Holtz Saucisse Frites in Genève

People lining up to get access to the infamous « saucisse-frites », with cross-selling observed on alcoholic beverages. P/E ratio relatively high at 50 but supported by high future CF generation because of current CAPEX investment. My call is a 12 billion valuation, bit north of Bloomberg’s latest valuation at 10.5b. Since I was a kid, my father took me to Genève Servette matches. My favorite moment? It was the break after the first third to go and enjoy a sausage at Holtz. I was thinking about it all week. The smells of this French fry shack marked my youth, so much so that when I return there today, many years later, I find myself taken directly back to my childhood. I remember all the memories from that time: the football matches in the playground, the goals from Alex Frei, and obviously all the times when the zebras eliminated us against CP Berne. But now, these beautiful memories give way to a little smile: from now on, the Holtz cabin serves the Swiss Champions' fries, and that's magnificent. Long live Geneva Servette, and long live Holtz. Practical side: As in the photos, expect a very long queue. This is due to the fact that many people not present at the match travel to pick up their guilty pleasure. Obviously, the wait is worth it, but I prefer to warn, because many people don't understand until they have bitten into Holtz's signature preparation for the first time.

My last comment on these “GAFA” platforms as our kids say concerned my overjoyed reaction to the video of Maudet who was running for re-election to the Grand Council. But here I couldn't help but take my hat off to this institution revered by all self-respecting Garnets.
