This is definitely our favorite branch. The employees are always super friendly and patient with the children. No wishes are left unfulfilled here. We always enjoy coming and look forward to the best Bachmännli, especially in autumn/winter.

Marroni wasn't done yet While waiting they gave us an espresso for a 10 minute wait. Their pretzels are really nice and the other pastries also look really good! Must visit!

We found that little place a bit by chance but it was a very nice meeting with Mirsad and Tatiana!! They welcomed us with great love and warmth and we were able to enjoy some delicious bread rolls. Coffee was good but doesn’t justify the rude behavior experienced. We’re American but still try to be respectful with language barrier but staff was rude and rolled eyes not wanting to help when just explaining I wanted a water as well. Turned to coworker for her to deal with who then just threw the water towards me and didn’t associate again with me while I was running my card until they then called my coffee. There wasn’t even a line or a reason to be rushed or rude. Felt hurt for a moment after.

I was in Lucerne from Germany and wanted some delicious ice cream in the warm weather. We saw the Bachmann sales stand right next to the lake. We ordered ice cream and I have to say I'm fascinated. What a super fresh taste and a very large portion in just one scoop, I've never seen anything like it in Germany. What I have never seen before is the extremely friendly service there, the men know their job and you can immediately fall in love with their manner, very personable and friendly. On the whole, the best ice cream I've eaten so far and the best service I've had the pleasure of experiencing so far. Top !
