Very bad ice cream and the very very very bad service. Owner was very rude. Need to pay to gi to toilet. Made us go after 10min even if the place was empty... Do not advise to go.

Their gelato is delicious. I took pistachio and caramel I asked the employee about the best seller and he said everything is sold out 😂 and I see the response is not good because the first time he said that, I felt that he did not want to explain the flavors that are not sweet. Nothing would happen if he said that this flavor will sell quickly, on the contrary, it gives credibility to the place. Its star was reduced due to the employee’s behavior and also due to the lack of card payment

Great deal. Has a large selection. The declaration is clear. Vegan and gluten-free options are available. But oat or soy milk goes too far for the owner 🤣😂

Ate chocolate and coconut flavor here, one day ago, it was so good. He accepts only cash, but it's fine. Understand that it will have addition cost to accept cards.

Stepped in here, saw the twenty cash only signs, left to get gelato from a shop that lives in the 21st century with the rest of us. Maybe the gelato is great, but it's probably not worth a specific trip to a cash machine compared to the next best place.

The store was empty when we arrived. 2 out of 4 members of my family bought gelato, intending to share, and we sat down to eat in the empty store. The owner rudely told me that seats are only for paying customers and asked us to get up and leave the store — because “only 2 of us had gelato.” 1 star for rudeness, 2 stars for the mediocre gelato.

Very tasty home-made ice-cream. There are many to choose from. I had medium size, could choose three flavors. All my choice was great! Medium size costs 5fr. Good size and reasonable price.

For me the best gelateria in Interlaken for years. The selection of traditionally made ice creams is large and the prices are moderate. The service is friendly and quick. Unfortunately you can only pay in cash. The shop is a bit hidden on the edge of the center, but it's worth the journey!

It's 2023 and you can still only pay with cash. After a hike, we came to Interlaken specifically to eat gelato at your place because you have good Google reviews. In the queue we saw "cash only", no ATM anywhere. Think about something, I saw that it bothers even more people.

The staff were very friendly, the ice cream itself was ok. I tried coconut and pistachio flavors, the pistachio was nice but a bit too sweet for my taste. The coconut ice cream didn't taste creamy and had very little coconut flavor. There is a small seating area and cars payment is not possible.

Excellent authentic Gelato 🍧 with great variety of full flavor options. We enjoyed the ricotta cherry 🍒 and hazelnut, both were scrumptious. Definitely neither diet nor boring. Plenty of comfortable indoor seating. Great central location for quickly picking up a couple of scoops and heading out for a nice walk along the Central Park. Also on offer are the practical take away packages for that midnight craving. Bring your cash as no cards are accepted.

Lemon strawberry pistachio caramel cookie peanut chocolate? I ate five in two days. It was really delicious. I want to take the owner to Korea. Please make sure to go and try it. This is a truly local restaurant. Instead of going to the fancy gelato you see on the street, go here. I had lemon and white chocolate, and my husband had pistachio and caramel, and they were all delicious. I'll have to eat something different tomorrow! *Cash only accepted and the owner is very friendly and welcomes you with a smile.

Cash only establishment. My friend having Pistachio n hazelnut loved it. She says, not overly sweet yet you can taste the hazelnut n Pistachio distinctly. I had coffee flavour which wasn't strong enough for coffee lover. The other flavour I had was cinnamon. Was pretty good, taste like a cinnamon bun.

I've been going to this ice cream place for more than 10 years, and they honestly just keep getting better. The owner and his staff are very friendly and make the ice cream themselves. This really shows in the taste. This ice cream tastes genuine and authentic, without weird sweeteners. If ever there had to be an ice cream place to recommend, it's 100% this one. Please do yourself a favor and get some ice cream here, you'll thank yourself later!

Here speaks an Argentinian who lives in Spain! The ice creams are excellent! They are super creamy and delicious. The people who served us were super friendly. We don't speak English very well, but I used my little Italian and it's great that we were able to communicate! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome! The price of the ice cream is very, very good! Highly recommended!

Some of the best ice cream I’ve had in Switzerland. The cone alone was delicious. You can mix and match flavours to your liking. They only accept cash though so it’s good to have cash on hand.

My favorite ice cream shop in Interlaken (I would even say Switzerland). Today I learnt that they change 4 flavors every month (those that have some cookies in them). You can also buy boxes that you can mix with your own flavors to take away. Definitely recommended!
