I stay there a couple months ago, the view from the hotel is very nice. But the service very dissapointed. At the time we arrived, the receptionist and also a waiter just said a view things about the rule and we left without any instruction to went upstairs. We waited about 20 minutes and nobody served us, so we went upstairs ourselves. The wifi very bad signal. And the waiter at the restaurant can not speak english, when i asked in english, she ignored me. Very very bad service..never come back again..and not recommended to stay here.

Many thanks to the kitchen and the team for the great evenings! My recommendation: Cordon Bleu and great meat dishes!! Half of our order in the restaurant was forgotten and we were treated very unfriendly and banished to a corner so that we wouldn't "disturb" the other guests. The food in the restaurant was tasty (when it comes). For the price of around 150-190 CHF/night per room, you should expect more (we looked out the back without a balcony or mountain view).

Wowwwww! This hotel couldn't be in a more beautiful location. Nestled right under the mountains, the views are incredible. From our balcony it was the most beautiful view I've ever seen. So serine and peaceful, yet very close to downtown. Much better than staying in the town which can get loud, especially on Wednesday nights when they have street parties. The hotel also serves a wonderful breakfast, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Love it!
