Diabolo Pizza in Lausanne

The perfect place if you want to spend the next three days in the toilet. Even looking carefully and lifting the two centimeters of branded cheese I couldn't find the tomato sauce. The delivery man had promised us a 30 minute wait and yet the pizza arrived 1h30 later it would have been better if it never arrived

Unfortunately, after a long walk to the restaurant, we found it permanently closed!

Horrible. Bbq pizza delivery had at least 5 times less meat than on advertised picture. Literally a waste of time. Used to be ok pizza, not anymore.

Decent pizza and not too expensive. Ideal for a little hungry. We were passing through on Christmas Day. The boss is very welcoming.

A mixed experience, 2 pizzas ordered on the website and more than 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting for delivery, I would still like to mention that a large bottle of COCA was offered to us because of the waiting time really too long linked to a "computer" problem according to a telephone call I had with one of the employees on site. Regarding the pizzas, they are particularly well stocked, however the flavorless dough is really not great. I suspect an industrial dough already ready, the edges are too regular to be handmade.

Delicious pizza! Fresh ingredients, great portions and great prices, which is very rare in Switzerland. The restaurant is very generous. Fries are a must with the pizza, and the tiramisu and chocolate pudding were very tasty! This is my go-to pizza shop, and i love ordering from here because it always comes sizzling hot, just how i like it.

I placed an order online for a duo pizza to enjoy with my partner, but unfortunately my expectations were brutally disappointed. First, instead of receiving a duo pizza like I ordered, I received a solo pizza. This mistake disrupted our evening enough, as we had specifically chosen a duo pizza so we could share our meal. I immediately contacted the restaurant to explain the problem, hoping for a quick and effective solution. However, the response I received from my interlocutor was simply unacceptable. Instead of recognizing their mistake and apologizing, he told me he didn't have time to take care of my problem because he was busy with work. I am shocked by this casual attitude and the complete lack of professionalism shown by the pizzeria staff. As a customer, I expected friendly and attentive customer service, but I was met with complete indifference. Also, when the pizza finally arrived, it was already cold. The dough was soft and soggy, while the cheese and other ingredients seemed to be substandard. The pizza was extremely greasy, which made our meal particularly unpleasant. The combination of inadequate temperature and poor quality of ingredients made this dining experience simply unbearable. I do not recommend Diabolo Pizza pizzeria to anyone under any circumstances. Their terrible customer service, combined with the incorrect delivery of my order and the poor quality of the pizza, makes this establishment a place to absolutely avoid. Not really transparent about the pricing. Everything costs extra. So you gonna pay unbelievable 23 CHF for eight small pieces of chicken wings and some frise. Even the waiter told us that the menu costs 16 CHF. Won't visit this place a second time. Almost feels like being scammed.

We placed an order on 01.03.23 and after 40 minutes of waiting, we took the liberty of calling the restaurant. To our great surprise, the person who answered the call was particularly aggressive and in bad faith. In addition, the pizzas were frozen pizzas, not even cooked properly and, what's more, way too expensive for such a small size.

The only pizzeria where SINGLE person can order their pizza (from 23.-) For others, you have to pay 10 to 20 francs extra, even if the pizzeria is in Lausanne-center and you too, because your order must often reach 30.- or 40.-!!!

The service is generally ok, the pizza is quite hard and 1cm thick. What antagonized me outside there are large groups of loud people shouting over each other in some african language. I ordered 2 pizza. Called 1h later and they say the delivery guy left 20min ago but still needs another 5 to arrive. 10 minutes later I've got a call from the delivery guy, he is coming just needs 5 more minutes. Mind you I live 5 minutes away from Diabolo pizza...
