Innovative food in a relaxed, yet festive atmosphere and professional, yet warm service. To me that’s a great combo for a special night out. Taste is personal, but to me the food as such was good, yet not outstanding. Hence my 4 stars there.

We had a deluxe package for the Hürlimann Spa which included food (3 courses) you could choose freely from the menu including an aperitif. The service was very courteous and attentive (I'm an expert myself) and we felt really comfortable. I looked at the prices anyway and they seemed very fair considering that the food was really excellent. Highly recommended, I will definitely go there again👍

New review: Compliments on the new and real vegetarian and vegan options. I stopped by again, this time for lunch. Now the Rössli easily gets 4 stars. The map is now much more balanced. Or do you just have them for lunch? Anyway, way to go. "Mr Fear" :) Previous review: Small portions, expensive and unfortunately the menu is more of an alibi for vegetarians. That's why they have deer antlers on the walls. But overall a nice experience.

Really good restaurant with incredible attentive service. Superb wine pairing. Only small little minus was how they described one dessert as a walnut ice cream but was a apple walnut ice cream where you couldn’t taste a single bit of walnut.

The food, atmosphere ,service was all exceptional. We had a 4 course dinner. We got pralines and a infused tea at the end as complimentary. The sorbets are a must try. Overall very good fine dining experience. It is on the expensive side. Like every where they charge for water 5 CHF per person.

📝 Positive fine dining experience with good service. I found prices also very honest for the level offered. 🍴 To get started, they served some homemade breads and amouse-bouche. Afterwards I tried a salmon-based appetizer and venison with spätzli as main course. Every little detail was carefully prepared and flavours mixed perfectly - on the other hand, portions were quite limited in size as you'd expect in such a restaurant. Dessert was also great and beautiful to see. 📍 The restaurant is very pretty inside. It's located a bit further away from the very center of the city but really close to a tram station and only 5 minutes away on foot from Sihlcity. ☝🏼 We liked the butter shaped with the restaurant's logo!

Reservation made 2 months ago was canceled at short notice due to an exclusive booking for the entire restaurant. Not the best way, especially since almost everything is fully booked on Fridays in December. We are disappointed and will definitely not be returning to the Rössli.

Weisses Rossli has a warm and inviting ambiance. The restaurant is adorned with exposed brick walls and wood paneling in the traditional Swiss style. The tables are adorned with immaculate white linens and gleaming silverware, while the atmosphere is permeated with the enticing scents of recently prepared cuisine. In addition to contemporary creations such as black truffle risotto with seared scallops, Weisses Rossli's menu features an extensive array of Swiss classics, including raclette and fondue. I had the privilege of dining at Weisses Rossli not too long ago, and the experience was beyond my wildest expectations. Petit but delectable fois gras terrine accompanied by toasted brioche comprised the amuse-bouche that commenced my meal. I ordered the seared scallops with black truffle risotto as an appetizer. The scallops and risotto were both exquisitely prepared and flavorful. I accompanied my veal cheeks with roasted root vegetables for my main course. The root vegetables and tender, juicy veal were both prepared to perfection. Additionally, I had the privilege of perusing the wine list, which encompasses an extensive assortment of Swiss and global wines. With her extensive knowledge and assistance, the sommelier assisted me in selecting the ideal wine to complement my meal. In its entirety, my dining experience at Weisses Rossli was rendered beyond all comparison. The ambiance, food, and service are all of the highest quality. First of all, great food! The gnocchi, the pumpkin soup and the interpretation of the red cabbage were particularly great! The restaurant is a higher priced establishment. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is definitely right for the food, but not for the drinks. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was full on a Friday evening (reserving in advance is recommended) and there was a nice and pleasant atmosphere where you could enjoy the food!

Tried to make a reservation but they just immediately said fully booked and very unfriendly.

We sat in the courtyard and had an excellent meal. We chose the fixed price menu with wine pairing, and the dishes and service were incredible!

