Hotel ZERMAMA in Zermatt

Everyone from the restaurant/bar staff to Norbertto were first class humans and were always there to help with a smile on their faces. We felt they were our freinds before our stay was over. Would definately recomment Hotel Zermama......and we'll stay there again!

It exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable . The cozy furnishings and spacious layout provided the perfect retreat after a long day on the mountain. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amenities. They have a well-equipped ski storage area , every aspect of the hotel was designed to enhance the skiing experience and ensure guests' comfort and relaxation. And I must commend the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the room dining servers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy retreat in the heart of the mountains, whether you're a seasoned skier or just looking to enjoy some time in nature. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mama. We came here mostly for skiing and you can take the train to sunnegga literally right across the street. Our room was also cozy and aesthetic with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. We will def come back and try their fondue as we didn’t get a chance to try it during this visit

We had a wonderful stay!! Service was exceptional and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’d like to specifically call out Norberto and his wonderful pup, Ronnie! We met Norberto out in the “wild” at a pub and he was so kind to us and offered to share his table so we could also eat dinner. We had a lovely dinner with him. Turned out he was front staff at Zermama. We were so blown away but his genuine friendliness and level of service for the rest of our stay! He and Ronnie are a treasure of the hotel! We cannot thank them enough

Absolute 10/10 experience. From the staff, room, location - everything was perfect. Highly recommend. Thanks to the Zermama team for making a great ski trip - will be back next year.
