 5:20 p.m. and the smoked sausage had to be heated up first. Quality as always good

Bought a butter pretzel...hard in the middle...completely dry, butter no longer fresh, rancid...def. It wasn't fresh anymore... sorry... that was the last time as a customer in Olten... CH 5.10 on top of that for an inedible item... 🤮 unfortunately it was already on the train

Actually delicious and everything is good, except that they almost never have chicken hot dogs when we go there specifically. Be it 5 p.m. or earlier. Too bad

The best sandwiches. Now also with the app as a reward if you are a regular customer. Extremely nice service, great! Recommendation: Ham baguette (with cheese crust) and tuna mousse. Excellent!

For a year now, every morning when I had school, I got my coffee from the underpass at 8:35 a.m. I also bought something for lunch every now and then and it was always delicious. The staff got to know me over time and they often exchanged a few words, which made me very happy. Now that my time at school is over and I'm not from the area, I'm going to miss her! When we said goodbye, she came outside and hugged me, I really appreciated that and was happy!! She was generally always friendly and had a warm manner. I wish the whole team all the best for the future!!

The store has massively deteriorated in terms of quality. Bread partly rock hard and inedible. Breaded chicken without actually chicken. An imposition, no one can put that down. I know Bretzelkönig differently from other branches.

As the name suggests, a large selection of pretzels. Since this is the specialty, a diverse offering cannot be expected. The service is friendly and accommodating.

Very inpolite. I was there before 20.58 maybe (close time 21) and the staff saw me but despite of this they looked at me and said "close, bye". I was alone. I was hungry and tired and I run there just to eat something. Now I understand why they ask why they don't have any type of Tourism .. Begin with being polite. And comprehensive. You are on a train station!!!

Once you've found it (in the western of the two underpasses, on the "Aare side" between tracks 2/3 and 7), pretzels in the usual good quality!

Ich war da während eines Seminars mit etwa 20 Personen. So war die Mittagszeit beschränkt und diese musste nicht mit warten verbracht werden.Der Salat war fein und hatte für jeden etwas dabei. Ich mag zwar kein Mais aber den konnte man grösstenteils aussortieren. Der Fisch war gut zubereitet mit einer feinen Sauce. Dazu gab es Linsen (oder so was) und das hat wunderbar zusammen gepasst. Insgesammt ein guter Bussnislunch.

The pretzels are average and not particularly good. Sometimes baked too much and sometimes baked too little. This branch still has room for improvement in terms of quality and service.

Abbiamo mangiato circa in 50 per un evento di lavoro. È andato tutto bene, servizio veloce e mangiare buono. Magari perchè c'era un altro gruppo, eravamo un po' stretti al tavolo.

Quand la Suisse alémanique oublie la saucisse cela donne une belle inventivité en cuisine. L'hôtel Arte d'Olten a compris que l'on pouvait garder ses hôtes pour les repas en offrant une carte raffinée et accessible pour tous. Le brunch du dimanche est d'ailleurs tellement couru que j'ai eu toutes les peines du monde à y trouver place.

Era un Business lunch per ca. 40 persone, ma devo dire tutto molto buono e ben servito, complimenti a tutto lo staff.
