Very friendly staff and great furnishing style with plenty of space for every table.

I had the Pizza before which was ok, the Risotto I had was really bad and didn't taste like Risotto, more like savory rice pudding (nothing like what you get in Milano or northern Italy). On top of that I had a piece of plastic im my dish. Additionally there was some sort of anyoing gypsy band going to each table and playing and then collecting money even though no one asked them to play. So can't recommend, there are better places in Zurich.

No hospitality, no respect I called at 6:30 p.m. and wanted to order two pizzas (to take away), as I have done several times. The employee didn't let me finish on the phone and was rude. He interrupted me and said they would only take my order if I walked to the restaurant and told them what pizza I wanted (and then waited a very long time in the entrance area...). Not only is this restaurant obviously overwhelmed with a simple order, but they have failed to understand the most important aspect of gastronomy: hospitality. Don't spend money at a place that so obviously has no respect for its guests.

Disappointed. Very standard Italian menu, quite boring. The service is not very friendly - the male waiter was not happy to see us, the female was ok. The toilets have basically no light - only one lamp by the sinks, but all cubicles are dark. And there are no rubbish bins in the female toilets. No changing table either, of course. So: lovely decor, food ok, but everything else kills the experience completely.

The atmosphere was excellent, the staff very friendly. We'd love to come back. Thanks Tony 😂

A limp, mini rubber pizza to take away for 18.80 CHF. Absolute impudence. I've been going here to get pizza for over 2 years and the quality is steadily declining. Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant again.

That was a terrible disappointment, the last time, about 2 years ago, everything was good to very good. Maybe a little expensive... Well, this time I ordered avocado with gamberetti. I received 1 avocado, cut open, on a huge lettuce leaf, far too few fries, the "gamberetti" that was cheap shrimp cocktail from the discount store, like 2 tablespoons. That for CHF. 39.50! An impudence!

Very bad service. Even though the waiter seemed nice she seemed very confused and didnt get a single order correct with the drinks. Waiting time was ok. The Pizza Funghi a disaster for the price. The spacious rooms, the friendly service and the fine food are very pleasant. You can have a good pizza, but also an excellent tuna with Asian prepared vegetables. The prices within similar offers in Zurich.

Waitresses were great but the chef couldn't handle criticism and ate the pasta in front of the guests and made a fool of himself. The food was extremely salty and I definitely don't recommend the restaurant!

Yesterday evening we dined with a group of ladies and were served very arrogantly by both waitresses. In the end, we were falsely accused of not paying the bill in full. The ladies are very inattentive and communicate at a very low level. We won't come back here again!

The interior of the restaurant is very well decorated. The staff are very friendly, the Pizza is very good. Only the risotto (in my taste) could have had a little more cheese.

Sorry but the waitress doesn't feel like doing her job. You wait endlessly for a dessert menu even though there are only 5 people in the restaurant. If I couldn't work in the catering industry myself, it probably wouldn't stress me out so much. But service is really not great. Then when you ask if you have dessert you will answer: "Don't you see it yourself, everything is in the display case". Food was great, service was zero.

Was invited here for a birthday dinner. Quite inconspicuous from the outside, it seems cozy to me inside. The service was very friendly, although not the most attentive. We shared Mediterranean snacks for starters. These were fine and sufficient. For the main course I can only speak for myself. I had a pizza with prosciutto crudo and arugula. The pizza wasn't to my taste at all: dough thin, pale and very dry. Later, which is actually unusual, she also 'hung up' on me. I think it's a shame that, unlike what I've experienced in other restaurants, no one came up with the idea of ​​offering appropriate birthday greetings. The cafe was sec. Sec in terms of, no biscuits or the like like you would find in other Italian restaurants. The Postino was well attended for a Saturday, but not full either. What can I say? Should I go back there for a second chance? I do not know.

Spontaneously here on a Tuesday evening. Beautiful, tasteful interior. The food was okay, but the portions were rather small with some lettuce leaves on the side. Service was rather inattentive, erratic and seemed irritated. The waiting times between courses were long.

Very friendly service The pizza was good. The Greek salad was a disaster. I expect edible olives in a Greek salad. But the cheap Spanish olives used here were simply not edible. When I commented, the waitress said she wanted to report this problem to her uncle A Greek salad does not include nut lettuce The feeling of Italianita is conveyed, but there is little good knowledge about it and in the kitchen some things would have to be changed. I find the prices for everything unjustified and exorbitant.

We were visiting Zurich this weekend and made a stop at “RistornateIl Postino”. I don't know where to start. The ambience is charming and the food is excellent. Thank you Fiona for always keeping an eye on us. Hey judges, we'll be happy to come back

We waited 3\4 hours for a cold main course and what was supposed to be a dry aged ribeye, even though there were very few guests present on a weeknight evening. According to the menu, the ribeye (280g) should be served with a side dish of your choice and herb butter. What I got was a tough piece of meat (probably hardly dry aged and probably only weighing around 200g) with a spicy hollandaise sauce. I am a carnivore and am familiar with quick-roasted meat, but the quality offered does not correspond at all to what is charged for this piece of meat (56.80 sFr). At home, (my fault) I saw that the supplement that was supposed to be included was charged an additional 9 sfr. Il Postino definitely lost me as a guest. Loveless and completely overpriced

The food is good and the location is lovely but the service is poor: waiters are impatient and rude and they talk behind the back of clients in italian as if no one could understand them. Do not recommend.

Very nice place between Milchbuck and Oerlikon with a nice outdoor terrace. The Italian appetizers and pizza are very good, the light pizza is really fresh! The risotto can be improved. There are several vegetarian dishes. The staff is young and the prices are slightly expensive
