Fleur de Pains in Aubonne

So generally I get the same thing. But today I am very upset about the service. I bought my coffee to go and went and sat outside while I waited for the bus 5 mins. Always do this it has never been a problem. Today the service lady came and started shouting at me and told me to go because I ordered to go coffee and I am sitting outside of the restaurant. Literally chased me away. Another lady was doing the same just before I came in. It’s a thing never been harassed for it but today I was… so no I won’t be buying coffee or anything from them. From a disappointed everyday customer.

Very friendly colleagues. Unfortunately, the cooking of croissants and chocolate breads is inconsistent, from one day to the next, barely cooked (often on Sunday) and the next day completely toasted. In a semi-industrial process, we can expect more consistency in cooking... And frankly, CHF 5.40 for a cheese ramekin, I find somewhat exaggerated...

We bought a pain au chocolat and an escargo. The was no taste in both of them.

Deplorable service, the tea is served in a paper cup, without a tray, perfect for burning your hand. The other customers had normal dishes. The tables and chairs are filled with bird droppings. So, I left the tea on the table.

Disappointed, I go to this bakery very often, but today wanting to drink a coffee I decide to stop by to get one to take away but the waitress tells me that the machine is off. It's 6:00 p.m., 30 minutes before closing, I've already had takeaway coffees until 6 p.m. and beyond. In short, disappointed with this experience.

Tried a too good to go for the first time. In the basket, an Easter egg unsold for 3 weeks! this egg made up 2/3 of the basket...very disappointing. I didn't know about this place but I'm not ready to go back. A special mention for the saleswoman who was very kind.

Personally I don't recommend a chain that makes simple soups with preservatives and additives. This is absolutely no longer the spirit of the old Fleur de Pains bakeries.

Very pleasant welcome. A good choice of pastries, breads, sandwiches, salads etc. Pretty interior room. Terrace.

I stopped to drink a coffee which I can say is not great no service the tables on the terrace dirty and wet no ashtray I think for 2.70.- The coffee is at least the minimum to be put at least a clean terrace gives the impression that the staff is doing at least their job, don't think I'll come back, there's better elsewhere

I stopped this afternoon on the terrace to drink a coffee and enjoy a lemon tartlet and a ham delight. I didn't notice anything negative. The young man working at the counter was very friendly, smiling, welcoming. Coffee was well served. The tartlet was very good, as was the deliciousness. Good terrace, quite quiet, but it was hot. Interior of the well-kept tearoom. For me nothing to complain about.

The really unpleasant boss, with racist remarks...! 30 minute wait for a sandwich I do not recommend at all !!!!!

The terrace at the station square is so nice, it brings life to Aubonne! Thanks to the team!

Focaccia and ramekin requested unheated = filling still frozen. Aren’t the products supposed to be fresh? At the price it is sold for...

The place is quite ordinary but the breads and small pastries make you forget the rest.

Bread bought Sunday afternoon. Hard and dry. Bread defrosted or at least the day before! Monday inedible, I brought it back Monday afternoon. No excuses and refusal to reimburse me, the manager not being there. If I put this comment it is because it is not the first time that I find myself with products that are not fresh. (apple pie, puff pastry)

Good products, but it's still industrial baking. Nothing beats the little local baker.

The coffee looks like sock juice and there's not even a croissant, next time I'll go to a real bakery

CHF 4.50 for a coke served in a pet bottle at the bar is excessive. In times of health crisis, we should not take too much advantage of customers who play the game of consuming, because the profession has nothing to gain from it.

20 minutes of waiting for 4 items to take away with only 2 people in front of me. Order not respected. I order lemon tartlets and end up with caracs. Fortunately the pastries were still good.

The service was really deplorable (20 minutes of waiting for 2 customers before me) and what's more, the waitress made a mistake in my order despite asking me to repeat 3 times... However, the tartlets were good

Good choice of sandwiches, slices of pizza or birchers. Also paninis, to be heated on site. Small indoor tea room with around twenty seats. small outdoor terrace.

To To begin with: Bravo! to the only waitress who was alone serving numerous customers inside the establishment as well as on the terrace! As a result, the service was very slow, we ate a cheese tartlet... cheese in name only, it's deplorable to make something like that. 😡

It's a place that I really like, what they do is very good but I find the prices expensive, especially for students.
