Im from spain and this pizzas en Lausanne doesnt taste at all, as good as there. I think It could be the tomate, too soury, i dont know, its doesnt taste juicy and tasty as the dominos i use to eat. Really dissapointed about that, i tried twice to doble check and same result.

The pizzas are incredible but for the past 1 hour I haven't been able to reach anyone to order a pizza. In the call he asks me to enter the postal code for delivery, but I can't get through to anyone. It always goes back to the beginning. I'm disgusted and since no one answers I'm going to have to choose another restaurant to order from.

The pizzas are so good. The dough is excellent and stands out! The starters and desert are also very good.

The people who come to deliver the meals are very kind.

They never answer the phone, and their instructions on their answering machine are outdated. This is the worst company ever

The wait was serious, more than an hour and a half to get food, taking into account that I called them twice. It's not the first time I've ordered from them but certainly the last time for sure! It's not normal to have a wait like that when on the site it's 20 minutes of waiting no more.

The cuisine is nothing more than fast food, negative point for the dessert which is simply recycled pizza dough and burnt chocolate (chocolate bytes) for 10chf. The waiter gives our change to another customer and what's more, the amount is not correct... There are no chairs or parking spaces.

I’ve ordered a pizza, it was as expected! If you order from this kind of fast food pizza is what you should expect. (Not Naples style pizza, it’s another kind of pizza, just different. Still delicious!) :) Moreover, the delivery was respected. 30 min as their website suggests

I just had a hell of a shit because of your pizzas, I didn't know that in Switzerland it was possible to get food poisoning by eating in places normally controlled by hygiene inspectors. Products probably not fresh or out of date. Disgusting.

No respect from their neighbors. Pass through private property every day. We tried to talk to some delivery people about it but nothing worked and they didn't care at all. Yet they have access to their homes. There is a chain that separates the buildings but they remove it to access with their scooters. How can we make them understand that their constant comings and goings bother us and that we are fed up with the chain separating the buildings being removed to free up a larger passage and that every day we have to put it back in place? There is no place to sit, wait and then eat the pizza. Unfortunately, I deducted the points from here. You should have at least arranged a place to sit and eat. The taste was not bad.

Big part of their business is pick up and they do not have a parking and they do not mention it. I wasted 20 minutes trying to find a parking nearby. I ended up eating a cold pizza. The owner must be really not smart neither business oriented.

No one to order a pizza by phone

I've been ordering regularly for years, and the evolution of the franchise leads me to make this unfortunate assessment: Scandalously bad. If the pizzas still taste good (note, I didn't say they were good, it's a mountain of fat and sugar), the service goes from bad to worse: errors on almost all orders, delivery times that exceed the hour where they took 20 minutes before (I live 5 minutes from the restaurant by motorbike), exorbitant prices and poor equipment (a defective TPE is replaceable). And that's when your pizza doesn't arrive folded 1000 or completely exploded. Run away! Edit after Dominos' response: it's ugly, to copy and paste the same answer to everyone and try to make up for it by bribing your customers. So try to have decent service in the first instance for once... Even your customer service is poor, you respond every other time.

Two hours of delays, lukewarm and poorly cooked pizza, the spicy oil supposedly no longer exists. Friendly delivery girl, I order once a year and every year I remember why I don't order more. No action or feedback from the competent people.

Surely the most incompetent in French-speaking Switzerland (and still). We don't understand what they say or what they do. It's rare.

The cook made a mistake in the composition of a pizza, it can happen, however they arrived colder than lukewarm. The delivery man called me to tell me to come down, he was too lazy to go up, I arrived and he was watching videos on his cell phone, a big lack of professionalism. Small or medium sized pizzas are delicious (in general), however we no longer order large sized pizzas because their taste systematically changes from those that are the size below, they are not good, so that a raclette pizza is supposed to be a raclette pizza no matter the size... I ordered a pizza via Uber Eats at 21:15. At 22:00 it still hadn't arrived, so I decided to call the restaurant directly. They nonchalantly told me that my order would be "a little late" due to a technical problem. At 23:00 it still hadn't arrived and the restaurant was now closed, at which point I contacted the Uber Eats customer support and was thankfully able to be reimbursed. Disgraceful service.

Great pizza dominoes. I order very often with my wife, especially when there are promotions. It's a shame there's no more hot sauce. But I love their pizzas. Nothing to say. I recommend. Since 2003 :)

There are hairs in pizza boxes. The interior is not very clean. The staff does not wear a Charlotte on their head or beard protection, hence the hairs lying around.

After recently having renovated, the place is very inviting and much more modern. They offer a delivery in a rather small radius but this means your pizza will always be guaranteed warm on arrival. The prices are expensive but this can be avoided by using the promotions they have available quite often. Do recommend, especially the moza crust!

After forgetting a drink I was offered a promo code for a free pizza instead I accepted when I wanted to order my free pizza the code didn't work I called them they gave me exactly the same code which then didn't work They tell me about coupons even though I haven't seen any that it's done by phone. In short, I was never reimbursed for this forgotten drink

The pizzas are good, American style (for example the tomato sauce is salty and sweet). The two pizzas in the photos are customized pizzas with arugula. Don't you see any? This is normal, there is none. Like every time I order a pizza with arugula or spinach. You could bet and win that these ingredients are missing from the pizza. Considering the price of the toppings it’s a steal. So not only am I waiting for a commercial gesture (because a chain of this magnitude which “forgets” the same ingredients each time can afford it) and above all I would like that the next time I order pizza or there is rocket!

Then when I open my dessert, I notice that my dessert is chocolate and not cinnamon. After all the orders made from you, I am disappointed by such a service which clearly leaves something to be desired and which does not correspond to the image you sent. Next time I will order elsewhere.
