We ordered at 6:15 p.m. and asked at 7:30 p.m. to get an answer and we didn't receive an order. Very bad

Great food from Thai to Chinese to Malaysian. Be sure to mention it if it's someone's birthday

The food is very good, but the delivery service is lousy. Always way too late (+30 minutes) and even after a query call it still takes 15 minutes until it finally comes...

We've been waiting for our food for 2 hours and there's still no driver in sight - despite confirmation over the phone that he's in the car. That was our last order in a restaurant - that's not possible :-(

Unfortunately the boss didn't serve us so kindly this lunchtime. When we wanted to take the food with us at the end, he said it would be a lot of effort and wasn't happy. Otherwise, the other staff were very friendly and the food and atmosphere were great as always.

Hot Wok truly deserves a full 5-star rating, and I'm happy to share my positive experience! The food was absolutely fantastic, especially the green curry, which had just the right amount of spice. The service was excellent—prima, in fact. Every dish we ordered was beautifully prepared, a feast for the eyes. The atmosphere at Hot Wok also deserves a solid five stars. The food is excellent and the prices are ok. The star deduction is due to the impatience of the staff. If you choose the menu and the waitress is standing next to you the whole time, it can be very annoying and you feel quite stressed. Otherwise everything was good 👍🏻

One of the best Aisa Restuarant in the area for X years, very fine authentic cuisine, and very friendly and very fast service. The staff can't remember the last time I received my order so quickly. Definitely worth a visit. Simply great.

This place offers a fantastic ambiance, amazing Asian cuisine, and excellent customer service. Although it might be a bit on the pricier side, it's definitely worth the money. We tried their chicken fried rice and noodles, and we absolutely loved it. The setup is lovely and pleasant, making it a great spot for both drinks and food. We'd love to visit again!

Wonderful dinner in the hot wok! Unfortunately the service was very mediocre and quite incompetent! A pity. Service by the boss was impeccable.

First the positive, the food is really good but the delivery service is useless. The delivery times are extremely bad! Delivery times between 1.5 hours and 2 hours are the rule and not that Exception. Why specify delivery times when the courier is 90 percent late anyway is a mystery to me.

Excellent food. A taste experience of very good quality. Unfortunately, the entire feel-good package was lost when we wanted to pay. The message that we wanted to pay without taking dessert or coffee threw the boss off guard. Even after being told several times that it was a good fit for us, they didn't stop offering anything. At the end of this really good experience I had a very unsatisfactory aftertaste. Too bad

The Hot Wok in Regensdorf saved our evening. In the restaurant where we had reserved, the chef was sick and we had to find an alternative at 9 p.m. We arrived at 9:15 p.m. We were warmly welcomed, served very attentively and were allowed to stay until 11 p.m. even though the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Ravi entertained us very well and still surprised the birthday child with a magic cake and a fire candle. The food was very good. Thank you

Food is very fine. What's a shame is that the waiters don't understand German very well. And people constantly look at the table meticulously and refill the drink, even if you haven't drunk anything 😏 So that you can order something again. There is definitely room for improvement, to give the guest some breathing room at the table. Like input. It's ok in itself, if you like being constantly looked at by the waiter, it's not mine. Therefore a star deduction. And if you explicitly ask for and reserve a space that is common for wheelchairs, you should actually make sure that it is so and that you don't get a table in the middle of it without much space. All the best to you.

Actually very satisfied. The food is really good and the prices are fair. Unfortunately, the gentleman with Indian descent doesn't come across as friendly. I think it's the manager of the restaurant. Maybe a reason to eat out less here.

It screams praise. Meanwhile it has become one of my favorite places. Been there a few times now: Food = very good Hospitality = very good Price / performance = very good Equipment / decoration = very good Service = very good ....there's simply nothing to complain about! The special buffet events are simply superbly organized and are truly an experience. Whenever possible, we are there. The last time I was there was on Sunday 19th 2023 for lunch. There were 8 of us in total, 2 of whom had their birthdays... Thank you for the good food and everything surrounding it - simply great!

