I wanted to order the Bahn Mi with shrimps. Then the employee comes to me and says that the shrimp sandwich is not good. It felt like chewing gum and so he would recommend I take something else. This makes you wonder 1. why he has that on the menu and 2. he doesn't sell his own menu well. Of course I didn't take the shrimp but the tofu sandwich. It was very good cost 17.- I think the prices for meat are way too expensive (25.-)

2024.3 If you want to eat Vietnamese food, it's about 10 minutes from Zurich HB on the 7th or 14th train. The food looks bright and voluminous. And I'm happy to have plenty of vegetables. If you can't eat it all, you can take it home. It gets quite busy during lunch, but I highly recommend it. Thank you for the meal😋🩷

Such a sweet and relaxing place to come to! It was my first time, and I felt at home right away. Will definitely come back. The staff is very kind, polite and patient. They also speak fluent English, which is really nice. Finally, the food! I think it may have been the best Vietnamese food I have tried in Europe. Very balanced and flavorful taste, generous portions, and filling vegan options. Congratulations to the whole staff! Amazing work. 🤗

Amazing vegan options! We had the vegan duck and tofu in pepper sauce and both meals were super delicious and the portions were big. The atmosphere is cozy - even in winter you can sit in the winter garden that is nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive :) highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food. We had a selection of vegetarian and meat dishes. The duck was amazing, as it came with a large assortment of vegetables and salad - very refreshing. The pho tasted great with tofu and seitan. Also the starters were great, I very much liked the tofu summer roll. Very nice food and very nice people - well definitely come back!

First time at Hang's and we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. Attentive service and friendly vibes. The food was freshly prepared. Crunchy vegetables, aromatic soups and best of all: authentic, prepared with effort and love. The portions were huge for us as was the hospitality the staff showed us. A restaurant to recommend!

Without a reservation we still got a table for two. The atmosphere was small but nice and cozy. The service was very friendly and nice. The food came quickly and was super tasty. The portions were so big that we had the rest packed up. The price-performance ratio is more than reasonable. If you're in the mood for Vietnamese cuisine, Hang's is highly recommended.

There was a lot going on when we were there, so maybe that's why we were both moderately enthusiastic. We missed a bit of sophistication and worse, the chicken was not good meat, too fatty, didn't taste good

The day before yesterday I was with a friend and the food was great. The employee there stressed us out, asked if we had finished eating and I didn't even eat half of it. I always eat slowly and calmly and that really annoyed me. When I finished eating under stress, I gave the employee a tip, not because I was satisfied with his work, but just so that he wouldn't complain any more. He asked if I was paying for two tables instead of one table. That's provocation and that annoyed me just as much. I will definitely NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! I didn't pay for something to annoy me, thank you! Date of visit: November 2023

ATTENTION: the menu says: b. at Re.10 gluten-free or the sign that the restaurant itself assigns to "gluten-free". But it's not glutem-free!! THE MENU IS INCORRECTLY DECLARED AND IN THE UBER APP TOO.

Nice food but not great. Strange to have 'cocktailsauce'' to go with the springrolls. Springrolls rolled in seasameseeds?? Prawns on the stick totally dried up. The service is friendly but somewhat pushy. They want you to consume, fast, and liberate the table for the next clients .The soup was good, the ingredients fresh.

Thank you for being as amazing as you are :) Update after 3 years: It’s a consistently fantastic dining experience! Update after 2 years: This restaurant is still fantastic! I've been to this restaurant about two dozen times since it opened and every single time the food was absolutely delicious! Especially the Vietnamese curry (vegan) is fantastic, their Pho is pretty solid as well. Keep up the good work, I don't want to miss this place! Easily one of my favorite restaurants in Zurich.

