If you want to walk through Luzern , you have to visit Dunkin to buy a flavored drink !

Great but not cheap Unfortunately, the bagels are cold, so they are not suitable for breakfast

Small shop with terminals for ordering and 3 tables with stools for waiting or eating on site. On the other hand it's very expensive, I know it's Switzerland but it's 3 times more expensive than in New York, I think they can't afford the newness and the Dunkin brand.

Donuts good…service so so so. Already the 2x that Poinz cannot be collected. Wasn't even noticed as a customer😟

Top location and large selection of donuts and drinks. Unfortunately, you usually have to queue and wait for a very long time.

The donuts are awesome! Go once a week and am never disappointed with the taste. Unfortunately, the issue of personnel is a little disappointing. They are obviously short of staff at the moment. The staff are very friendly but you can tell they were poorly introduced. Dunkin Donuts also offers a collection pass at Poinz. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to collect any Poniz at least 4 times in a row. Once it was said that the device was broken, once it was the app and once the employee honestly said that he had no idea how to do it. I think that's a shame and it also annoys me a lot.

On July 10th my partner and I picked up something from Dunkins in Lucerne. Neither of us have ever been served in such an unfriendly and unmotivated manner by an employee. The employee dropped things on the floor and his reaction was to curse. I have no idea what kind of problem the employee had. Just seemed unprofessional and uninviting

Was received by the friendly. Employee gave very good advice shortly before closing time. I liked the version with the white powder best.

They are definitely the best donuts in the city, if there are still any... for the fourth time we came across empty shelves at around 3 p.m. and had to settle for a frappe.

It’s a dunkin donut. What you see is what you get. Sad for the staff working alone, though. Busy Sunday but it was just him. Could have done with a bit of help. He was pleasant all throughout, though.

Damn delicious donuts - almost 1:1 like the original ones in America! Very friendly employees! The only negative point... Guys... give every store a cream dispenser with the gas cartridges... (40 CHF) these things are really easy to use, clean, etc... the chemical spray cans are simply a no-go in terms of quality and taste... plus If they are not washed correctly after each use, the plastic lid is pretty unhygienic... Otherwise keep it up :)

It will be interesting to see how long this shop will exist in Lucerne. Every bakery and even the major distributors sell donuts that taste exactly the same and only cost half the price. You pay for the name and the rent and not for the little flour and sugar. Tried it once and yes, it was delicious. Another visit is not necessary. The store is always empty when I walk by.

I think the donuts are too expensive because they aren't much different than others. The waiting time is usually too long. There is a huge selection and some of them look great.

Far too few staff for it being the weekend. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for a donut. 10 people waiting in the store. More people simply have to work on the weekend.

Expectations were not met. Bought 12 box of mixed donuts. I expected more in terms of taste. Nothing special. There are 3 stars for the selection and decoration of the donuts. Price justified due to location and offer.

Price performance catastrophe for what you get, it's almost an impertinence. Nothing special, for example for a Lotus Donut you pay 3.90fr, this donut doesn't even have a filling! The competition's donuts are equally good and the price-performance ratio is also right.

The service has always been friendly, apart from this evening at 4:30 p.m. there were 2 women behind the counter who were very disrespectful to us! A box of 6 Munchkins was ordered, normally they always ask which type you want. Today the lady gave us a box with 4 brown and 1 white Munchkins. When we pointed out to her that there were only 5 and we weren't even asked which variety we wanted, she said they were the last ones. Either we take these or we take 2 donuts instead (so cheaper than the amount we paid). From a hygienic point of view, I have to say the gloves were not changed. So she touched the donuts from the previous customer, then the refrigerators and other things behind the counter. This is simply unacceptable and an outrage! We never heard an apology either... So far very satisfied, only disappointed today.

The world's best donuts, there is a wide range with a variety of fillings and a layer of sugar on top. Each donut has a different design/motif. Very tasty and value for money! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I can only recommend it, right in the middle of Lucerne😍

I ordered home delivery first and it was awesome! Well filled donuts, perfect! Then I got Click'n'Collect and was totally frustrated. You had to look for all kinds of fillings! There was a large hazelnut in it, sorry, I can get something like that in EVERY bakery and even cheaper. I'll now do home delivery again to understand whether Dunkin basically only produced better donuts at the beginning, or whether it's the Lucerne branch's fault. I will then adjust the rating as necessary.

Imagine u lived in swiss up until now and u wanted donnut. Yes, i know, there was nothing to get but pain and envy towards the other placs with their dunkin' donuts. Well, no more, free of agony and blessed with this shop, we can now feast upon these doughy delicacies ourselfs. What a time to be alive.

New store in Old Town Lucerne. Friendly staffs and quite fast service. Many choices of donuts and also have a combo. So far is the best donut in town .

The service needs so much more improvement. Got the wrong donut and sadly just found it out when we're already home about to have our afternoon tea. Ordered 6er and 2 of them are not what i ordered. What's so disappointing? The 2 that keeps me coming back at Dunkin for decades are those that were not in the box. Staffs in such business should keep their focus, must be excellent at working under pressure. A flood of costumers is expected. It's is crucial to be able to keep up. It's a comfort food = happiness not disappointment. And yes i am very upset while writing this. Having my tea without my favourite donut, what do you expect? Silly but not silly.

Some time ago I asked when Dunkin Donuts was coming to Lucerne. Unfortunately, Lucerne wasn't on the plan yet. I then imagined that the store could take over Lolipop's space. When I read in the newspaper that Dunkin Donuts was coming to Lucerne, I was extremely happy. It felt like my thoughts had become real. In fact, it happened a few months later. Last Sunday I was there and only had to wait a short time. The donuts were very tasty and I would love to come back.

Great selection of donuts but unfortunately a bit chaotic… The three ladies were overwhelmed and had no overview… it's a shame but there is room for improvement…
