The service is good, the store manager is very kind and polite, it’s a great coffee shop! The location is opposite the hotel where we are staying, so we can enjoy the beautiful Swiss mountain scenery, the sound of the river and the delicious food. It is really fun, both 🥐 and 🍕 are delicious

Horrific Attitude! I walked in with a very small bag of a crostaiant, wasn’t even eating it nor didn’t even open it. We were 9 and we were all going to eat breakfast at this place, though this lady changed my mind. When she saw the small crossistant she went off on us. I’m not sure if she has any common sense because she could’ve easily made over 200+CHF within our party. In addition, where are the basic manners? Definitely not here, this is not the place to go if you want to be treated right. Please learn how to treat your customers. ***CAUTION*** Avoid This Place!!

Visited this cozy little café twice during my stay in Zermatt. It is decorated well and has a warm touch. You can choose between outdoor seating and indoor seating, blankets are provided outdoors. I had an Italianische Schokolade and a Zimt-Latte, both were delicious. I also tried their Cannolis, the chocolate one was more rich whilst the pistachio one was lighter. The owner was always very friendly and kindly explained the items. You can tell that both owners put a lot of care into their café.

Great Place for coffee and desserts in Zermatt. One of the best coffees that we have had. We came back for the second time later in the day because we liked it so much. Very kind owners as well. Wishing them the best !

Stumbled upon this place and so glad we did. Only regret we don't have another chance to stop by before leaving. This place feels very homey, like your own mom is preparing a snack for you in the kitchen. The ambiance was so cozy and perfect place to gaze out the window. Seems like a husband/wife duo operation although I could be wrong. Both were so warm and friendly. I have such a soft spot for people like them especially when the drinks/food are also excellent. The drinks we got, Chai tea, were exactly the stuff we needed after a day of paragliding. Quality was top notch. The mushroom/ sausage pizza was a perfect mid day snack and prepared perfectly. The right amount of crunchy and doughy texture. Another spot marked to return to.

You should be friendly to customers and avoid having to buy something that is not necessary so that a small child can go to the toilet. Anyone who has children knows how quickly things have to happen sometimes. We would have bought something after the child had gone to the toilet.

The opening hours are wrong. EDIT: So what are the correct opening hours? I was there yesterday at 17:15 and it was closed. I lost 20 min because you did not update the opening hours after a year of pandemic.

I came here to drink coffee because it's right next to the Antica Hotel, and it's 13,000 for two cups of Americano. It's nice to be able to drink coffee while sitting by the window with a view in Switzerland.

Good location, opens early, pretty good coffeea with a nice selection of pastries. It's a good place to stop while your waiting for the clouds to clear around the too of Matterhorn, as there's a great view of the mountain from the tables outside at the side along the river.

Lovely little cafe at the bottom of the Antika hotel. Service is very courteous, which is not standard in Zermatt (and in CH in general). It is an Italian inspired cafe, service a small range of delicious pastries (try the chocolate pastry fill s with dark and white chocolate).
