Great hotel, very, very clean, beds were great, staff friendly, but the breakfast is the best, it was very, very tasty. The only downside are the high parking prices, which you don't see when booking.

An amazing hotel to stay in Zurich : clean rooms, super nice staff, delicious breaksfast buffet and great location to visit the city by foot. Highly recommended!

Have been staying here for multuple business visit. Rooms are comfy, breakfast selection is good and quality is nice.

Beds very comfortable.....staff very friendly....were there during the street parade....unfortunately the room is much too warm as there is no air conditioning...the fan is just a drop in the ocean... .. cozy rooms....will be back next year....

Rooms are nice, service is polite. no room has AC and in these new hot summers it can be tough. They put 2 high quality ventilators in each room and it was ok. Bathroom was modern and nice and the room was very clean. The hotel is very central and close to everything. I haven't tried the breakfast. they accepted my small chihuahua at no extra cost.

This place is a scam, no real lobby, building is under construction and nowhere on the site does it relay this information. We carried all of our luggage inside only to be told we had to bring it all back out and around the building to get access to our rooms. There was black mold in the bathroom and construction across the street so we were woken up at 6AM. Would not stay here again.

Helpful, kind service, great location, good amenities. No plugs for hair dryer in the bathroom. Curtain rods were not fixed well enough to the ceiling which inhibited to draw the curtains completely at night.

While the rooms are smaller than some places we have stayed they are perfectly fine for a few days and provide good value for money in central Zurich. The breakfast is standard and adequate. The staff were really lovely. Each person we spoke to was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Reviewers are correct in saying there is some noise from the workers emptying rubbish into the bins but we slept okay with the window open and ear plugs.
