I've ordered several times and there was always something missing. Yesterday it was nice again that you wasted money and you just kept it and then didn't even pick up the phone when you called. You pay and only get half a real rip off. Will NEVER order again

2:40h waiting time when ordering. And then always postpone this waiting time. If you want to call, you always get this French answering machine. Absolute catastrophe, I ordered so much from you. I probably won't do that from now on

I ordered two burger menus from you via eat.ch. The food was ok but unfortunately cold. We were very dissatisfied with the delivery time as we had to wait two hours... The number: 021 312 24 04 cannot be reached and everything is in French. A real disappointment.

Me and my wife found the burgers very tasty and the portions are very large (and I rarely get full, but I also took a 320g burger) Only the toilets smell a bit strange, not that the toilets weren't cleaned but a strange smell. Otherwise 👍

Meat wasn't cooked through, not for the first time, chicken was ordered without bacon, came with extra bacon. We had to wait 30 minutes for the food to be brought to us. It wasn't even warm. Never again.

Service was rather slow, which is quite unusual for Holy Cow. But the burger was pretty good. Had the "Hobbit" special. Nice blend of soft cheese and mushrooms.

Absolute joke...15Fr. for a burger. It's called "The Chicken" and now you can see in the picture... not that much chicken. Dry matter. No thanks. You would almost have to ask for the money back for that.

The atmosphere is cozy and also provides space for larger groups. Friendly service. The burger was ok. We both ordered a cheeseburger, but it didn't taste like a cheeseburger at all. You almost couldn't taste the cheese. The burger had more of a BBQ sauce flavor than a cheeseburger. But the burger buns were very fluffy and edible. Drinks were a bit too sweet for our taste. The fries, on the other hand, were very tasty and crispy.

Holy Cow is now an institution in much of Switzerland and the quality of its burgers is difficult to question. After having been to many other locations I had the opportunity to visit the one in St. Gallen. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff, the beauty of the place and its cleanliness. In an extremely central area of ​​the city it offers a good, cheaper alternative (I remember the presence of the student menu) to other burger joints in the city. Definitely recommended.

Best burger in St. Gallen, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere!

Juice shop! Ordered at 10:30 p.m. Server came at 10:45pm with no food and told us they were closing at 11pm. We have to eat outside. Juice shop!

We weren't allowed to sit outside because we had a 6-pack of beer with us. Wouldn't make a good trap! In that case they don't need our money!!

I was in the restaurant last week and had the delicious burger. It was very tasty and the decor of the restaurant is to my liking. The staff is also friendly and the order comes to the table quickly. I can recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to go to McDonald's and eat an excellent burger.

We were happy to order 2 hamburgers with fries. The fries were served full of oil, far from crispy and the burger wasn't a hit either. We reported this........unfortunately nothing came.

Very good to eat a delicious burger. The French fries in the menu aren't quite perfect but are still very edible :) It's probably a matter of taste but a little more salt wouldn't be bad. The quick preparation was very good. It felt like it took less than 2 minutes for me to have the burger in front of me after ordering.

Delicious burgers that look like burgers and taste really delicious. Very short waiting time from ordering until the food is on the table. Price is rather high, but the burgers and service are absolutely worth it.

Food is actually very good, but this is the second time that the wrong burger was packed (to take away)!

Meat very bad and even more disappointing for being labeled as "Swiss beef".

We forgot a jacket in the restaurant, went there three times and it wasn't possible to get the jacket back. Three times we waited half an hour and then we left. The staff is unable to get a jacket from the office, in the future we will eat burgers at another location. Holy Cow +1 jacket - 2 customers.

Nice ambience, good price. Good location. Fries were OK. Unfortunately I didn't like the Big Beef burger at all. The patty has a strong taste of its own and smells a bit strange. Sorry, but my personal feeling.

Very good concept (all from CH) exactly what we want. And it tasted so great too, “awesome”. The price is also very reasonable, Switzerland doesn't have to be expensive. I'll come back when I'm in town. And I highly recommend this to anyone who wants CH products.

Very good place for students. You can get a burger with a drink and some fries only for 16 Fr. The only bad thing is the overpriced extra sauces.

Hello We ordered a burger from just eat at Holy cow on April 23, 2023 The burger was so bad that we had to throw it away - the bread was leathery and the meat was inedible - the lettuce leaf was lame and inedible - some of the fries were very dark and not good either - we were very disappointed - and paid over 50 francs. Burgers were very good. They ran out of buns for the junior burgers... But gave me a discount for the full size one... So it worked out.

Here you eat hamburgers in a completely different way. Quality is very good and very special fries. Price performance ratio very good.

Burgers are very good for the price, and the fries are very crispy. The price of the menus is worth it for the amount you get. I also think the refill station is very good, so you can always get sauce as needed.

Very good burger shop with Swissness guarantee. The bread, meat and sauces are wonderful, as is the Holy Cola. The onion confit in the burger is really great and tastes good.

The food was too expensive and didn't taste as half as of it's worth. We took veggie burgers and the patties were stalled. Even the dips and sauces were not part of Menu and had to be bought extra.

Cheap, large portions and also a large selection of vegetarian citizens. The rolls are from a local baker and the meat is from Switzerland. Unfortunately it was on the grill for too long.

Everything is real, meat, bread, fries are delicious, good portion for 17.90 with cola and burger. They are still at the beginning, Respect for the risk, 1000x better than McDonalds!!! Meat should be a little more done. Nevertheless, I wish Holy Cow much success.

