Never again, I ordered from uber eats at 11:50 p.m., said it would arrive at 00:25-00:45. the order arrived at 1:10 a.m. the bell rang even though I told uber eats they should have the order at the door Turn it off and in the ordering info I also wrote that you shouldn't ring the bell. The whole family woke up. The food isn't good either. 13chf for a burger. Only a patty, sauce, 2 pieces of tomatoes and bread. The burger tastes like a sausage between 2 pieces of bread.dürüms are not better either.only meat, now and then a piece of tomato and sose.not recommended

If you want spicy, you get spicy. Not samurai, no normal spicy. It hits hard so that it burns three times as it should. The hot sauce could be better distributed and not just in a pile. So hot that it cuts through the bread including the packaging and everything falls out. Very satisfied therefore 5 out of 5 stars

Absolutely terrible service! I ordered at 11pm and had to keep calling to ask where my food was. Always delays and no clear information. At 2:00 a.m. the food finally arrived. It was cold and I just couldn't eat it anymore. I'll definitely never order there again, so I've never eaten anything so bad.. really just HORRIBLE!"

Faek is the best employee at MPoint. The food is excellent as is the customer service. The portions are also very generous. In general I am very satisfied and will go there more often for meals in the future.

Employees don't know their own menu, XL kebabs were simply two normally pushed into each other, so it was unstable and empty in the middle. Doner kebab also had a strong "curry" taste which you don't expect with cocktail and yogurt sauce.

If you are hungry at night this snack is the best choice. service baba. Mashallah this kebab is different good.

Mega Dürüm is smaller than any normal Dürüm, then the normal price is charged and they get angry when you criticize. I don't recommend it at all

Ordered here for the first time and completely fell in love. The nuggets box should have contained four nuggets. There were six halves in it that had been fried twice and then were dry. The Dürüm with extra meat (+3.-) was smaller than any other Dürüm I have ever eaten. The fries were soggy, not from the sauce, but because they were kept warm somewhere. A small nuggets box, a kebab box and a dürüm with extra meat for 35.- is disappointing. My recommendation to customers is to give the store a wide berth. My recommendation to the operators, Dürüm and Co. is not your business.

The have no idea how to organise their stuff when you order a Kebab with fries to eat in . They first give you the kebab and they said … WE WILL BRING YOU YOUR FRIES IN A MOMENT . Obviously you are hungry and start eat the kebab , almost finish and after that they bring you the fries at the end when you almost finish it . VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The pide gave me loose stools. The Samray sauce tastes like mayonaise with a little bit of heat and the staff are too foreign for me. Watch how to make pide at home on YouTube and do it. Trust me!

Nice snack bar in itself, but the service is slightly confused and I don't think they understood us well. Doner kebab was basically OK, except the cheese didn't hold up well with pizza and all in all not that good for the price. Not recommended :/

NEVER AGAIN! I called to order a pizza to my school building, but since it didn't cost enough to be delivered I said; then I'll come by later. The phone call was over and I had a shortened lunch because there were presentations at the vocational school... So I didn't go. This number from the pizzeria called me 3 times in the middle of the night at 3:19 a.m.!!! That doesn't work at all! Next time I'll get my lawyer involved! I advise you not to order there, if you give your address they will come to your home in the middle of the night...

Never again! We ordered 3 kebab plates to take away. Once normal and twice without fries. There were fries in every plate. When we went back to the kebab shop to complain, it turned out that 3 plates cost 48.- Fr. and not 55.- as we were charged. Last but not least, they talked their way out of it and blamed me, we didn't get a refund for the wrong menus.

Ordered 2xDönnerbox XXL via Eat.ch When the courier came, he rudely wanted to add a tip. In addition, the 2 (large) kebab boxes were only half full and the only response from the staff over the phone was a "sorry". The next order would be something for free. But next time times there won't be any more with such a rip-off company. Plus it wasn't nice either.

I ordered today and wanted to pay with a card to the courier, but this didn't work and so I couldn't pay. The courier immediately became rude and loud. The boss was then called and then wanted to call the police, which never arrived. After the courier had finished making the phone call, the courier said I should hand him my cell phone and he would confiscate it until I could pay. I rejected this offer, he asked as a counter-suggestion then very rudely asked if he could come into the apartment and see if I had anything else good and valuable that he could take with him. I advise everyone never to order from this criminal enterprise.

Never again . Stay away from there. Product was stated to contain grilled vegetables. No trace of it, instead just added fries without asking. I couldn't finish eating it and had stomach pain and diarrhea afterwards. Hygiene there is very questionable. Food is simply placed on the counter and the cashier then packs the food with his bare hands. The employee then simply addresses you as boss.

Wow, that was by far the ugliest kebab I've ever had. -Too expensive -Cold -much too small - salad was kind of greasy -Far too much sauce, which also tasted kind of cheap -Cheapest minced meat that had obviously been lying around for a while and was already a bit rancid. Olten is kebab hell.

Waiting over 1 hour for a Dürüm and a portion of fries. It's a shame, we won't be ordering anything anymore.

Incorrect knowledge of German can sometimes have the wrong effect. I specifically asked for the pizza to be baked light, but I was given extra dark. Which I paid immediately and left the place immediately. Because the pizzaiolo didn't have time to accept the complaint, the smoking was more important than the guest.