Spontaneous visit, what can I say, it was worth it! The service greeted us very friendly, despite not having a reservation! The food is great! Everything prepared fresh and with love! Absolutely delicious! There is a large selection and even for vegans 🤩🤙🏽 I find the atmosphere authentic and homely! Even the dogs were served water right away! Very, very recommended! I booked a table for today for three people, the staff was totally unorganised. Most of the staff, everyone except one waitres ignored us. Then they took 10 minutes to tell us they didn't have a table available. As we were exiting, they called us back in telling us a table was available. We sit down (at a table for four) and another waiter comes and kicks us out to have a couple sit there (I assume they knew each other as the staff was greeting them). What pissed me off the most was that these other clients came later then us had no reservation and most importantly there was another table for two free... needless to say I'll never come back. If this is the way you treat clients you should really consider working somewhere else.

We booked for 6 people through the Fork. We arrived there but the table was not available. We didn’t eat. No other solution provided. First time in my life that I experience such a thing.

If you are traveling to Zurich with your parents and want to eat hot soup, I recommend going here. Ich habe so ziemlich jedes gute Poh Bo in Zürich gegessen, und bevor ich hierher kam, war mein Lieblings-Poh Bo căntin, aber gestern wurde das hier zu meiner Nummer eins unter den Poh Bo.

Hands down BEST PHO I have had IN ZÜRICH and in Switzerland. The staff that was with us, Auy, was really good. He was very pleasant, welcoming and just generally really good at his job and being a host. The pho was one of the most authentic ai have tasted and the beef was nice and tender. Most places in Zürich add already cooked beef to pho, which makes ir really hard and dry, but in Hangs you can tell they added raw beef (which then cooks quickly in the really hot soup in your bowl), which is nice and tender. I had to ask for mint to add to my pho (I’m used to always eating pho with coriander and mint) but it was brought to me almost immediately. Also, prices are reasonable. For the pho we paid CHF27.00 each. In summary, the pho was delicious, the staff (Auy) was great, the experience was very pleasant and we will definitely come back. Thank you

First a very friendly welcome and then a small aperitif is offered. The relative small restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere. Service is attentive and very friendly. The food is really excellent and plentiful too. Prices are absolutely reasonable/affordable. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant as well as all my companions.

Had dinner here this evening. For Pho of course! And it was so incredibly tasty - so fresh and a really good big portion too! Our waiters were very attentive - and for waiting a little longer - we each got a drink as compensation. Just super nice - lots of vegan options - very clean and super friendly staff! While staying in Zurich for a few days, we discovered this Vietnamese restaurant while walking... We came one evening, came back the next day and the next day, we left. A delight, all the dishes tasted are an explosion of flavors, the presentation is top notch, the products are fresh, delicious, the service is top notch (in English and even a few words of French). I would like the Pho recipe, I never had the chance to go to Vietnam, but it was the best I had the chance to taste!

A truly excellent Vietnamese place. Although I am a fan of Vietnamese food, my family were more skeptical about it thanks to some mediocre past experiences. That all changed with Hang's, which made true converts of them all. Every dish we tried was excellent, but the Vegetable Stew Pho was out of this world. It was exceptional in every way. So, although it was difficult to share the food like we usually do, we did end up enjoying one of the best meals in our trip through Switzerland so far.

The food here was amazing!!! We ordered Sui hang’s pho bo, Tom kho tau and mitrung xao bo. Food came out quickly and was so tasty and filling! The portion size is massive. Will come back here for sure.

The first thing that struck me was the super friendly staff. They made us feel right at home and were always there to cater to our needs. Plus, the portion sizes were no joke! They were huge and totally satisfying. Trust me, you won't leave this place feeling hungry. The best part? We're already planning our next visit.

Food is far from authentic, they don‘t even have Vietnamese coffee on the menu. Worst pho noodles ever, obviously targets people who‘ve never been to Vietnam.

They charged 4 euros for a jar of tap water without mentioning it. I only discovered it after looking at the receipts back home. The food quality and portion went down from previous visits too. Huge disappointment!

Maybe the staff was overwhelmed. There was too much confusion among the servers. Our food order came in wrong order ( appetisers came after main course). Portions were huge but it was not as expected in taste.