“Most unique” burger chain in Switzerland! Always worth a visit. The price-performance ratio is excellent, which is not a given with Swiss meat and such high quality standards. If you're looking for a burger with style, you've come to the right place! The anticipation for the opening in St.Gallen is growing day by day. :) Small update: After more than a year with a branch in St. Gallen, we are guests here almost weekly. The quality of the dishes, be it a simple salad or a King Kong Carnivore burger menu, are (almost) always prepared identically and at a very high level. The extremely friendly operation, super functional app with loyalty points/other offers are, empirically speaking, absolutely unique and completely satisfactory :)

Yes, I was here too now. Burgers and fries are OK. If the kitchen looks like the toilet, then cheers meal! The toilets look like shit, no one has definitely cleaned them today. It's a shame, but I don't need that.

I recently visited Holy Cow for the first time! because I was looking for a McDonald's alternative. I wasn't disappointed! The burgers are very tasty, especially considering the price-performance ratio. The ambience is also pleasant. Gladly again.

Menu beef burger Viva espagna with French fries and drink 22.90 CHF. You should be hungry for this 😎, I was really full by the evening. Plus ketchup and mayo at your discretion. In terms of taste, it is clearly a better version than the well-known competitors. Especially the fries were delicious!!!! The hungry can choose the chicken version and also vegetarian. Very good. Holy Cow opens a new market segment, namely system catering for a higher price segment. This strategy means they don't get in the way of the other system catering establishments. The hamburger, bun and fries were fantastic. However, the 8 minutes were not counted - it was more like 25 minutes, even though the store was half empty. The decor is styled between the 60s and country and the music is too loud for my taste. I'm not from the area but I'd love to come by again at the next opportunity.

Really cool atmosphere and nice employees. The burger menu was delicious, except for the patty which was flabby and not crispy, rather chewy. The fries (potato wedges), on the other hand, were really awesome and get 9/10 points. Really a cool shop in terms of the atmosphere, but unfortunately I was really disappointed with the patty, as I know that the patties are usually fried nice and crispy.

If Holy Cow claims to be a gourmet burger, it would be nice if, for example, the pineapple didn't come from a can.

There is a very large selection of beef and chicken burgers here which sounds very exciting. The burgers are very tasty, the bread is warmed on the grill and the fries are large and also great. However, the system of a fast food restaurant requires you to wait in line at the checkout and then wait for the meal with the corresponding number on the ticket.

First of all, it should be said that the ingredients were fresh and the selection of burgers was good. I would have liked a selection of side dishes instead of just fries, even though they were greasy but relatively good. Drinks selection was very good. The ambience was good downstairs, very nice upstairs. Unfortunately, neither my burger nor my girlfriend's were particularly special, the quality of the meat is good but neither of us feels the need to go there again, at least not for the price... There are definitely better ones in the area, I would even the more expensive McDonald's menus. All in all, we agree on a solid 3* rating, mainly due to ambience and freshness.

Everything was very clean and tidy all around. However, I ordered the normal Big Cheese with extra jalapeno. The waitress at the checkout was a bit overwhelmed (perhaps she was a new employee). What really puzzled me, however, was that my companion, who ordered King Kong, got it faster than me. Even the table next to us got their food quicker, even though they arrived what felt like 10 minutes later.

Much better than McD..... Price performance is right. I would happily go there again, even though I actually hate fast food.

Super fast, Swiss meat & super tasty!

Fast food is really cozy and really tasty. Holy cow, what a good burger. What delicious fries. You will be served quickly and friendly. There is good music playing and the atmosphere is really cozy. The rolls are really fresh, the burger is juicy, the salad is fresh. There are very different burgers, for example with an Asian touch. You can tell here that high-quality, regional food is used and that people enjoy cooking “almost”. I'd love to come back.

The staff at the checkout is very unfriendly. The Maui Maui burger has far too much sauce in it, there is far too much ketchup in it, the citizen goes out of his way, that doesn't work. The food is swapped.

The burgers are totally overpriced. For which it is a Swiss chain. When you come in, you don't feel welcome. Very negative mood. Boss is unfriendly! And if you want to order over the phone, the store's main number (which is listed on the homepage) doesn't even work. Sorry, that's a no go for a company like this.

Fast food with class! Great service and decent asking price. The burgers are not too small and the quantity is absolutely fine. I was totally surprised by my Smokin' Holy Cowboy with two juicy patties lightly grilled over medium, glazed onions and a homemade BBQ sauce. The moment you first take a bite you just think: "How can a burger be so good!" The menu included Holy Cola and French fries. These were soft on the inside with a nice crispy exterior. This is how you should be. Maybe I didn't see the salt, but mayonnaise, ketchup and syrup drinks are available for self-service. Any time.

I love this restaurant, I was quite a regular customer and my wife and I were always warmly welcomed, but now a new employee is present at the checkout with a female character and has exposed me in front of a standing line. It's a shame that the other employees aren't there anymore because since that day when this guy came to me like that, I've never been able to go there again because I lost my appetite.

The incident was already 2 months ago. Unfortunately the service was extremely unfriendly. We had to wait about 40 minutes, guests who arrived after us got their food before us (about 4 tables!). When I asked the service employee if I could get a knife to cut my burger in half, he/she/it said I had to get up and go to the kitchen myself because he didn't have time. When we got to the kitchen, the same employee took my burger in his hands (without gloves) and cut it in half. It violates all hygiene regulations. The promised dessert never arrived. I wonder how such employees keep their jobs.

Was there for dinner for the second time. The burgers are delicious. Holy Cow is absolutely right to use the “Gourmet Burger” suffix in its name! The fries are also amazing. Since these are a little thicker than usual, they stay hot for a long time. Refilling drinks yourself is a great service. Nice service, everything clean.
