Very clean and tidy facilities. Different pools for different purposes, whether you want to swim laps or play with your kids in the smaller pool. There’s also a gym, sauna. Nice restaurant for small snacks as well. Friendly and helpful staff

Parking available It is not a Swimming pool, it is just a pool with water. It is split in two parts: Two swimming lanes with poor separators. No professional swimming lanes separators to absorb waves and stay stable. It was really full when I attended and impossible for a swimmer to train. There should be absolutely more lanes, swimming flags for those who swim backstroke and professional lanes separators. See professional championships lanes to understand what is expected as a standard. In the other part which is unfortunately bigger, everyone swims in his own random direction making it hard and impossible for someone to swim without having to always pay attention not to hit the others. There is no point in having this space. To conclude,I could not train in this swimming and lost my time and money. It is not intended to swimmers training as it is as of now. I hope it changes and lanes are added so that people can really train and swim in cyclical directions, as it happens in swimming poolls. Also the lanes if added can be split to people swimming fast, people using aids ( kicking boards, breathing tubes, etc) and to people swimming for leisure. The facilities are good. Also there is no option for monthly ticket. It should be added as an option. The opening hours are very good.

We went to the indoor pool with 2 small children. The entire indoor pool was overcrowded, there was supposed to be a maximum number of entries, and there were always 5-6 year olds jumping around in the toddler pool and no one was doing anything.

Great baby pool, nice and warm and pleasant. The only thing that is a shame and brings down my rating is the grim staff (especially at the checkout and in the cafeteria) and the not very helpful manner. It's a shame! I hope that's not the case on other days and that it was an exception.

Modern and spacious inside pool

Modern, family friendly complex. Mini pool for toddlers, non-swimmer pool for kids and a 25m proper pool for swimmers, including springboards (1m). If you get hungry, the on-site restaurant offers simple snacks (bretzel, hot dog, cookies) at a reasonable price. On Sundays, there's sometimes a giant inflatable dino in the big pool (check the schedule) -- super fun to climb on.

Unfortunately, it's far too crowded on Friday afternoons because half of the children's pool is separated off for courses. This means that the teacher and four kids have the same space as the other 50 people! Very unfortunate solution. It has good lifeguards and it has bad lifeguards.

Staff is unfriendly and always stalking for swimmers to call people out and tell we can’t do this or that. We felt uncomfortable and will be returning to other swimming pools with more friendly staff.

Great Swimming Facilities for all year round. Although it is meant to be a family friendly place there are some details that have really been overlooked by the designer of the place. For example the entrance to the pool area is very narrow and hard to use specially if you have child to carry. Other than that I really like that you can also have lunch there and the options are quite reasonable for a cafeteria of a pool house. Since I gave the first review they actually opened the door and if you carry a small baby you can actually ise the door and checkin separately. Such an improvement. 5 stars

We love this swimming pool. One star less, for the showers, they could be better. Not easy to wash girls' long hair. Otherwise there are 3 pools, starting from baby pool till 25m big pool with very deep area for board jumping (not high) After pool is nice to have some treat in café or just grab an ice cream in a hot day. (BTW, if you bring a bigger child to pool, you don't have to go in, it's possible to sit in café and observe the swimming lesson) Kids love to play on the playground in summer time. Very convenient swimming stuff store, that has most essential stuff for the pool. I bought a swim.suit for my daughter twice already, cause prices are reasonable.

Like before, beautifully designed and modern indoor pool with exactly the right number of visitors (not too full, not completely empty). Great view/environment and playground in front of the indoor pool. But no fries 🤣 It has its own swimming shop, which is relatively large compared to other indoor swimming pools.

Went there with my wife and 1 year old boy. The water in the kids pool was way too cold (definitely not 32 degrees as advertised) and we had to leave after a couple of minutes cos he was shivering. On our way out we asked the reception if there was something wrong. First she claimed "maybe your kid is sick" and afterwards called the maintenance guys to find out that they were doing some work and water was colder because of it. No information whatsoever about it when we were entering. Result: 16 francs for nothing and wasted effort (those with kids will understand what I mean)

I can see the complains of other people not long ago, I believe these problems are caused by this staff person in part, the rest are nice - I am a long time user of the pool. Ludicrous rules at the moment!! Forcing 5 year olds to get changed on their own and not allowing masked vaccinated parents in to assist. Forced my daughter dripping wet returning from the pool into the cafe where we had to get changed. Dripping wet 5 year olds getting changed outside of the warm area, makes no sense. Will not return!

We find the restaurant offerings too small for an indoor pool of this size. There used to be soups and curries on offer. These days things like sandwiches are often sold out. The quality of the food is also not convincing, for example turkey meat from Hungary in the Croque Monsieur. In the municipality of Kilchberg you would actually expect something different. A larger restaurant would definitely be expected here that would also have space for athletes and walkers and that would be run separately so that the indoor pool staff doesn't have to heat up the industrial wienerli in the microwave/steamer in the kitchen corner.

Comprehend 25m swimming pool, 2 child friendly pools, a wellness section, a fitness and beauty center, a restaurant & terrace. Dedicated parking lot. Modern, clean, friendly. If you prefer the quiet slots, avoid Sunday and Saturday afternoon as families with youngsters are enjoying the infrastructure.
