Good discovery in the heart of the old town of Bern. Perfect value for money. Thai cuisine is very good and looks exactly like what we enjoy in Thailand!

3 Kitchens is a new name. Wonderful outdoor seating, friendly service, and great food. Green curry was one of the best that we ever had (including in Thailand.) Pad Thai was lovely as well. Perhaps the most generous restaurant portion on our trip to Switzerland. We got 20% off through "the fork" so the value was even higher.

Cordon Bleu was fried too long, hard on the edges, dry and too dark. Salt the fries too much. very unfortunate!

The food and atmosphere was awesome. Go see Johan and you will not be sorry. What a great experience!!!

Very restaurant and great Thai food, and delicious Pizza

Very poorly served by a waiter who was very overloaded and who was very inattentive. It had been a long time since I had experienced such inattention from a waiter. I will not return where I am not welcome.

Friendly staff and great boss. I don't understand the complaints in the other reviews. I have lived opposite this restaurant for almost 3 years and have always received friendly, almost family-like service. The food is excellent. And I already had: Thai, pizza and kebab there.

In the restaurant you can't understand your own words. Don't know what's louder, the guests or the music. The music is bearable. Unfortunately the food was served in stages. My wife was almost finished eating when we got our food. At least the food was good, but we had to wait a long time. The other guests are definitely louder than the music. The loud guests would have been better off down in the basement, in the bar. It was probably too loud for them there.

The food wasn't bad, the ladies there were friendly, the boss wasn't friendly, I don't go there anymore. Luckily there are other Thai restaurants in Bern

Restaurant has a new name called Three - Kitchen & Bar. Good Thai and Italian food. Not too authentic in my opinion. But fair prices and nice staff. And the food is good anyway.

Delicious thai food, very friendly staff. Prices more than honest.

Our favorite Thai Bar in Town. Often with live Thai music and good regular guests. Drinks are on the pricey side whereas Rum and Whiskey Bottles are on the fair side with CHF150 (2Mixers included). The women ain't professionals, c'mon... all native Thais visiting, are people living here and looking for a good time Bangkok style, that's all. Update: posted this some years back, 2022 still same same 👍🏾

Accidentally bought a Falafel Dürüm from Downtown Restaurant on Kramgasse because I didn't notice that the Downtown Bar & Club took over what was once Kappadokia and turned it into Downtown Restaurant. It's unfortunate that Kappadokia doesn't exist anymore - the owner was friendly and the food decent, especially the Falafel. It disgusted me when I realized that Downtown Restaurant simply took over everything that he left behind - menus, photos, pricing, etc. and only added their Thai dishes to the menu and a neon sign outside. No wonder the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing when I ordered a simple Dürüm. Of course, the food didn't blow my mind away. I always thought that the Downtown Bar & Club seemed a tad dubious whenever I passed by. Now that I see other comments here about "hübsche Frauen" and see how "creative" they are with their take-over of Kappadokia - never again.

Great Thai bar in Bern. You feel like you're in a bar in Bangkok or Phuket. Thai music and cheap drinks. Always great atmosphere.
