Vegetarian nachos looked like a vegetable salad, there were a few nachos in there, completely oversalted. Vegetarian burrito Poorly seasoned. Fries were hard and cold and the burger was so good. We are aware that the food ordered is not of the same quality as in the restaurant, but not that bad. Better to cook at home again.

Unfortunately, the dishes were incredibly salty, making it unbearable to eat. I definitely won't be ordering again.

I ordered food from el mexicano. The potatoes were good. But I got a yogurt sauce with the quesidillas and burrito that was clearly no longer good! Because of this sauce I could no longer eat these two dishes. I called Mel Mexicano about it and explained what happened in a nice and friendly manner. And I asked that I get the money back for the dishes that I couldn't eat. I even suggested that you could take these dishes back as proof that we didn't eat them. And you can see for yourself that they sold me expired food. Suddenly the employee acted as if he could no longer speak my language and told me that he was very busy and didn't have time. He would call me back later. No call all evening. I called back that night. Nobody picked up. The next evening I called back and explained the situation to another employee. He said he didn't know anything and started yelling at me about why I didn't tell me sooner. He insisted that he bring me the same meal again today. I explained to him that I had already eaten. And I also had a bad feeling about ordering there again after such poor quality and very poor service! After a long discussion he finally gave in and said he would come by later and pick up the food and give me my money back. He did not come. And now El Mexicano doesn't pick up my calls anymore. Not only did I pay over 50 francs for moldy food, but I also received the worst service. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS “RESTAURANT”

Pure disappointment instead of overcooked nachos, 2 buritos were delivered and one had a hair in it

I waited 2 and a half hours for a burger and nothing ever arrived. I lost 42.- clowns..

We took the Nachos Rainbow, Quesadilla Poullet and Beef Burrito and all of them where too salty (impossible to eat), plus the Quesadilla was burned and the guacamole wasn’t handmade. Waste of money and time. Never again!

We were thrilled with the delivery of pizzas and burgers until today. You get full, it tastes really good. We are therefore more than satisfied to this day, and the deliveries, even if the place isn't on fire, have always arrived very quickly. Since then, we have been ordering pizzas and burgers only at El Mexicano. why 4 stars? Quite simply, the nachos and the burrito really didn't taste very good, but I don't think these dishes should be served either. Unfortunately, the normal heating process results in half a mush.

First of all, the positive and there are a few things: Delivery time was shorter than stated and expected (30 minutes, that's absolutely fine). Courier found the address and called. I ordered pork schnitzel with fries. There were two very large schnitzels and a huge amount of fries. There was also a cup with ketchup and one with (probably) mayo. There was also salad under the schnitzels (that bothered me a bit because I don't like salad). In any case, you can't complain about the quantity. There was also a very juicy piece of lemon. Basically the ingredients seem to be good and more or less "fresh". However, the salad didn't look so nice. The fries were medium crispy, tasted normal, and the amount of salt was good. However, I suspect that the frying oil has been used many times. You could see this in both the fries and especially the breading of the schnitzel (more brownish instead of golden yellow) and that's how it tasted. This is definitely better. The schnitzel meat itself looked okay, tending to be minimally dry. You can't give 3.5 stars, but that would be it considering the quantity and the overall good service.

-1 star, unfortunately there isn't one. The food was delivered way too late!!!! The staff wasn't nice! Didn't apologize for the delay. That would have been the least. We had to call 4 times until the food came. When we last called we were told that the food would be with us in 4 minutes. However, it took another 10 minutes!!!!! Will never order from there again and definitely don't recommend it!!! I want 50% of the money back!!!

The food arrived very quickly and was VERY tasty. Will order here several times now.

After 2.5 hours and 6 phone calls I finally just gave up. Definitely won't ever order again.

Lots of healthy vegetables included. Tasty and good too. I would just make the tortilla chips smaller so that they are easier to eat with a fork. Fries are not oily at all but nice and crispy and soft. Took almost 90 minutes to deliver but the food was warm. The Greek salad was very good. I wouldn't pour any sauce over the burritos either so that it isn't too dry, otherwise everything is fine.

The staff was extremely unfriendly. After a discussion on the phone, the boss simply hung up. The food came 1 1/2 hours late, was cold and more oily than the french fries at McDonalds. There wasn't a single grain of rice in the burrito we ordered, which supposedly contained rice. (Only a hair approx. 3 cm long).

Worst food ever. All food was burnt and tasted disgusting..

Me and my friend ordered there for the first time today. Don't understand all the reviews. The delivery time was 89 minutes but after a call they said we would get the food in 30 minutes, which is what happened. They were very accommodating and nice. The food is incredibly good and the price is totally reasonable! Have more than enough for little money. Very deliciously seasoned and tasted great. Lots of vegetarian options too. We will definitely order again!

That was the worst meal I've ever eaten so far. I ordered a burger yesterday that cost 19.- and it didn't even come with fries. The bread was disgusting and dry, it had 1 slice of lettuce and 1 slice of pickle. (You can't be that stingy, can you?) The meat wasn't even real beef, it was a cheap burger called (pljeskavica) and you buy it frozen . So I don't recommend anyone ordering food here because it's inedible.

El catastrophe Chicken quesadillas were soft, mushy, oily and had almost no cheese. Nachos look like lasagna, are soft and don't taste good at all. Container very cheap.And the food was delayed by 1h. Edit: sauces were also watery and inedible. Guacamole made me cry. Never again

Catastrophe. The quesadilla was soggy and without cheese. In short, inedible. Tortilla looks more like lasagna and disgusting. The only thing they do well is the :Tex bacon burger. We paid too much for this catastrophe. Should have let my little brother (5) cook. No thanks.

After a delivery delay of 40 minutes we got our food. We ordered quesadillas with beef. We got partially soggy as well as “extremely crispy” ones (it’s a mystery to me personally how you get that), with brown wilted and “cooked” lettuce, but tortillas filled with good quality beef. Don't even get me started on the fries (always difficult with delivery services). All in all, the expectation of having paid this price for the food was unreasonable and the question remains, what do we eat now?