Came here the other night with 2 others and we ordered 1 of the 2 course and 2 of the 3 course menu. We were seated on the back outdoor patio at the corner. Nice and quiet but one side of the table was facing the wall and didn't get any view. The temperature was very comfortable and the patio was covered from the sun. Only issue was after dinner the mosquitoes and bugs started coming out at us when we were having dessert and tea. Otherwise a lovely patio! We ordered: Pulpo💕 Smoked Duck Breast💕 Beef Tartar👌 Mathieu's Cheeks💕 Veal Steak👌 Swiss Alpine Pike Perch👌 Pistachio Fondant 💕 Pavlova👌 The pulpo had great Octopus flavour and texture, duck breast was super soft and flavourful- the accompaniments on the plate went very well with the breast, Beef Tartar was very good and marinated well that the texture didn't seem like raw beef at all and came with many toppings that were pickled onions, cucumbers. The Cheeks were amazing and melt in your mouth soft, completely understandable how it's been on the menu for all these years!! Best Beef cheek I've ever had. The Veal Steak was also very tender and fresh pasta was light and refreshing. The tomatoes were full of flavour on all the dishes that had them. The perch was cooked perfectly but the skin could have been a bit more crispy. Favourite dessert was the Pistachio Fondant- basically what we know as a lava cake! The inside was very sticky but not overly sweet, the outside crust was just crunchy enough and soft on the inside with the Pistachio paste filling. One of my all time favourite desserts. Before the meal we also got Amuse bouche, bread with spiced butter, and after our meal the set comes with either coffee or tea. The service was great and our server Carlo was very attentive. Too bad we are only visiting as we would love to come back one day!

The most inventive and delicious food I’ve ever eaten!

We were guests last week in the evening and were able to enjoy the excellent cuisine. The attentive and very friendly service was unobtrusive and yet present, the wine glasses were never empty and requests were implemented immediately. The food, what a treat, no careless filling of plates, as is often the case these days, but elegantly presented and tasteful and a pleasure for the eye! That was definitely not the last time, it demands a repeat ☺️

The Gault Millau rating is more than justified. A pleasant atmosphere with creative dishes and an incredibly good sommelier who could sell me anything with his relaxed manner. I opted for the non-alcoholic accompaniment and was not disappointed. The price performance is absolutely justified for Zurich and 4 courses. I'd love to come back!

Pleasant ambience, friendly, unobtrusive service. It is very appreciated that the water in a liter jug ​​is free of charge with or without carbon dioxide! is served. Then comes an excellent homemade bread - after compliments it was handed over without being asked. The dishes are sophisticated, finely cooked and beautifully presented. The wine list presents expensive wines as well as wines at affordable prices. I've been there twice and would love to come back.

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful restaurant last night. To start, the service was highly professional and attentive and made us feel like home. The food was superb and wine paired perfectly. The ingredients have been selected with extreme care and of the highest quality. We will come back soon and highly recommend this great restaurant to all interested in a super culinary experience.

We were there for dinner this week and were the first guests. What I didn't like is that we were seated at a small table at the back. Then came the first course with calamari and veal milk ravioli, which were okay overall. The main course was veal cheeks and rack of lamb, which cost 14 Gaultmillau, ok! The wine accompaniment was nothing special either!

Relaxed and laid back restaurant. Some great, seasonal dishes that show that lots of passion went into them. Service was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again.

Overall, delicious food. I had the porchetta for starters which was really yum but my main - the lamb rack, was a bit meh. The beef cheeks looked phenomenal, wish I had ordered that. Atmosphere was quiet, maybe because it was a Tuesday, but service was quick and professional.

Non-trivial sequence of dishes, with a mix of Argentine and French influences in particular, but with a choice of quality raw materials from all over the world. Service friendly, generous, and flexible with the whims of customers. Informal but refined, clean and elegant environment. Price in line with restaurants of this level, especially in Zurich. The internal courtyard, lush with greenery, seems really inviting in view of summer lunches/dinners. Chapeu!

We were looking for a restaurant in Zurich that offered a more upscale lunch in a cozy atmosphere. All requirements were met at the Weisses Rössli. The menu not only offers a lunch menu, but also some à la carte dishes, so there are enough alternatives for alternative diets and allergy sufferers. Reservations are recommended at lunchtime. Despite the full restaurant, the conditions are welcoming and friendly. Allergies were perfectly taken into account when ordering and did not cause any difficulties when choosing the dishes. To start with bread, then venison carpaccio with key lime pearls (very fun, a bit unusual). For the main course, cod with quince butter and then at the end, plum tartalette and vanilla ice cream. Wine list is well sorted, large selection of open wines. Smooth and attentive wine service. Espresso was perfect. Prices reasonable for Zurich. Highly recommended.

Was really looking for the big hype of this place but sometimes expectations can overwhelm a location. Salad was plain, chicken had nothing special. I can cook it better at home.
