I ordered 5 Pizzas and some Starters They all got prepared very fast and in the Right Order without missing anything We loved the raclette Pizza and Tuna one Staff was very nice and Fast! Cant wait to order more in the future !

Some of the pizza I received had the wrong toppings. I ordered a Texas BBQ but it felt like there were 2 drops of sauce on it and the BBQ topping was also missing. It's a shame, actually the pizzas were always good

Does what a fast food pizza joint should: fast and reliable. The pizzas themselves are delicious and varied in terms of toppings. If you like "American style" and don't want Italian, this is the place for you.

We specially ordered a pizza without onions, but also with mushrooms. It came with onions and there was no sign of the mushrooms I had paid for. It's a shame and unfortunately it's not the first time it's happened. Delivery was great as always

If you order the “Cheesy Bytes”, in my case with jalapeños, around closing time, they are about the size of a walnut 🥹 These are not worth CHF 7.90; please choose a size - no matter what time. And the pizzas don't have to arrive so brown (sometimes more, sometimes less)... A very 50:50 thing for you...?!

The pizza came after about 15 minutes. But it had nothing to do with a real Italian pizza. Completely different taste. You can order it once, but I certainly can't anymore at the delivered price of CHF 29. APP already deleted.

We discovered Domino's during a visit to Germany and since our favorite local pizza dealer has slowed down a lot, we became regular delivery customers at this Domino's location in Basel a year ago. We have tried a variety of pizzas and have always been satisfied. The actual delivery time always corresponded to that announced in the app. The pizzas were always warm and the delivery men - usually "Francis" or "Patrick" - friendly. Spontaneous change requests over the phone were also resolved in a customer-friendly manner. When we received a complaint about wings that were too pale, customer service responded quickly and accommodatingly and we were given generous voucher codes. There's little to complain about there.

Incredibly good service, the friendliest and warmest staff! Everything was nice and clean and nothing to complain about. Been a guest there for years and never had a bad experience there. Plus the pizza is A1. Value for money couldn't be better. 🫶🏻

Chain, good pizza, prepared for takeaway (served in a box), even if it is known that it is intended for consumption on site. I can't fault the service because it was ok, but I won't go there for another pizza.

Ordered through Ubereats. It was supposed to arrive 1.5 hours ago. Still nothing, of course you cant call dominos to ask about the problem, the number doesnt work. No tracking at all. You stay here waiting for it like a fool. You are a disgrace, and being so unreliable is a huge disrespect. But of course, never change, customer satisfaction doesn't matter right? Only the $.

Ordered 2 pizzas last Friday. Delivery time promised at most 40 minutes. After 40 minutes a call from a foreign number where I couldn't understand a word. 15 minutes later I got a call from Domino’s, assuring me that the pizzas were coming now. When I objected that they were cold now: “No, they are still warm.” 15 minutes later another call from this foreign number. 5 minutes later a text message from the same number asking where I live? Then the two pizzas were delivered, they were no longer even lukewarm and therefore inedible. There was no response to my complaint on the Domino’s homepage the other day. If you order it, it's your own fault!

I ordered pizza from Dominos and already paid with my credit card but the delivery never arrived😂... I called the branch several times and they gave me a number to call and ask where my pizza was, the number was there not. My pizza never arrived and I had to spend my break without eating. Thanks

I'll never order anything to eat there again. I've already ordered a pizza twice and each time I waited for over an hour and then the food arrived cold, even in the middle of summer. Unbelievable thing like that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 When the driver finally got there, he couldn't even take his helmet off his head, as if he were a serious criminal and no one should recognize him. Then he forgets the card device on the scooter even though I stated that I would pay with a credit card. I'm really stunned how the management of this company is just sleeping and waiting until the pay comes at the end of the month. Sorry, but you really have no idea how to run a company. I will definitely not invest any more of my precious time in such a run-down company. So forget about the email 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Albanian music is playing, not that it bothers me, but the volume is very, very loud. piza was sloppy and made incorrectly. I was rejected on Saturday and told it wasn't possible.

Pizza was specially ordered without ham and it came with ham. The other worker couldn't even get the pizza from the tray into the packaging.