We had a great evening and also ordered to go twice and were satisfied. I would personally recommend the Indian food, which was absolutely delicious. The service was very attentive and incomparable to other restaurants and the waiters are literally drilled to do their best. The way the boss treats the employees is a bit questionable but that's just the old school ;) We'd love to come back!

Nice restaurant with great service. Birthdays are still very important and celebrated here!!! Really great!!! The only drawback: Chicken Switzerland / Brazil, unfortunately a no go these days, a shame. Unfortunately, the level of spiciness does not correspond to the labeling, it could tolerate a little more (1 chilli = not spicy at all, 2 chilli = very slightly spicy)

It was a big hit, always the same buffet, nothing special. It was not good. Have been there a few times now and it leaves a lot to be desired. But yesterday was definitely not edible. A pity. I know many people who say the same thing and also too expensive.

Everything was great - the prices were slightly higher but it was also very well cooked and the portions were large.

Lunch buffet very tasty and the service perfect, very attentive 👍👍👍. That's why we often go there for lunch.

This place is an integrated restaurant with a beautiful ambient atmosphere and good service inside of the community center. The meals are high quality and they have lunch ready every day of the week. It has a garden which is open through the warm seasons. All in all worth a visit every while...

Good quality and service although I think it is pricey

The employer's Christmas dinner was catered by HotWok. And it really was some of the best Asian food I've ever had! Beef Sezchuan is my go-to and this was sensational. But the new dishes that I was able to discover, such as chicken with sesame sauce or chicken tikka, were also excellent! Will definitely remember this restaurant!

I sent some friends to eat at this Napule restaurant last night and they all complimented the pizza and the friendly waiter who is really quick.

We've eaten here a few times now. Not so nice from the outside, but the food and service always impressed us. Service was well maintained and attentive, everything from the kitchen was well seasoned, portions were OK, and the price was also OK. Very large menu, some with dishes that don't belong in an Asian restaurant, but not everyone loves the same taste.

Lunch was very good but absolutely no choice. Very friendly service staff.

Great ambience, fine food. My duck sizzler was a little over-cooked (the duck was pretty well done at times) and the cellar was a little unfocused. But we're all just human, so we'd love to come back for a Thai evening in Regensdorf... :-)

I ordered at 6:45 p.m. They said it would be delivered at 7:45 p.m. At 8 p.m. I called and asked. Then it was said that I would definitely have to wait another 20 minutes. Called again at 8:35 p.m. because the order still hadn't arrived. And it was said that it would definitely take another 20 minutes! I felt like I was being taken seriously. Waited almost 2 hours for the food... I canceled my order. It was definitely the last time... It's a shame...

Hospitality is still very important here (with the exception of the boss with women?). The service is amazing and the food is excellent, although the spiciness on the menu deserves a little more refinement. The drinks (CHF 11.50/1lt mineral) are definitely too expensive. What bothered me most: I was treated like air by my boss. Only my husband was spoken to several times. Nevertheless, I will come back...

I will never order again, the courier is late 9 times out of 10. Today after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes I called and was told that it would take at least 20 minutes. They just let the customer wait without even letting them know. Real Pity!!!

Delicious grilled duck. The tofu was also exceptionally good. The staff appears well trained, courteous and very friendly. I also think the prices are fair. There could perhaps be a few more vegetarian dishes.

We used to love ordering! But a few months ago we waited over 2 hours for our delivery. We called x times and were always told it would come soon. In the end we called and canceled because our children couldn't wait any longer. A discount was then suggested to us. After a few months we tried ea again. Again after 2 hours still no delivery!!!!

Ordered take away the last 3 times and the food is getting worse! The second to last time, the manager was unfriendly on the phone, when I was there to pick it up, I stood there for 10 minutes, no one greeted me, then I specifically wanted the curry without tofu, it came with tofu! Ordered Pad Thai yesterday, the noodles were overcooked! I've worked in various Asian restaurants myself and love the food, but I won't be ordering anything anymore, it's a shame!
