The spaetzli were swimming in the fatty stuff. Terrible. Powder sauce. It's a question of time when the store closes. I tried eating there a year ago. Was just as bad.

What we expected was pleasantly exceeded. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. The two pizzas were fine. The dough was definitely a plus. The ambience is getting old but is clean and functional. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to come by again.

I've eaten pizza there 2-3 times and so far I haven't had anything to complain about. Today, however, my jaw dropped. There were 3 of us and we ordered meat, it had no taste and seemed like it came from the freezer. I wanted rice as a side dish and he told me he didn't have any then I wanted pasta, which he didn't have either and I didn't even want to ask about the vegetables and then I ordered what was available, fries. At least they were good. Then we got mushroom cream sauce instead of mustard cream sauce and when we asked the owner about it he just said he made it EXTRA for us. I don't even want to comment on hygiene. Not recommended

Very good food! I've eaten there several times and the quality was always the same; is not self-evident these days.

Pizza bottomless, coke expired and service poor. Real juice shop!!

Full of anticipation, we went out for pizza with our class. But then we arrived and the Coke was expired. The pizza dough was very bland and partially fell off the pizza base. Someone in the class had a hole in their pizza. We suspect it was a bake-off pizza.

The first look was good, but then my eyes went black. I mean, if the pizza has a hole and the dough sticks to the plate and the Coke has expired since 2022, I don't think there's anything left to help. Juice shop is the final conclusion, hope I don't get diarrhea What a disgrace😤

Nice hosts, very accommodating. My fitness plate was very tasty with lots of different salads and a crispy fried chicken breast. Price-performance ratio is right. Gladly again.

A maggot was in the salad, the restaurant took no action, I still had to pay for a salad with maggot. + the waiter who gets the wrong dish and barely apologizes... Avoid

Best pizza in town! Very friendly service. Particularly noteworthy is the furnishings and style of the tables and chairs.

I ordered a lasagne and it was clearly ready made and not homemade. It was very overpriced for something I could have bought it in the supermarket. Totally tasteless. Perhaps the pizza and pasta is a better but avoid the lasagne.

One of my favorite restaurants in Basel. Great location right on the Rhine. The food is wonderful. The service is very friendly and I will definitely go again! Thank you for a great evening recently on Friday September 2nd, 2022 when I celebrated my birthday there. I felt very well.

I do not come anymore. Schnitzel wasn't really a schnitzel, pizzas had wrong and missing ingredients on them.

The pasta tasted very bland, overcooked, far too little salt, poor watery sauce, Parmesan was not fresh, bread rolls served were soggy. Overall, absolutely poor food. Priced at 2 CHF above average. After I told the waiter that it didn't taste good, he just smiled and I don't think he understood me at all.

Very impolite. I was really looking forward to a meal. I ordered Picata Milanes. I was then told that it was too much work. The rest of the map wasn't interesting. I cannot recommend this. The waiter was also very unfriendly. The advice was to look for something else... Well, definitely not again.

We used take-away: a short telephone order, 10 minutes later the pizzas were ready, all delicious with thin, crispy dough and very fine toppings, rounded off by an extremely friendly host who served with heart and soul! The dining room with dark paneling also looks very inviting. First class!

Top. I spent 6 weeks in Basel with my dog. We were given a very hospitable welcome. Which is not always the case when you are traveling with a dog and a backpack. Food was always top. Top service, top prices. Whenever I stop by Basel again, that's where I eat. Kind regards, who lives with the dog😁

I ordered a pizza calzone with salad home. Pizza was good but not a big hit. What wasn't possible was the salad. The sauce had to be delivered separately. The whole sauce was in the plastic bag and on the kitchen floor! But otherwise perfect

Nice outdoor seating, warm and attentive server, Bruschetta Romana was delicious, their Rösti Kalbsleberli practically had me licking the plate clean, pizza was good too. Really enjoyed the food here.

The gorgonzola gnocchi were delicious, but it is a shame that the chef offers a salad when we order the dish - we think it is a side dish when it is a salad as a starter for almost 10 CHF ...the belly is almost already full as the pasta arrives!
