Hotel Firefly in Zermatt

We were able to spend an incredibly great weekend at Firefly. The team, always with a smile on their faces, is incredibly warm and reads the guests' every wish. The apartments are large, very clean and the highlight: breakfast in the room until 12:00. The bar also impresses with its cool design, great wine list and top service! The gym is very well equipped and after a tiring day the spa is the perfect place :) Thanks for the great time!

It is such a perfect choice in Zermatt. The rooms are very spacious, staff really helpful and the spa is great.

This is a superb hotel conveniently located between the heart of the town and the ski lifts. The staff were amazing during our stay, including getting us lunch and dinner reservations at places that were impossible to get into otherwise. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern and the pool and gym are excellent. A great place to stay in Zermatt.

Perfect all around. We spent 3 nights in the hotel and were thrilled. Wonderful hosts and extremely friendly service from the entire staff. The rooms were very large and of the highest standard. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning. The Spa & Gym offered everything you could wish for… We'll be back.

At the Hotel Firefly you feel at home from the first moment - regardless of whether you are a regular guest or entering the hotel for the first time. We were guests for the third time now and it is really remarkable how the crew not only remembers names and sensitivities, but also has their individual interests on their radar. Even details such as adjustments to the breakfast selection or special cocktails are always taken into account and do not have to be constantly noted. The crew really has a talent for making you feel right at home or like you're with good friends. The hosts are also very warm and always open to a conversation. You can tell how passionate they are about it and what's particularly nice is that it's a family business and the whole concept is really seamlessly built around it. Of course the rooms are wonderful too! The fact that breakfast is served in the room makes the experience even more homely and we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Zermatt. Thanks to Maria & Mickey for making our stay unforgettable every time!
