Great pancakes, but no time to enjoy them. Waiters with forced smiles. Big crowd. We felt like they couldn't wait for us to finish in order to free up seats.

Great place by the water. They have gluten free buckwheat savory crepes that are so good you can't stop eating. Wonderful artisanal gluten free cider goes perfectly with the crepes.

The door is always open and therefore it does get a bit cold… Also there is only one bathroom for each gender which isn’t really sufficient. Nevertheless, the restaurant is quite small and cozy with very delicious crepes which you can either personalize or select from premade options.

The service was very welcoming and attentive. I ordered a Mexican crepe, which was not very traditional, but tasted great. Due to the location it has a tourist friendly atmosphere. Hopefully, it's a wonderful day to enjoy on the patio

Delicious pancakes, but then what deplorable service. The establishment closes at 8 p.m. in winter, but from 6:30 p.m., no more service for savory crepes. On several occasions I went there with my partner and my two dogs coming down from the heights of the city to eat there in the evening and even when we arrived at 7 p.m., we were told that the savory kitchen was closed. Besides, the 4 times that we went and we were told that the kitchen was not available for savory meals, the excuse is always the same: we have already been open since 11 a.m. non-stop. I wonder what's the point of closing at 8 p.m. if it's only to serve drinks and a few sweet crepes. At 7 p.m. people eat, they don't have dessert without having had the meal before, but hey. I repeat, very delicious pancakes, so the service and respect for the closing times which they advance according to the crowd or their desire to go home, a real M... Any atmosphere. At this rate, I simply don't think I'll go back there again.

After a beautiful walk along Lake Ouchy. It was a pure joy to stop and enjoy a very good crepe.

I wanted to eat cheese fondue at a restaurant with a nice atmosphere, located on the coast of Lausanne, and I looked at a lot of places and it looked like it had a good atmosphere, so I decided to go here. My older, cheerful uncle was kind to me in many ways, and even offered me white wine. The two of us ordered two servings of cheese fondue, but since it was a large portion, it might have been better to have one serving and order a variety of other things. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and the customer service was great, so I had a very satisfying time.

Typically one of those businesses that clings to a prime location without worrying about providing quality work, all for a high price. The service leaves something to be desired, with distant staff watching you eat your bland pancake made with low-end products. As is often the case in this type of establishment, it is on the drinks menu (equally mediocre) that they make their profit. It's deplorable to see beautiful locations occupied by mediocre traders. For heaven's sake, give this space to a restaurateur who will seek to promote the place with an attractive offer. For now, I advise you to move on.

Nice experience to have a lunch on a sunny Sunday here. We arrived at 12:15 and found many tables are still available. Popeye crepe was very crispy and the cheese tasted good with steamed spinach. But the sweet crepe was not as good as I expected. The homemade chocolate creme was not smooth enough.

As for the filling, my classic crepe was quite good, but a small downside for the ham which was not incredible, however the whole crepe was really very good. I didn't understand the crepe system without filling but just placed on the plate with the ingredients placed on it. Lack of generosity and a small salad placed on top would be welcome. The setting and the kindness of the staff make up for everything.

Stopped by specifically, having read amazing reviews on Trip Advisor. Admittedly, lunch was superb as the crepes we had were freshly made and full of flavour. I did feel rushed, though, and that was somewhat off-putting. I much prefer my al-fresco dining to be a more laid-back arrangement - this is definitely not the case here. That said, the place was absolutely packed out for a Sunday lunch service, way too busy and for the price there was no personal service as staff were busy racing around trying to service as many covers as possible. This is a great place, but I guess a victim of its own success. By all means, go there for great crepes, but not for the service. For the price you pay, you'd have an expectation of a bit more personable service.

One of the best crêperie! It’s located straight facing the lac in Ouchy. Easy access for a quick and chill time with your friends! Highly recommended if you are a crêpe lover! I ordered the Italian crêpe and it was super delicious! Couldn’t leave without a scoop of ice cream! Will definitely come back for a sweet crêpe this time. 😍

They don't respect opening and closing hours. Multiple times I've gone way before closing time (Sunday, it was 8:45pm) and they didn't accept orders. Write down the actual closing time, if it is different than "whenever we feel like closing". You are wasting people's time.

August 1st, all the terraces are full... We pass the Ouchy creperie, so beautiful, there are places on the terrace! We sit down, like other customers, then a person (the boss?) comes to us and tells us that the terrace is closed. I tell him it's a shame, they're going to miss out on a lot of money this evening... He answers me in a very aggressive manner "was it me who chose the weather and to close my terrace?", while the weather was dry and we were already seated (without getting wet)... Then he started yelling at us like rotten fish and we all ended up leaving empty-handed. You can choose to close your terrace, ok. But yelling at customers like that?? What professionalism... Bravo 🤔 PS: I didn't rate the kitchen, because we'll NEVER know!

Lovely location on the waterfront, delicious crepes! We came here for brunch and ordered both sweet and savoury crepes. Service was friendly and fast, the crepes themselves were large (definitely filling) and delicious. Not cheap, but nothing in Lausanne is, and definitely worth a visit.

Thought this was going to be a tourist trap with average food but it was way better than I expected! Crepes are huge and totally shareable between 2-3 people especially with a side dish. The best thing we had at our table was the lentil/quinoa/greens superfood salad however - if you're vacationing and have been eating Swiss meats and cheeses for several days, go here for an amazing salad/serving of veggies!

I didn't want to come anymore. Bad time I decided to forget this place. I saw an advert that said it was an excellent pancake with dark flour. So I chose the one with spinach, ham, and cheese. Excellent choice. But I couldn't eat it. I ask for a doggy bag and then the lady asks me if I have room for dessert... I ask for 2 sugars for the coffee, never received a 2nd sugar. You can't make reservations, and I don't like that. Homemade apple juice. Excellent too.

Nice location by the lake, a bit touristy, but the service was very friendly. The galettes were okay, but the crêpes were incredibly good. Cider was amazing, highly recommended.

The crepes are large in size. One is sufficient to share with two people. They are not exactly cheap, and they even charge for hot water, which is uncommon as I have never seen any other place charge for a cup of hot water.

The Normandy Crepes were excellent

The staff welcomed me right in and were extremely helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed the Mexicaine crepe, similar to a taco, just in a buckwheat crepe. The view across the lake added to the pleasure of being able to eat safely. I highly recommend checking this place out whether you are gluten-free or not.

Amazing crepe, super friendly personal, the view is a wow! We were with 2 kids and they were super nice, they also have plates/cups/cutterly for kids, place for changing diapers and high chairs. In addition, very fast service, which makes a difference when you are in a restaurant with kids. Highly recommended.
